Bringing our children to next generation children’s center of westborough has been the greatest decision we have made for their child care. I know that when we drop them off that they are closely monitored, learning new things daily and having fun all at the same time. The staff are always friendly and available to check in with. I feel comfortable and confident that our children are in good hands when they are at school.

We are SO lucky to have found Next Generation Childrens Center for our daughters school. She went to Next Gen as an infant prior to COVID and the teachers in her room were so incredible in making this big adjustment from home with mom to new teachers, new routine and new friends. They helped her learn to crawl, met her needs while trying to get her to sleep and even tired her out so much she slept better on school nights :) Fast forward to COVID we held our daughter out for almost a year but we were so delighted when she returned to school how amazing and supportive her new teachers would be with this even bigger transition. Teachers at Next Gen care about my daughter as much as my family and friends, they laugh with her, help her learn and speak and are amazing role models. Ive always been so happy with Next Gen (including their protocols with COVID) and this past week I was blown away at the birthday party they held for my daughter with her friends. They really went above and beyond! Everyday my daughter runs to the car so excited to go to school and everyday when i pick her up she has the biggest smile and tells me on the ride home how much fun she had. Thank you NGCC!

Our son went to Next Generations Children’s Center starting at 18 months and we loved everything about this center. The teachers are absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a child care center where the teachers and administration truly care about your child, then this is the place you are looking for. We can’t recommend them enough. Absolutely wonderful center, very caring and professional staff and our son truly loved being there so much! Our son was very prepared for Kindergarten through his experience here, and we’ve made life long friends through Next Generations!

I love all the children at NGCC. The staff are amazing and I looked forward to working with them. Flexibility is awesome. Great place to work.

My grandchildren have had the best learning experience at this center. The center is clean, safe and provided so many extras. It gave us peace of mind knowing that my grandchildren were in a school where all the staff took exceptional care of them.

Having to leave my only child for the first time was hard enough!! But the staff at NGCC in Westborough immediately put me at ease. She started there at 12 weeks old and they encouraged me to call with questions or concerns, or simply to check in on her day. She continued at the center through Pre-K, and was not only fully prepared for kindergarten, but also so curious about learning, all thanks to the amazing teachers at NGCC. The administration there was incredibly responsive, helpful, and caring of each child. They greet each child by name when they arrive!! My daughter often wanted to stop by the front desk on her way out to relay a story about her day, and the staff was so accommodating and doting. I found NGCC to be a warm and comforting environment, and was put at ease by the security measures they had in place to protect my child. The most important thing was that she feel comfortable there, and the amazing administration at NGCC made that a reality. I am so grateful that I was able to give her that social experience!!

Our son has been with Next Generation- Westborough since the age of 3 months old. The teachers and directors were welcoming, communicative and made us feel at home from day 1. Now my son is 2 and we continue to love everything about Next Gen. Hes learning new things everyday and he runs into class everyday and gives his teachers big hugs. His teachers care for him like hes their own child. Another great perk- It certainly helps that we dont have to pack snacks and lunch for him everyday. They even provide wipes! We largely chose Next Gen- Westborough because all of the kids seemed to be happy and they truly are. Happy kids...happy parents!

My 2 children attended NGCC Westborough for over 3 years (2017-2020). Despite the high turn over of teachers, too often changing of classrooms, and inflexibility (amongst other complaints we had), my husband and I kept them there because of they offered the long days that we needed and we didnt know any difference. Finally, after I was not pleased about how they handled my children coming back after COVID (Sep 2020), we decided to withdraw our children and place them in a Pre-School that is less corporate and more family oriented. Despite these hard times, they did not offer a full refund of our 1 month deposit, so we ended up paying for 2 weeks in which my children didnt attend (since we wanted them out asap so only gave 2 weeks notice). And we still have not yet received our partial refund! They owe us over $1,300!!They seem to care more about money than they do their loyal families. Not the place for my family.To be fair, we loved all of the teachers. They were all good to my children.The current director is unprofessional and in over her head. I dont recommend this school and regret staying as long as we did.In response to NGCCs reply on 10/21:Ive already contacted you directly and have not gotten a response. Please send the date as to when we can expect our refund.Additionally, I dont believe that every family is important to you. This is not how we were treated. The administration at NGCC Westborough clearly cares more about the business. Its the teachers that care about the children.

I’ve been working at Next Generations Children’s Center for about a year and a half. I love It here. When i first started all the stuff and management was so welcoming. I highly recommend coming to Next Generations Children’s Center in Westborough Ma

Our two boys have been going here since they were babies. We love it! The teachers really care about the kids, and do a fantastic job providing a safe environment for them to learn and have fun.

Our daughters have been going to this daycare since they were each 4 months old. The employees and managers have become family to us and have been there through some challenges weve had. Its a relief to know that our children are so loved while we are at work! Weve recommended many other families to them over the years.

I enrolled my son just after 12 months and it was his first time in daycare. He had a hard time adjusting and the staff could not have been more helpful. From the staff at the desk, to the Director, they all welcomed us with open arms and made my son feel like family. His teachers Maribel and Deanna, I cant say enough about. They were so warm and welcoming and made my son feel at ease. The transition was easy because the staff truly cares about every child like they are their own and knows them all my name. I would absolutely recommend NGCC in Westborough to any parent looking for daycare/preschool for their child. Thank you NGCC for everything!

We have been sending our two little ones to NGCC since they were about 7 months old, starting in the infant rooms, through the toddler, pre-school, and pre-K classrooms. We are very happy with Westborough NGCC. The teachers are great, the kids have lots of space, and the provided lunch and snacks are a big help for us. Most importantly the teachers and management have worked with us to provide a suitable solution when issues arise. The kids have also enjoyed the different activities they have like Halloween party, themed school days, fire truck visit, and Dr. Seuss week.
