Love this 99. They always have a pretty good selection of things I need. Especially holiday items are a must here. Employees very nice here too!

I dont have any complaints. Good and friendly store. Just one concern.When you pull into the parking lot and if you go to park your car towards the wall with the hummingbirds on it apparently that was built there with the new construction on goldenwest. There is a 12 to 15 inch ditch drop. There are no parking blocks to prevent a car from falling into it if they should overshoot the parking spot and major damage will happen to your car so please beware. I hope there is a plan to put parking blocks to where this does not happen.THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT FROM THE 99 CENT STORE MANAGER TO THE ABOVE COMMENT. I GOT A RESPONSE THAT PRETTY MUCH SOUNDS LIKE A ROBO RESPONSE ITS NOT ACTUALLY WRITTEN TO ME BY THE MANAGER BECAUSE IT DOESNT EXPLAIN IF THEY ARE GOING TO OR ARE WORKING ON FIXING THIS PROBLEM WITH THE FACT THEY HAVE A BIG DITCH IN FRONT OF THEIR PARKING SPACES NEXT TO THE WALL AND IT COULD BE A DANGEROUS SITUATION. SO IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A RESPONSE SAYING THAT YOU ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FIXING THIS BEFORE SOMEBODYS CAR GETS MAJORLY DAMAGED.INSTEAD YOU SEND ME A ROBO RESPONSE COMMENT.

A customer held up the checkout line to sign up for the 99 app to get a free item. She clearly wasnt tech savvy and didnt sign up properly. Instead of asking her to step aside or open another line, the cashier just stood there. Fifteen minutes later, I get to the front and paid for my single item. Dont you hate it when employees are unable to put themselves in the shoes of their customers?

Its a nice store for shopping and offers great items for upcoming and current seasons. Today I went and had a little run in with a rude worker, reported to the manager and hopefully something will be done about it.

A lot of stuff in this store.. A LOT! A bit unorganized and store associates didnt know where stuff was. Bit if an attitude with the check-out person. Ive been to better.

They have good items for good prices and wish they would not raise them but they did. I like my Sunday paper there. So far I havent had any problems. The only thing thats difficult is I see so many people with different dogs Im wondering if they really are service dog or theyre just bringing any dog in.

Its just that the parking lot needs a make over. More Survalance Cameras all around, more street parking lights, and some new shopping cart returner area. Nothing else. 🙏

IF YOU NEED BLEACH DONT GO THERE!!!!!!! This store is convenient to me since I live near by but in times of covid 19 never have bleach so I asked a cashier she told me when bleach comes in its sold in bulk to unknown person. THE STORE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!

I know that it is kind of crazy to say that one 99 cent store is better than another, but I had a uniquely good experience at the store. I wanted to order something that they only had a small amount of, and the manager was happy to take care of it. Maybe this isnt a big deal, but I really appreciate the excellent service. I also like the fact that they seem to open up more cash registers when there are people standing in line, making the wait shorter. I guess my point is that this seems to be a very well-managed store.

The 99 cent store is the sleeper store. You have to be careful when youre picking to the fruit but a lot of times you find hidden gems such a strawberries oranges and other fruits and vegetables. They also have Gourmet bread for $2 its awesome

This store to me is better than the one in Garden Grove. Its cleaner though it is smaller slightly. But everything here is good quality. All your basic needs are here and they have a limited selection of produce like bananas, tomatoes, etc. Dairy and frozen in limited quantities, is also available. Good selection of paper goods, party supplies, and stationary are highlights. Definitely worth shopping at when you dont want to spend 30 dollars at Albertsons.

Since the store got new management the customer service has gotten so much better especially the new assistant manager Fay I was looking for a certain item she went out of her way to see if they had it. The store didn’t but she went and ordered it for me and call me when it came in on there load. It was the best customer service I have had in a long time. Will definitely be store at this store more.

Very rude manager, the store very dirty, they do not care about the distance, many homeless at the entrance that store is the covid walking be very careful.

I always spend more then what I went in for.

You can occasionally find (famous brand) packaged organic mixed lettuce for $.99 that youd pay $3.99 at Whole Foods. They get overstock (NOT expired) like a tub of Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie dough they sell for $.99 that normally sells at Costco for $8.29! And many more deals...

I ordered 30 of the mason jars. The manager told me it will come in the following week, Wednesday or Thursday, and that they would give me a call. They never called. I came back on Monday which was almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. They still didn’t have it. They told me Thursday for sure. Thursday I called. “We have a shipment but not sure if it’s yours or not, we’ll load out tonight and it will be ready tomorrow “ I just called and they said “we don’t have it yet” What the heck did they do? I have no idea what they have been doing with my order. I don’t get it. The managers are Fay and Moe. Please do your job!

Pretty clean(surprised me), and had really good variety of items. I actually went there for Halloween costume items as a last resort and I was shocked they had everything I needed! The reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had to wait forever in line to check out because they only had one check out clerk.

Odd arrangement of the products. Not a good bread selection,special items are everywhere not any specific aisle. Worst of all,1 young lady was serving everyone thru her register,while coworkers looked at each other. She was the bright spot! Management get your employees WORKING as a team not a group.

Correct me if Im wrong... the store is called 99 cents ONLY. Ever since they stared charging 2-5$ for more quality items the rest of the stuff has gone downhill. Its almost better to go to Walmart/Target now as there are not that good of deals here anymore

Ive been a fan of this store for about 15 years now. They have come a long way since their beginning. I love that they are being competitive with the other big discount chains out there by offering items in the $1.99 through Ive seen up to the $8.99 range that would averagely retail I believe up to $29.99 I have seen when price checking an item. Overall always an awesome experience. To get tje best deals here come with your patience and look for the hidden gem, beleive me they are there as well as meeting your everyday needs at a great price!!!

One of the biggest and cleanest 99 cent stores. They have a bigger selection and everything is organized. Located right next to the 405.

Great prices on toiletries. 3-pack of soap bars for a dollar, 5 pack of toothbrushes for a dollar you know you need to replace those. The parking lot is a bit wonky, but Ill go there for these prices

The 99 cents only store is nice. The only thing I dont like about it now is that everything Id not 99 cents only anymore. So i would make sure that when and if you go to the 99 cents only store, make sure you check the prices of what you are purchasing.

Always find great products here. I always end up buying way more things than I initially went in for.

Plenty of selection and thats about all youre going to get. Terrible parking insurance is hard to find and the parking is nowhere close to adequate. If you miss the driveway the first time just turn your Maps off because its not worth turning around for. The slow never more than one person at a register and if there is its not going to help.

Its neatly tucked between the 405 overpass and goldenwest st. The staff is friendly and the items they offer are a decent choice and with lots to choose from.

I will not shop here again...I was wanting to buy some cups that said 2 for $1, so I grabbed 2 and when I went to purchase them the cashier said that one of them wasnt in that sale...but they had 3-4 more in the same section where the sale was snd she was very disrespectful with smart under her breath remarks...so we just left everything at the register and left...never again will i shop there...
