We LOVE A Step Ahead! Courtney & Jason are awesome Instructors! My wife and I went to a Group Lesson for Two Step in January. This was something weve wanted to try for a long time, and weve had NO previous dance training (think 2 left feet for me). Had a great time, it was informative, really helpful. So we decided to go for Private Lessons with Courtney. She is an amazing teacher(and an even better person)! We could not be happier with them. My wife and I have learned so much, and have definitely improved thanks to Courtney & Jason.If youve never really danced before, go see them, they are super patient (Courtney endures a lot with my attempting Two Step), they teach at your pace, continuing to add new steps & help you understand each move.They do Dance Lessons on Friday Nights out at the Wichita Union Stockyards. If you already enjoy Dancing and want to learn a new dance, or like us, just want to start, they are great instructors. We have been going on Friday nights, met some great people and have had a blast!Seriously, if you always wanted to learn to dance, or if youre already a good dancer and want to learn something new (they teach all types), I would highly recommend them!!! They dont judge, are so encouraging, and just good people!!!

Fantastic instructors. Classes are fun and not over crowded. They teach at good pace so everyo e can learn and have fun. And they have fun out of class get togethers where everyone can dance and have fun.

I really enjoy coming to dance here. The instructors make the group classes fun and are very thorough about explaining the proper form and technique for the dance they are teaching. The one on one private lessons are great. They really work hard to make sure you have the knowledge to perform the dance after the lesson is done.

This a great studio. I have taken a few group classes and am taking private lessons with Terry. The group classes are really good at breaking down the steps, guiding you through the dance, and, if you dont have a partner, no worries! Terry is a wonderful instructor with years of knowledge and experience plus a World Title! I have also attending several of their studio parties. There are plenty of attendees, the instructors dance with you, and it is a bargain at $10 per person for 3 hrs of dancing! I highly recommend it!

Courtney is the best, we take private lessons and shes very welcoming and shes patient with us if we dont get it right away. They also have group lessons if youre into that. I highly recommend A Step Ahead Dance Studio.
