My girls have been going to giggles for about 5 years total and they love it! I know it’s clean,safe, and they have tons of fun. The teachers and staff are amazing and you can tell they love their job and the kids. They treat my daughters just like their own. We will not go anywhere else but Giggles!! It feels so good knowing I can work and not have to worry about them. Thank you so much giggles and staff. Y’all are amazing!!!!

The first time I tried Giggles it was an emergency, we began fostering our newborn son and with no family nearby to help I was in a pinch. Even though he was only six weeks old I had meetings to attend, so I was nervous to leave him with anyone.In desperation I gave Giggles a try. It was super clean, bright, smelled good and the kiddos and staff seemed really happy! They so quickly became my go-to daycare and it wasnt long before they became more like family!So, of course, when we adopted two more, they stepped in again. There wasnt a day when Amy or Lori wouldnt ask me how the adoption process was going. My boys still go today and will beg to go if weve missed a couple of days.Theyve truly became like sisters who stepped in and helped me rear my kids! I love these ladies!

I have been bringing my kids to Giggles for almost 8 years and can not recommend them enough! The teachers are fantastic and they love their job, which makes the kids want to be there too. I work in the afternoon/evenings, so finding this daycare facility was a blessing, knowing that my kids are well taken care of while I am at work. Both Michelle and Amy, (and honestly the ENTIRE staff) have always gone out of there way to care for my kids, keep them safe and entertained, and give them a space to just be kids and get the giggles out. We are a Giggles Family for life!!!

We have used Giggles in Mayfair for our daughter’s after school care and summer camp and have always loved the experience. The staff is caring, trustworthy and make you feel like you family. Even though we have not had to use the after school care this past year we have ran into some of the providers around town and they instantly remember us and genuinely care. They make you feel safe in your decision to trust them with your children and we will always recommend them and use them for any future needs we have.

We absolutely love giggles! Our child loves her teachers and her friends and they are there for us when we need them. Can’t beat that!

Giggles Wilmington is one of the most positive experiences of my sons young childhood. He attended the drop in service and summer camp for multiple years, and we developed friendships with all of the management staff. A big forever thanks to Michelle, Amy, Lori, (and Jenny who moved on to Jacksonville). They are all fantastic, caring people who always went the extra mile, in more ways than I can describe here. I will always be thankful to you all.

Starting using Giggles when my daughter was a little over 2 years old...she is almost 4 now. Always a positive experience and she’s excited when I say she is going there to stay for a bit. Such a great, convenient service!

Highly recommend! A wonderful place. We have been taking my 2 older children there for a while, but we were concerned when we had to drop off our 2 year old son as well. Couldnt have been more pleased. They are always well cared for, the staff is always friendly. It is always difficult to get them to leave because they are always having so much fun! thank you!

We are moving to Texas soon and so I wanted to go on some of my favorite spots in Wilmington and leave reviews... I can’t move away from here without talking about how much I have loved Giggles for years. My oldest son is 4 and my youngest is a little over 2.5 and I’ve been bringing both of my kids here since the moment they turned 1. I love the options Giggles offer as far as lunches and snacks and even a room for naps. I used Giggles as a place to put my kids when I had appointments, if I needed to grocery shop without two toddlers, date nights with my husband. My husband is active duty and Giggles saved my sanity during the times he was deployed and I needed a moment to rest. For 3 years they have had the same staff, and I loved that. When I first brought my oldest he had a hard time being away and I swear the ladies there held him the entire time until he eventually adjusted. Great place, will miss it very much. Thanks so much to the staff for being great to my John and Owen for years!

Clean and safe we like leaving our kids here for movie nights. They are well cared for always no issues.

Giggles is the best! We have been members for over two years.The staff has taken the best care of our two sons. Our boys absolutely love going to Giggles. Both of their social skills (1 yo and a 3yo) have improved. They have met many friends there. The staff has been flexible with our needs when our schedules got out of hand. I highly recommend Giggles to any parent who just needs a few hours of downtime or any ongoing need.

Wonderful place to take my son for a quick stay for drop in daycare. The staff is friendly and really love the children there. The cost is reasonable. He always has a good time.

I heard great things about giggles until I called the front desk and talked to a lady named Elizabeth at the Wilmington Giggles. She was very rude and nasty to me when I told her I wanted to talk to the hiring manager because I had an interview the next day. I will not be working for this place at all. I am very disappointed that they let some lady answer phone calls and talk to potential employees the way she did. She just lost a possible future employee and customer in the future.

My daughter was dropped off once for 3 hours because I had an important appointment and when I came to get her she was purple in the face, bloodshot eyes like she had been crying the whole time (15 months old) and she had a poopy diaper that left her bottom extremely chapped that she had been sitting in for who knows how long. At least when we called back to complain they refunded us. Im a 2-yr old toddler teacher and this would absolutely never be allowed where I work... Saddened.

My child went here for over 2+ years. First let me start off by saying I don’t expect a daycare to be perfect but there are several glaring issues.1. The place is disgusting. My kid came home sick so often. Her feet were black & their changing rooms make me want to throw up. Their website claims they clean 3 times a day, I highly doubt this & never see anyone cleaning. They don’t enforce their no sick kid rule & kids are running around coughing & running noses.2. My kid would come home often with severe bruises & no explanations. She most likely fell or whatnot but I rarely was told.3. Michelle the owner - a very unprofessional woman. I had two very unpleasant experiences with her.4. My kid would have a full diaper often upon pick up & if you parked off to the side where they couldn’t see you drive up, they tried to rush to change her.5. The straw that broke the camels back. After her last visit - she was only there an hour and was terrified to go back.Thankfully I found a much better drop off daycare that is a lot cleaner, healthier, cheaper, less chaotic, less bruises & a much happier kid. I will never bring her back here & will never recommend this place to anyone I know again either.
