I have been calling around looking for a decent hair place with good prices to color my hair. I am new to all this so Im not even sure what questions to ask or what to say. Anyways, the girl who answered the phone was SOOOO rude I couldnt believe that considering it was a beauty school. She was nasty, short and she didnt even really give me option to schedule. She basically told me when I could come in instead of working with me. I understand its a school so things are ran a little different but I have a schedule too. You would think they would want clients for their students to work on. But based on that annoying conversation, I will be calling somewhere else and spend more money for better quality and service.

I have been coming to the school for over 10 years and I have always been happy with the experience. The students get to practice but know the instructors will make sure everything is OK. We get almost a professional service at such a fantastic price. Thank you Maryland beauty academy for giving us the opportunity to be models for your students.

Well Ive been going to this place for years..Ive always walked out a happy person..until on January 12 2019.. I finished my hairdo looked good and this INSTRUCTOR ( has a tatoo) on her neck comes over and proceeds to CUT MY HAIR MORE I WAS so upset..I pulled away and she replies I have to even it up..bullcrap..SHE NEVER ASKED ME if I was satisfied..just did it.She ruined my look ..well I wouldnt ever go back I used to pay 60.00 all of sudden they raised a school to 75.00 for what they do to my hair.I always gave the girls 20.00 tips. No.lie. I treated them well.That other issue I have they only have day hours and on Saturdays to get a girl you have to be in there at 8:30 in order to get someone you cant come later there not required to work.Its a real shame this place wont be around long with the instructors..our the prices Imight as well pay for a classy salon then that dump.

Had my hair cut short by Brittany and she listened to what I wanted, didnt leave looking birch as some operators have dome in the past. plan on returning when needed.
