Team Link Muay Thai, my new home!Having come from another Muay Thai facility, I was hesitant to step into a new place, meet new people, and jump into their program.I was greeted with open arms and I could immediately feel the family-like atmosphere which I love. You can sense that the instructors truly want to make you better in all aspects of life, not just Muay Thai.If you are new to Muay Thai, this is a great place to begin your journey as you will receive quality instruction from the coaches from day one.Kids program is awesome as well, they have TONS of younger kids running around and parents can also sit in on the classes.All in all, I could not be happier with Team Link and feel fortunate to be apart of this team!

As a new student at Team Link I didn’t know what to expect walking in the door. But from the minute I walked in everyone was really welcoming. The coaches are really hands on and the students are willing to help teach new students like myself. I highly recommend Team Link if your looking for a place to learn self defense or even to get in shape.

Coaches are great and they genuinely want you to succeed

By far the best decision Ive made for my daughters self confidence! She started going after a fight broke out on the school bus causing her to be nervous about school. Since the very beginning Ive seen her confidence level sky rocket. The coaches are all great and work so well with all of the kids. My daughter loves it and plans to stay for a long, long time!

This place has all kinds of equipment for both beginners and advanced. Best investment to make in yourself and a great atmosphere! Ive been working with one of their professional fighters Julian, and I highly recommend asking for him.

I trained at Team Link for roughly a year and a half, after my time at Link I’ve moved around/on to other gyms in MA/RI and can genuinely say they have the best instruction you’ll get around.Ibere has full and authentic understanding of the sport of Muay Thai. Too many times have I seen other gyms have a boxer who can kind of kick or a grappler/mma guy running “Muay Thai” classes that are an unorganized mess. You are honestly better off either learning it correctly at Team Link or staying home and watching YouTube tutorials/fight footage if those scenarios seemed familiar.The gym is welcoming to anyone. If you just want to get a workout in and hit pads, then they have something for you. If you want your kids to burn some energy and learn something useful then they have something for you. If you are interested in getting to a competitive level then I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else in New England outside of Boston.The professionals that train there are as kind as can be. If you get to a point where you feel comfortable getting in the ring with them, they let you work and learn instead of trying to knock you out cold. I can’t stress how important it is to have sparring partners that are above your level showing you how to properly compete, it’s unparalleled instruction.So if you’re interested in the sport I highly recommend Team Link, I still look back on my time there fondly, it’s a fun atmosphere with a high skill ceiling, you can’t ask for more.-Nick

The quality of instruction and classes are top notch, however the reason for my leaving a review are the coaches (I never write reviews). This isn’t a typical gym. They have professional and amateur fighters and there are no egos. Every coach goes around and greets every student personally with sincerity and respect every time you step on the mats. I drive an hour each way to train and always enjoy myself, while growing.

Great place to workout and train. They treat you like family and everyone is so nice. I am in the fitness kickboxing classes and it really works. I had hit a plateau in my home fitness journey and I started the program in March and broke through the plateau in no time. I am down 70 lbs and feel great!

It has been about three years now now since our son Jackson joined Team Link Muay Thai Little Tigers and I have to say it’s been such a great experience. Their influence on my son goes beyond the gym, into the classroom, with friends, and in his own personal journey with self confidence and into becoming a young man. These coaches are incredible people who have taught my son to strive to improve, be confident enough to be a leader, and to persevere when things aren’t easy - integrity is what they call it.Big, strong, champion fighters with hearts of gold who’s own family values and character radiate through out the gym. I’m so thankful we found Team Link Muay Thai Little Tigers and for the immeasurable impact they have in my child’s life.

I give this gym 5 star ⭐️ because I love it. All coaches are friendly, awesome and supportive. This is my second year and I see the difference in my body between before and after. They have program for kids, kickboxing classes and fitness program that works with my schedule. This place is professional and worth every cent.

Team link Muay Thai is a great gym and if my schedule made more sense with the times I could go to classes I probably would still be going. I love learning a new skill and even in my late 20’s and no prior experience with any form of martial arts other then watching it on tv I made it through workouts. If you are serious about competing in the sport or really dedicating some time into learning Muay Thai orthis is the place to go, yes it’s a good work out but if that’s all you are looking for I would suggest going to title boxing or a player fitness.

As a first time Muay Thai student this place is more than what I expected. Learning with other students with all types of experience levels mixed with knowledgeable and friendly instructors you are sure to achieve what ever your goals are. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hands down the best gym in Worcester! All the coaches there are all ready to help you reach that fitness goal. Great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. After each workout you feel stronger already!

Ive been going for 3 months now, and I can say theres no place Id rather be. I could not recommend this gym enough. The atmosphere is welcoming and the coaches will always greet you. There will never be a session left without something learned and the team is very supportive.

Great experience with Team Link. Have been taking the fitness kickboxing classes since March and the system works great (I have lost 50lbs.). The coaches do a great job teaching and motivating you to meet your goals and pushing you to keep challenging yourself.

Since I joined Team Link and began training in the art of Muay Thai, I have realized a few things...1) Team Link believes in total body conditioning. Both my body and my mind have have developed at a rate I wasnt sure Id ever see. 2) The atmosphere is fun and lively which makes the intense workouts that much easier to handle. 3) Training with excellent and mindful coaches helps with the learning process. I belonged to several gyms in the past and never have I received such one-on-one attention as I do here at Team Link.I now belong to the Team Link Muay Thai family and am proud to consider them as such in return.GO TEAM LINK!!!!!

I don’t think this place is in business anymore. I drove here twice and walked around the block but couldn’t find the location. Maps brings me to a empty big building on the 1-way road. This building’s behind is just like a warehouse loading area. I walked behind it but couldn’t find the entrance.I walked on the adjacent street, found the gym banner at the corner of a building, but not the street/alley leading to that building.I will call them the next time I’m in town. I hope someone who frequents this gym is able to see this review and help me locate it.

TLMT gets everything right. The environment they create for this sort of training couldnt be better, especially if youre coming in without any experience. Its just the right level of intensity, camaraderie, and safety with knowledgeable, supportive instruction from people who are simply great at what they do. Everyone from the owners down to the classmates is friendly, and genuinely supportive of each others progress. Couldnt be happier to have joined up. If youre considering it, theres really no reason for inhibitions, just try it out - Im certainly happy I did.

When I first showed up I wasnt too sure what to expect, I was and still am an avid martial arts fan so that is what interested me but what I got was so much more. I built great friendships, lost a good amount of weight (26lbs) but more than anything, I gained a second family. The coaches, students are will to help out with anything & make you feel so comfortable as you learn an amazing art.

Team Link Muay Thai is a great place to work out and learn the best martial art in the world, all of the coaches are very nice, they have morning and evening classes which is convenient for anyone who needs a flexible schedule.

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the women’s striking class with Team Link back in November. The hope was that I would lose a little weight and maybe learn a thing or two about kickboxing. I did end up losing a little weight (about 15lbs or so) and learning a few things about kickboxing, but the results of my training with Team Link haven’t ended there – not even close! I hated cardio, and almost didn’t sign up for the women’s striking program because I didn’t think I could handle the workouts. Let’s just say I am glad I went for it because just this weekend I completed my first 5K! Stepping out of my comfort zone has been a major struggle for me in all areas of life. Since joining Team Link, I’ve been surrounded by nothing by positive and encouraging coaches and peers. They will push you beyond what you think are your limits and that will carry over into life off of the mat. I recently applied for a new position within my company, cut out negative influences in my life, and my new level of confidence has been recognized and complimented quite a bit lately. There are still moments of weakness and self-doubt, but the coaches at Team Link care enough to notice and take time to get to the heart of what’s holding you back so you can work together to move forward. You wouldn’t get that kind of support at your traditional gym. This, and the many friendships you’ll make along your journey, is why you’ll hear people say Team Link is a family. I highly recommend Team Link to others looking to be surrounded by positive energy and ultimately change their lives for the better .

Excellent clean facility, great coaches, very encouraging, energetic people and atmosphere!! I attended the Team Link gym in Worcester for judo and boxing for 3.5 years. Absolutely loved it there. The cross-fit gym is located in the same building, which can be convenient. Highly recommended!

I love Team Link Muay Thai! I enrolled my teen son in last year and I am glad I did! The coaches, members, and all other parents always make you feel so welcomed.My son has always been very shy. Every since he joined TLMT, he has opened up and toned up quite a bit. I have noticed the difference. It is always so amazing to watch all the coaches interact with him, whether it be teaching him or joking with him, I know he feels welcomed (Even though he complains of how sore he is the next day HAHA!).If you want an environment for yourself or your child that is supportive, fun, and always challenging, I definetly recommend Team Link Muay Thai! My son Treyzel has been going to this kickboxing for about 4 years. He has now graduated into the adult classes. My son was a very quiet and very awkward in social settings. Also was being picked on. Coach Aaron, Coach Kosta, Coach Mark and especially Coach Ibere. Have helped come out of his shell. Taught him how to be confident and to defend himself. They also have taught him to be a assertive, polite and respectful young man. All the coaches and other peers are positive role models for my son. This is not just a place to learn kickboxing, they are like your extended family. They are here to help and guide your kids.

My daughters self esteem and confidence has risen to another level since joining about a year ago. All the staff and members are truly like a family at Team Link. Highly recommended.

Im not sure where the place is. I am trying to sign my son up for kick boxing, he is 13. It looks like a abanded building and the back just looks like the ware house. We were not sure if we should go through the door in the back because we didnt want to bother anyone if that was a different place. Can someone please tell us if they moved to a new location

Very pleased. I joined Team Link Muay Thai 2 months ago and have loved it ever since I walked in the door. I had a little experience here and there prior, but within a week at Link, I had made more progress than I had ever expected, and now, several months in, I find it hard to believe that I will ever find another gym that can live up to Team Links caliber of training and excellence.The coaches really work hard to help their students reach and exceed their potential. They know every student by name and are very honest, and trustworthy people. Hell, most of us even have the coaches cell phone numbers. They are very easy-going guys and easy to talk to about anything. In training, they will not pretend you are doing something right just to make their jobs easy - they push you hard and work harder themselves to make you the best you can be. Both have trained and fought for basically forever and are down right incredible fighters/coaches and are very dedicated to their students. Their coaching styles compliment each other very well and makes for a great training environment.Students have a great attitude about training and we all work to help each other out and train hard as a team. We really are a family. Training together, going out together, watching fights together, supporting each other - its good feelings all around. Even on sparring nights, there is nothing but respect and kindness going around with high-fives and pats on the back after every single round.Everyone in the world is tight on cash it seems, but you get what you pay for and what I get at Team Link is worth so much more than anything that could come out of my wallet. Encouragement, dedication, comradery, hard work, and a team that I am really proud to be a part of. Did I mention I lost a ton of weight already? Yea. Its pretty awesome.

Best workout to reach and stay fit!

One of the best gym to go and train. I have been with team link for several years, never have had any type of problem with them. The coaches are respectful and committed to their students. The gym itself is clean and spacious, full of good vibes from everyone. I highly recommend team link to anyone who wants to learn the art of muay thai and at the same time become healthy/ fit. Let me also add kids classes are also available a great way to keep the little ones active.

I joined Team Link back in 2009 when I was 12 years old, I started with the BJJ and from there I was hooked. As the years went on I started doing Muay Thai with team link, as well as boxing. The coaches are top notch, and treat everyone as equals regardless of your experience level. Same goes for the students, the thing that really sets apart Team Link from the other gyms is the sense of friendship and camaraderie that grows alongside your skills. During my time at Team Link I have gone from 250lbs at my heaviest, to about 170lbs. I have nothing but good things to say about TLMT, and I would recommend it to anyone whether youre someone looking to get in shape, or a competitor looking to hone your skills.

Ive heard of Team Link Worcester for a long time and finally was in the area and gave it a try. They offer Judo, BJJ, Muay Thai, and Boxing and I came in for Muay Thai, Judo, and Boxing since I am not a huge fan of BJJ, in general.The Muay Thai instructor was very knowledgeable and pay good attentions to all the students and ensure they are doing the combo correctly. The senior students were there to help as well.Judo was world class, and taught by 3 black belts. Everyone was very strong with really good technique.Boxing was taught by a former GG and he was very knowledgeable with his skills. My friend who had no prior experience took the class and felt everyone was there to help and didnt try to bully him.The one common theme Ive felt between all the groups is respect. Everyone was very respectful regardless of your skill level and the staffs/teachers were very knowledgeable in their fields.I will definitely come back again.

My name is Graziano Mungo I am a former Taekwondo national champion and former USA national Team member. I recently started training at team Link because i was curious about trying something new, and a friend of mine brought me to Team Links Muay Thai gym to try it out. I went not really expecting anyone to talk to me, but everyone from the athletes to the coaches brought me in and treated me as apart of the team as soon as I walked through the door. I have trained in many different fight gyms and this is a rare thing to happen, it actually took me by surprise. The coaches are very knowledgeable, and have great coaching skills. The relationships that i saw between the coaches and the athletes was truly something special, every coach cares deeply about all there athletes and is there for all of them to help them achieve their goals. also the athletes were great sparring with them was truly an experience. If you are looking to learn Muay Thai I highly suggest going to Team Link!

I absolutely love it here! Not only is everyone extremely nice but they are also experienced. I look forward to going to class every day and the instructor push you to be the best that you can be. I used to train Taekwondo but it was nothing compared to this. Teamlink offers both morning and afternoon classes monday through friday. (Yes I go everyday). Not only is Teamlink an awesome place to train hard but it also is a huge family. On every special event or fight you can expect the support of everyone that trains with you. Ive only been training here since May and Muay Thai has become something I look forward to doing every single day thanks to the great people at Teamlink!
