When my Mom needed a wheelchair recently, I knew exactly where to go. Arm Medical Equipment had provided us with excellent service when she needed a medical bed in a previous year so I came to them again in search of a wheelchair. The wheelchair that she received was too small for her but it wasn’t a problem with Arm Medical. Mom received a larger wheelchair however the wheels on THIS wheelchair were too large as the wheelchair couldn’t make it through her bedroom doorway. Once AGAIN, no issue is too difficult for Arm Medical to resolve. Arm Medical resolved the issue by replacing the wheels on the larger wheelchair with smaller wheels to accommodate her needs. This company clearly works hard to meet both the needs and satisfaction of their customers . The staff at Arm Medical are professional, friendly and a hard working group and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who has a loved one in need of medical equipment.. They’re a good company with great workers which is a wonderful combination! Thanks again for your assistance!

I went to ARM for my dad mobility scooter purchase using Medicare. Gaby was very helpful to get the process started. She contacted the doctor and Medicare very prompt.In about two weeks the scooter was delivered fully assembled. Very good company to deal with.

Since going on Medicare, and having to find this new supplier, I have not had a single month where the shipment is right. For example, this month, November, 2020, I received an advance Delivery Ticket for items I did not receive. Now that I need them, I still dont have them.
