My husband and I became members at Family Church in 2013. In that time, it has truly become like a second home. Everyone is always so happy and welcoming. You can really see the light of Jesus shining through. We love being there and serving every Sunday. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a warm, friendly place to worship!

I felt I found my home from the first visit. Everyone is welcome & we all come from different walks of life. It truly is a family church! From newborn to age 100, we have all ages covered. Our pastors all teach from the same sermon; right down to the toddlers. Your whole family can discuss what was taught that morning around the dinner table. No matter how young or old you are in your journey with Christ you will find the teachings wonderful! Give us a try!

Family Church is truly an authentic church. My husband and I have been attending for two years now, and we couldnt ask for a better church home. You will find families and individuals from all seasons of life, all walks of life, and every kind of story. Also, the worship team is simply incredible!

I have been growing spiritually more through the fellowship, leadership, and stewardship since I have joined Family Church than I ever have throughout my life. The pastor teaches out of the Bible, the growth groups are a great way to connect and pursue Gods design. This church has become home, and all who attend have truly become family. Worship is beautiful. The message is Hope, Truth, knowledge of the Word, and something applicable to help you grow in your faith. The pastor connects so well with everyone; a multigenerational church. Messages are relative to today, insight from yesterday, and hope for tomorrow. Family Church enriched my faith and a great church to call home!

My wife and no longer attend Family Church. We love the people and the staff. The doctrine is sound and there truly is a family atmosphere. Everyone is welcome and no one is judged. But then the music starts.Our issue with Family Church is they have a reputation for very loud music. This is true at several of their campuses. We know a large number of people who have asked that the volume be turned down. Their solution....handing out earplugs, which is an admission there is something wrong but theyre not going to do anything about it. We are not the only folks who have left the church.We absolutely loved going here for years. They are definitely targeting a younger audience with the loud music, light show, and smoke. Its more like a concert than a place of worship. It wont be long before someone will remind them that their light show can bring on seizures.We are very sad and very disappointed.

Was kicked out of the parking on Saturday evening with no signs that say private parking or anything of that sort. Just wanted to walk along the water with my dog. With all that parking space empty and available and not letting people use the parking I can only imagine the type of church this is... Sad and disappointing.

Ive grown up at this church since I was a young girl. They have always been like family to me. Family Church Downtown is a diverse community; all people are welcome. Our pastor preaches sound truth from the Bible. If youre looking for a place to belong, I encourage you to visit!

Most people would have given up—I almost did.This is the most comforting, instructive and authentic church I know. I know its probably not the only one. But Family Church has very quickly become our spiritual home. No matter what I say here to you—it would not do justice to what you could experience here, and I hope you will commit to visiting to find out for yourself... But, when you visit, were center left about seven rows from the front. Ill be looking out for you.

Incredible energy and welcome on my first visit!! I felt an instant bond with Family Church, and couldnt wait to go back the following Sunday. In fact, I even work out with some of the Pastors and members of church at their gym @6:30am. The worship music is out of sight, and will bring tears to your eyes!! I can only express ALL positive words when I think of Family Church and look forward to getting Baptized there too:)Everyone is welcome and you will leave wanting more!!!!!

My husband and I have been attending Family Church now for a little over a year. I never wanted to be a member of a large congregation because of the impersonal interaction but since coming to FC I have never and I mean never felt so connected. I love the teachings of the pastors I’ve heard so far and the way Pastor Jimmy teaches, it makes me want to learn more about the Bible.Since I’ve been coming to FC, I can feel in my spirit that I have grown and have a desire to continue to grow. I used to attend another church in the palm beach county area. After several years I felt a pull to a deeper understanding of the Bible. I found myself in need of more than just music and lofty ideas of God. I visited several churches in the neighboring area only to find more of the same. When I first attended Family church I was welcomed with open arms and didnt feel lost in the crowd. Since that day I have been attending the 10:30 Sunday service at the downtown campus. The staff at Family church are no longer viewed as staff, as they have poured endlessly into my personal life even when I didnt deserve it. Now they are like brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers. Family.Words are of no evail when I think about my experience at Family church.

I went to this church for a year in 2007, and ever since then, their people have been aggressively harassing me to quit my job and serve as their IT director. They believe that the term Holy Spirit refers to their nationwide network of gossip and slander, which they use to blackmail people into submission. This church is a dangerous place--just search the web for baptist west palm ethics bennett and read the Ethics Daily article.

This is a very warm place to worship. You are family when you come here!

Very rude establishment. They are very rude and use intimidation tactics with PBA students, who are Christians that also attend the church. Very selfish and discriminatory.

This is a church like no other. The love of God can be felt from the moment you enter the door. Also the childrens ministry is phenomenal. They teach them the word of God and love them very much. I recommend this church to all adults, youth and children.
