The staff is extremely friendly. The staff is always making sure floors are dry and faculties are clean. I absolutely love my sons instructor on Wednesday nights for the minnows group.

Awesome place to teach your little ones to swim

We have had a wonderful experience at Aqua Tots! Our oldest son struggled at other swim classes to go underwater and never made progress learning to swim. After only a few lessons at Aqua Tots, he was going underwater for the first time in years without fear and we can see that he and his brother are progressing each week! We will be enrolling their younger sister soon and are excited to watch her learn this important skill as well!

We ran into a couple issues initially.The owner personally called and apologized and corrected the issue. He took all criticism and suggestions to improve the issues that we ran into.

I never had a bad experience at this place. The staff is so friendly and sweet to both the parents and the kids. My kids since theyve been here are IN LOVE with swimming and always excited to come back! Great facility.

I was very impressed by the initial impression of the staff and facility. This was the first swim lesson experience for my daughter. The first session she was apprehensive to go with the instructors group lesson so we opted to do private lessons. The private lesson showed promise but after one private lesson they decided to give up on her and cancel any availability. This is very disappointing to say the least. We are going to try Gold Fish swim school I hope they have a bit more care and patience.

We have been extremely happy with Aqua-Tots Crocker Park. Every employee is helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Theyre very well organized, and always ensure the kids feel comfortable so they are able to get the most out of their lessons. Emily was exceptional with my daughter, who was having anxiety about going to her lessons.

My kids love it and have made so much progress over the past year. The staff is great about rescheduling as well!

We LOVE it here! The staff is amazing in helping accomodate our schedule and the swim levels of our 4 and 5 year olds. Their customer service is exceptional and each staff member is always smiling, friendly and helpful! They all work so incredibly well with my daughters. My 4 year old has a fear of swimming and the 5 year old is total opposite! Aqua Tots goes above and beyond to give you, and most importantly, your kids, the best experience from start to finish .

The team is fantastic with kids and parents. Highly recommended.
