I have been studying Hung Gar Kung Fu with Sifu John for about 10 years now. I am 52 years old. I find each and every class to be a wonderful combination of strength training, balance, coordination, cardio, and of course a very detailed martial art. We learn a true martial art with a deep and historically accurate lineage thanks to Sifu John’s many trips to China. Tiger & Crane Kung Fu has become something of a second family for me. I love teaching there, and I love learning there just as much. I feel my journey has just gotten started. An extra, added benefit is that there are no contracts with this school. There’s nothing to fear by coming by and taking a class or three. Bring your kids too. We have a great program for kids that mixes fun and martial arts together. Again, no contracts. Nothing to fear.
