I am giving the the 5 star and here is why.. I took the broker elective, come to find out because i had over 70 transactions, i would be exempt from taking the elective, i need to 30 hours P&P and 30 Appraisal, I believe.. i always get confused.. At anyrate because i did not need the course they were kind enough to discount me on the broker class.. so far no broker class available.. I hope soon..... and yes the class was in a hotel, in a nice large room.. if you cant find it or walk in and ask, dont sell houses.. you might get lost.

We went to the suggested address and there is no school or office at this location. Just a hotel that has no idea about it either. We called incessantly the number listed on yhe website and they never answred only the answering machine.
