I’d like to make it clear that I would give the school overall 4 starts. But one teacher zero. Mrs. Sorensen (1st grade) rips the students papers in half if they mark them before she says, snaps the students pencils in half and does not allow bathroom breaks more than 2-3 times a week. She told a student they “need to see a doctor about bladder problems” when they asked to use the bathroom twice in one day. She refused to help a student tie his shoe because “you’re in 1st grade and should know how to tie your own shoes already”. One student would cry in the morning and she would act kind until the second the mother left. When she left, Mrs. Sorensen would snap at the child to stop crying and get in line. None of this is acceptable and many of us parents were disgusted by the behavior.

My son attends this school and they do a really go job with keeping you up to date on everything that is going on at school academically, after school programs, sports, events, ect. Great staff and Great teachers
