If l could give this child care facility 10 starsI definitely would.The director is such an Angel she helped navigate me through the enrollment process to answering all my questions and she was so professional and her compassion is what made me feel secure that she is loves what she does for the children. My experience has been amazing with the staff.

This daycare is by far THE BEST one I have ever experienced with so far. My children have been going here for the last few months and they absolutely love it and so do I. They have helped both my children in so many ways and are always right there to communicate with you about anything you need. I would love to personally shout out Miss Erica, Miss Tabitha and Miss Shelby who are my 2 year old sons teachers. As well as Miss Michelle, Miss Tia and Miss Alyssa who are my 8 years old teacher. They all have been amazing !!! The centers director Dalia has also been extremely helpful and is amazing with all the children and there whenever you need her. I would give this place and its staff a ten star if I could. I love my Kindercare Family !!!

My daughter has been attending for 6+ months now in the infant room. She absolutely loves her teachers Ms. Jaimee and Ms. Brittany! She gets so excited when she sees that we have arrived at the center. They send us pictures and sometimes videos daily through the app and answer my messages and phone calls quickly. I love that the center has activities even for the infant room. They do a lot of sensory play, crafts, books and singing with the babies. The director, Dalia, and my daughters teachers have worked closely with us to meet the needs of our daughter and our wishes as parents. While this is one of the more expensive daycares in the area I know that I am getting my moneys worth and the fact that I feel safe sending my daughter there is priceless.

My son has been going to west York Kindercare for 2 years and we absolutely love it! He learns so much from his teachers and friends. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone! The staff is absolutely amazing! The directors are very easy to communicate with and are always quick to respond to any questions I have.

I took my son here and i absolutely loved his teacher! He was in the older infant room she was so sweet and always took the time to talk to me also the assistant director was always so hopefully. Only reason why I have it a 3 I had a run in with one of the floaters....she told me “ you baby is a bully and he purposely tried to bite me and he was trying to choke other babies” I talked to the director Michelle and she told me that it wasn’t the floaters fault “she doesn’t know how to talk to parents” I asked if I could get an apology and she told me absolutely not and if I didn’t like here I can leave I ended up staying for a bit and then left because of the director and that one girl.

Leaving your first born in childcare for the first time can be rather daunting (especially for new parents!) We have brought our daughter here since she was 6 months old and have had a very positive experience. The directors have been consistently welcoming, professional, and responsive to us, no matter what our needs have been. The teachers have been so loving to our daughter and, as a former teacher, I truly appreciate all of the time they take to make the learning experiences for these young kiddos still so meaningful, on top of keeping them clean, safe, fed, and entertained. It’s impressive! We are very grateful for the peace of mind we have leaving our daughter here each day and the obvious bonding that has occurred between her and her sweet teachers and even her peers.

Our children have been attending West York Kindercare since they were 3 years old and 3 months old when we transitioned from another daycare. They are now 8 years old and 5 years old and continue to go to West York Kindercare because it has been wonderful! My children have made amazing connections with their teachers because they have taken the time to truly get to know them and help them learn and grow. Their phonics and math programs were perfect for my daughter who need some additional learning to get ready for Kindergarten. The school age program has been perfect for my son as he can interact with his friends but still have fun learning and exploring. Erin and Dalia are wonderful directors who communicate and go above and beyond. We absolutely love West York Kindercare and the teachers!

Both of my kids have been attending West York Kinder Care for a little over 6 months and I am very pleased with the professionalism of all the members at this location.

My child has been going only for a few weeks however in this time I have been impressed with the care being provided. Director Erin and Assistant Director Dalia are responsive to communications and informative with any questions Ive had. My child was at another Kindercare facility and cried everyday for weeks. In only three days time at Kindercare West, my child became comfortable with the staff and stopped crying at dropoff. Staff engages in various activities and send a lot of photos and updates which I highly appreciate. I am thoroughly impressed thus far with the new team at Kindercare West!

My son has been attending this childcare since he was 3 years old, today he’s 7 in 1st grade in their school age program! I love that their school age program has a curriculum full of activities and jornal prompts to keep the children busy and learning instead of just playing all day. I also like that I can instantly receive notifications of things he’s doing on their Kindercare app!

My son has been going to West York KinderCare since he was about 10 weeks old and we have loved it! The staff are friendly, informative, and genuinely care about the children that they care for.

If I could give a million stars, I would.Nothing is more important to me than my sons care. A daycare is a home away from home for your baby, and My son Cam has been with Kindercare from 10 months to now 2 1/2 years old. I switched daycares at one point for a cheaper rate, however, I learned the very hard way that you cannot compromise price for your childs care. After many incidents with the care center I switched him to, I immediately put him back in Kindercare- we should have never left. When we returned, Erin was the new director. She is vibrant, energetic, and takes any concerns you have very seriously.Erin and Dahlia work tirelessly to make sure they children are safe, they are excellent with communication, and they coordinate many events and sacrifice their personal time on many occasions to help these little ones make memories for families at minimal or not cost.The staff works really hard to keep consistency with staying in the same rooms. Some daycares assign care providers to different rooms daily, but kindercare keeps the providers in the same rooms long term, which really helps the providers get to know your child and work with their strengths and weaknesses.They communicate so well with incident reports. Even with a small bump on the head from recess play, Im notified and they monitor them throughout the day and provide tons of TLC. They work so hard to sanitize the classrooms, they clean toys daily, and teach little ones washing hands/covering coughs and sneezes. There are also evaluations with your providers to show you what your childs strengths and weaknesses are. Since most of them have backgrounds in early childhood education, they provide helpful advice if you would like it.The children are well fed with 2 meals and 2 snacks every dayThe app is my favorite part. The Kindercare app provides you updates, pictures or your little one, what they are working on, and what is needed (diapers, wipes) and any incident reports can be provided there.I love having the door code to enter the building. with the craziness in this world, that gives me such peace of mind.Most importantly, my son is blossoming there. The first 2 weeks of him starting, he went from crawling to walking- something we practiced constantly at home but couldnt get down with him. His vocabulary exceeds any two year olds, he can count to 10 in english AND spanish, knows the alphabet, colors, animals, and has learned great manners from the establishement. They are doing activities from beginning to end and dont just plop them in front of a TV like the other care center I had him in would do.I know this review is lengthy, but its the very least that I can do for them considering they take care of my son as well as they do. The women of this establishment deserve all praise. Im so lucky to have been referred to them and will not place my son with any other care facility.
