If youre looking for child care, look no more.... Hope Montessori Academy in Westminster is the best in the area FOR SURE. Id give them 10 stars if Google allowed it.We recently moved out of the Westminster area and our family was devastated to have to leave the Hope family!! We switched to Hope after having concerns with teacher turn-over rate and management style at a previous school and it was amazing how quickly we saw our girls flourish at Hope. Our oldest daughter progressed in her speech and social skills in her class with the help of her wonderful teachers. When asked what she would miss most about moving, she said her teachers.

We have absolutely loved everything about Hope for the last 2 years that both of my kids have gone here (both since 4 months old). Every teacher feels like family and I know they love my kids so well while we are working. Additionally, my 2 year old has learned so much more than I could have imagined- definitely more than we couldve taught her. We are moving out of state, and we all cried that we have to say goodbye to the wonderful people here. Theyve left a lasting impressions on our family!

I love Maria Montessori and her teachings but unfortunately we did not have the best experience here. If your child is a little different, a little late for potty training then beware. We were told our son needed occupational therapy and special education because he was not socializing in circle time. He was mainly adjusting to going full time and he’s very independent. They made us feel horrible our son was 3 and not potty trained yet and pressured us. He’s 3.5 years and at another daycare TLE, and they were willing to work with him and he is now potty trained and in the preschool classroom. It does not make sense to have only 2 year olds in a classroom and it is not kind to make parents feel like something is wrong with your child if he’s a little different and late. We were told by the child psychologist he was within normal range and did not need special education. Which we knew! We did like our teachers at first, Ms Abbey is great, and then the lead teacher changed and she was not accommodating, often seemed overwhelmed and made us feel like he was a problem child. We were also overcharged multiple times.

Weve had both of our kiddos at Hope for the past 2-ish years and could not recommend this location more to those looking for daycare. The teachers and staff truly care about the children/families and thats felt every time you walk in the front door. Given the challenges COVID has presented for so many, that says a lot. Were sad to be leaving Hope, but grateful we had another safe place for our little ones where they could learn and feel loved while we worked during the day. Thank you, Hope!

Our child is in the Kindergarten program and I would definitely recommend. The lead and supporting teachers and staff are very sweet and enthusiastic. After any break away from school, our child is excited to go back and see teachers and friends. I have been impressed with the work completed and a bonus is that snacks and lunch are included.

Our family LOVES Hope Montesorri Academy. They have been such an asset in our lives the last 3 years. We initially toured four different programs nearby and were the most impressed with Hope. We have not once been disappointed. Our son started there when he was just four months old and is now 3.5yo. We also plan to do their kindergarten program and send our new baby.  My husband and I would never be able to teach our son everything that he learns there. We have adored every teacher and staff member he has had. I could not feel more confident in the love, care, and learning environment he receives there while we are at work.

We have our 3 year old at Hope Montessori, Westminster and have loved our experience thus far. We had reservations about starting pre-school during COVID times but appreciate all of the adaptations and extra hoops that the team here manages with grace--not only to keep the school safely operating but to keep the focus on the childrens learning experience above all else.Communication between our family and the administrative team has been excellent. They are accommodating to schedule changes and have been very supportive of our learning path for our gifted student. We look forward to starting our 2 year old next year and encourage other families interested in Montessori education to look strongly at Hope as an option.

We love Hope Montessori! Our son has attended the Westminster location for 3 years now. Were so grateful for the care that he gets. The number one thing for us is that he is safe and happy - both of those are met and beyond! The environment is welcoming from the moment you step foot in the door, and its been a pleasure getting to know the teachers and staff. He is learning and excelling, thanks to the work of his teachers. My friends who have kids at other schools tend to complain but I cannot relate because weve been so lucky with Hope! One hundred stars from us! (Also, our older son didnt attend Hope and always comments he missed out because his preschool didnt have nearly the great lunches that are served at Hope!)

My daughter started attending Hope when she was 14 months old. The entire staff (management and teachers) is wonderful. From the moment we walked in to take a tour, we were really impressed and knew that’s where we wanted our daughter to go. My daughter is now 3 and thriving. She is very independent and her speech is impeccable for a 3 year old. I’m very impressed with the care we’ve received at Hope. The teachers are very nurturing and my daughter has grown to love them all. I have a younger daughter that’s in the infant class and cannot say enough about the staff in both infant rooms. It is so hard to leave your kids at a facility, but I’ve never worried at all because all the teachers in the infant room are so wonderful and I can see that my daughter is well taken care of. She started walking at 7 months and we definitely attribute that to the teachers at Hope. She’s definitely going to be ahead of the curve. The management has been nothing but accommodating to my family’s needs. I had to switch the days my child attends Hope once and they made every effort to accommodate it. Hope not only provides care for your children, but they go above and beyond in making sure your family’s needs are met as well. I highly recommend Hope to anyone looking for care for their child.

We did not have a great experience at this school. While the administration was kind and there were some lovely teachers, his lead teacher was not friendly, lacked enthusiasm, and typically did not say hello. A number of his things were lost and he regularly received reports of his behavior in his file, often without a conversation initiated by his teacher. I was hesitant to write this because we had a lovely experience at Hope Infant Toddler House, and I’m sure there are some teachers there who truly love children. I am only speaking to our family’s experience. I also considered that perhaps my expectations were unreasonable, but our son has since changed schools, and I am so impressed by the level of care he received at the new school(up until we disenrolled him due to what is currently going on in the world). However, I do hope this inspires change and can lead to this place having teachers who love what they do. If a teacher is not passionate, does not love children, and/or is unhappy about their school; they simply cannot continue in this line of work.

We’ve been a part of Hope Montessori Westminster going on three years now and we couldn’t think of a better place to have both of our children attend. We were diligent in our searches with the many different schools in Westminster but none felt quite right, that was until we toured Hope. The staff is warm and welcoming, easy to talk to and the communication is great whether it be the front administration or the teachers. Our first child transitioned from a stay at home daycare and we saw an immediate improvement in their learning and communication skills. For the first two years they had the same teachers who tracked their progress and got them more than prepared to start Kindergarten. Our child started Public Kindergarten this fall but still attends Hope for the afternoon care program. Hope continues to teach during these afternoon sessions as well as helps with daily homework assignments. Having both kids at Hope in the afternoon is also convenient as we only have one place to go for the afternoon pickup. Our youngest started going to Hope earlier this year and their transition from the stay at home daycare to here was awesome!! The teachers are great and provide daily feedback on what was done for the day, what they ate and how they napped as well as any important information that we need to know. We’ve enjoyed watching both of children learn and grow and we’re impressed with where they are and what they’ve learned while attending here.We highly recommend Hope Montessori Westminster for anyone looking for a good school for their son or daughter to attend. It’s definitely worth the visit!!

My 5 year old daughter started the Hope Montessori Kindergarten program in August 2014. This is our first experience with the Montessori teaching philosophy and so far my daughter loves it. For years she really didn’t enjoy going to pre-school. Since starting at Hope she wakes up every morning asking if it’s a school day and jumping for joy when the answer is yes. She comes home from school telling me how much she enjoys learning math. It has only been a couple of months and already she is counting into the hundreds, doing addition and even multiplication. What she likes the most is the opportunity to help other students in her class. She was already reading when she started the kindergarten program and I really like that she gets the chance to help other students in the class learn to read. I know that this will cement her basic reading skills, as well give her confidence in her abilities. When I pick her up she loves telling me that she got to help her teacher. One of her favorite games to play at home is “school”. She gets all her stuffed animals set up in front of her easel and teaches them about the Continents of the World and numbers and words. I think that this is the truest testament to how much she is learning and loves her time at Hope Montessori.

The teachers are amazing and the administration goes above and beyond. We chose this school because of the wonderful reviews I had gotten from my clients, and other parents around town. My children have excelled in all caricullum being taught. I am impressed with this school, and I absolutely recommend it to, anyone parent.

Hope has been a great place for my son to begin his montessori adventures. His teachers have been wonderful and I couldnt be happier with the love and care that they have shown for my little guy. It is so nice to drop him off in the morning and know that he is happy and safe. I am very grateful for Hope and the wonderful staff.

Both my daughters attended this school and I was 100% satisfied. My 5 year old left reading at the 1st grade level, she does 1st grade math, and she loves to learn-- all because of this school. My second daughter started out timid and uncommunicative, and now shes happy, sociable and friendly. The staff is very professional, the school is clean, and the children get love in a stimulating environment where the social-emotional development is as important as the cognitive one. All preschools are not the same, and I think this location has definitely proven how the Montessori approach can give children a huge advantage in school. Worth every penny.

Great School!! My oldest Daughter has attended since the school opened in fall of 2010. She has been through all the classrooms and will complete the Kindergarten program this year. All of the teachers have been great, working with her and ensuring she gets the skills she needs to know. Montessori teaching is tailored to each kid, so the teachers work with her and challenge her to continue to grow and not to a set classroom level. My younger Daughter is following right behind her and will be in the Kindergarten program next year. The school is a family setting with the staff, you really get to know the teachers and administrators on a personal level. Kudos to the administration of the school as there is very low turnover and a majority of the teachers that started in 2010 are still there!! I would recommend this, or any of the Hope schools, they really know how to teach kids independence and life learning skills.

Not the best Montessori we have been to. Neglected our kid to the point of sending him back with no diapers, or dirty diapers turned inside out. Lost his water bottle and keep counting. Many other options available out there to avoid coming here.

Our three- and five-year-old children have attended Hope Montessori Academy for 2.5 years. Our son started reading at four years old and one year later in the Kindergarten program, he is reading books for third through fifth graders. We attribute the childrens independence, confidence and overall well-roundedness to Hope. Our son has had the same two teachers since Day 1 and they are irreplaceable. Our daugter has been in three classes and she has adapted beautifully with the warmth and nurturing from each of the teachers. Our lives have been made easier because of Hope. We feel safe every single day, dropping them off knowing they could not be in better hands, aside from family. We are very particular when it comes to the care of our children and nobody met our standards of care until we were introduced to Hope. If you want confidence that your child(ren) will not only get the quality of care, healthy food/snacks and mental and physical stimulation you are looking for, look no further than Hope Montessori Academy Westminster.
