My sons bus never comes on time makes him late. Sometimes does not come at all then he has a very long walk too school that makes him even later. They need to really improve their drivers

Im so glad my small children dont take this bus service .l was waiting for my children and I observed bus #727 today jan.23,2020 at 3:15pm drop off a small child in mount Vernon on the side walk without driven him up to the church door for his safety. Horrible what is this bus service really doing to our children

I wait at my daughters bus stop every morning, and every morning without fail, the driver of bus #607 blows through the stop sign at our bus stop. You would think a bus driver with kids on the bus would not be blowing stop signs at a high rate of speed at all, let alone at a bus stop where students are waiting. Its not just rolling through. She barely slows down. Im glad my daughter doesnt ride that bus, and worry for the kids that do.

I got driver training at mile square road. The training manager is super nasty and doesnt know how to talk to people. She likes to let her balls hang, so to speak! My advice is to get the free training and apply elsewhere.

This company is the worst company ever they never answer the phone and when you call the company the dispatchers do not know what is going on where the drivers are, the drivers do not pick up the students and then lie about it, and the manager is rude and calls you a liar on the phone he really needs to learn how to talk to people. i hope that the school districts that uses this company finally wakes up and realizes that they do not have the kids in mind its all about the money

One of the worst around. There is a disabled person that lives next door to me and gets picked up every day and dropped off in afternoon. She honks each and every time, even if it is 7 am! It is against the noise ordinance here. I spoke with a supervisor and was told the situation would be dealt with. She even said they are never supposed to honk, ever.This unprofessional driver honked AGAIN today. I guess I will have to search for the owner next.

Absolutely horrible, they dont care about children . School starts at 9 am the bus picks him at 905 am . I guess there Education doesnt matter . The City of Yonkers is absolutely no help .

A female driver was aggressive and hooted as we crossed a clearly marked pedestrian crossing on Bronxville Road. Called 15 times to complain - engaged tone, mail box full... Whoever issues these affluent contracts from city hall to businesses with zero customer service - should hang their heads in shame.

Horrendous !!! I have been calling Mile Square regarding their large buses traveling on residential streets i.e. Hillview Ave and Aqueduct but to no avail. How are children safe with such a company if they cannot get their drivers to drive on the appropriate streets? There are reasons for these buses not to be permitted on these residential streets. however, only when there is a horrific accident will something be done finally.

Today 8/10/18, at around 805 am, bus #706 ran a stop sign while my wife, 2 yr old son, dog, and I were crossing. Thankfully we saw your employee, a middle aged African American male, doing this and stopped on a dime to avoid being hit.

It is a very safe and trusty company.

Mike square transportations job advertising should read we are the worst run bus company in the U.S. Looking to hire bad mannered ignorant people to answer our phones occasionally, but only if you feel like it. It pains me to entrust my child to their care!

Horrible company they never pick up the phone ever!!!! Going personally tomorrow to complain this is crazy this is our kids who ride these buses and we cant even get in contact with anybody ridiculous

I am appalled to the UNPROFESSIONAL assistance i recieved when calling a few minutes ago. The person who answered the phone barely allowed me to finish my statement whe said, hold on, wrong office and transfered me to an extention that went to voicemail. I called again, and no one answered until calling three different times to have the same unproffesional person behind the phone, say their was no one availabe at the office to assist me with information on my daughters school bus. UNREAL! I believe pre-schoolers can do a better job!

Bus driver talks on her cell phone while driving, daily, yells at young children..makes them whisper, spits out her window, and talks bad about the childrens parents in front of the children using nasty language

I do not like why the bus where my children go # 8 that goes to the Robert Dodson school must arrive at 06:48 and arrive at 6:40 and does not wait even 3 minutes and leaves everyoneChildren where theHe arrives earlier than the hour his duty is to wait for his hour. They should talk to the driver. Why do you have more taxi expenses so that your child does not miss the school where the driver drops him off. They already go twice k arrives before time and does not wait even 3 minutes 😡
