Exceptional day care located in a new convenient location. The teachers are very good with the children. Both of my girls have attended and received the best care since the age of 4 months. My current Kindergartener is so happy to wake up each and every morning to attend. She is reading with ease and learning so much. Shelley the director is fabulous. She is attentive to every one of your needs and as well as your children’s. She is a pleasure to talk with and you can tell she loves each and every one of the children that step through the door. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, clean and educational day care, this is the one for you.

Worked here for 8 months and I honestly enjoyed every minute of it. The teachers and administration made me feel very welcomed. Grateful for Miss Shelley for giving me the opportunity to work at such an amazing center.

The learning experience in Wayne is absolutely amazing. Our son has been going there since he was about 7 months old and we couldn’t be happier. Shelley and the rest of the staff are very professional and have helped our child grow in to many ways to count.

Today was a bittersweet moment as I said goodbye to what had become not only my child’s second home, but mine and my husbands. All of the staff have become part of my family over the years. It has been a pleasure getting to know all of the teachers. We are welcomed with smiling facing every morning by Ms. Connie and greeted with a warm welcome every afternoon by Miss. Priya. Every afternoon, it amazes me when Miss. Priya approaches me to tell me something cute or interesting about my son’s day. I don’t know how she keeps track of an entire school, but it has always put me at ease knowing that she not only manages the school, but takes time out to get to know my kids. This past year has not been easy with Covid. I have not been able to go inside to drop my son off like I was used to, I have not been able to interact with the teachers like I used to, and yet, I know that my son has been in safe hands. I know that his teachers love and care for him through the extra pictures and cute notes I receive. I know that the school has been cleaner than ever and they are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe during these uncertain times. I know that Miss. Priya and Miss. Shelly work non stop to make this a fun place for him. (My son thinks they live there because he has seen their cars at school during the weekends quite a few times). TLE Wayne started off as a daycare for my son and it quickly turned into a second home. As I say goodbye to everyone today, I know that my son is ready for public school thanks to all of these amazing ladies that have played a role in helping shape my son. For that, I am forever grateful.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is responsive and always willing to help. My nephew has a smile on his face every time I drop him off. Could not recommend it more!

The Learning Experience in Wayne was the school we utilized for both of our young boys. We could not be happier with the outcome there. The staff is very professional, and always looks out for the best interest in your child. Thank you TLE Wayne for all you have done for our boys!

This place is the absolute best! The staff is amazing and caring. My son is learning so much and loves it here.

My kids were welcomed with open arms during COVID. When our center closed, we were unexpectedly moved to TLE Wayne. The experience that we had here was unlike any other. My kids come home everyday telling us new stories and showing us everything that they learned and made. The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel like family. If I did not live so far away from the center, I would enroll my kids. Throughout this process, they have always taken extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of the kids. Not only do they conduct health screenings upon arrival, but I have seen both Admin at different times wiping down the playground as well as the tables setup outside. Their building is always spotless!

My daughters went to The Learning Experience and they loved it. The teachers are wonderful, great to be around your kids. The place is wonderful with Ms. Shelley and Ms. Christina being there. I will never be a stranger here I will always visit them. With the experience I had I give this place a 5 star.

Great school, great curriculum. The Learning Experience has such a warm, friendly feeling as soon as you enter the building. You can tell that the children are loved. We are very lucky to have such an amazing group of teachers who are moms first in taking care of our children. My oldest started kindergarten this year and was at TLE for 4 years. We started at 18 months and In her last Preschool class ...Miss Elena and Miss Connie prepared her by giving her social and academic opportunities to be prepared. An amazing group of teachers and team! Thank you to all the teachers that has helped us with every stage with both our girls...thank you Miss Christina and Miss Shelly.

I was very anxious about leaving my daughter with strangers. The staff are all friendly and highly competent. My 6 month old is very happy there and clearly enjoys herself. The center is helping me get my daughter to begin solid foods and will help with toilet training later on. I cant say enough about what a warm environment it is.

The Learning Experience is a fantastic school. The entire staff and teachers make you feel like this school is a second home for your child. It is such a peace of mind knowing that my son is in such caring and loving environment. Their educational programs and teaching methods are outstanding.

My son has been attending TLE in Wayne for one year & the changes in him have been very noticeable. His speaking skills have improved tremendously. Hes learning manners & to socialize with his peers. He looks forward to going to school every day. The teachers show that they care--I have no complaints.

We started to send our son to the Learning experience in Wayne after a failed attempt at a local Montessori and a semi successful venture with a nanny. We have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism, love and warmth that every teacher has displayed over a period of 1.5 yrs that our son has been with them. His confidence increased, he felt more comfortable in a crowd and his grasping power and vocabulary have been great. We feel so safe sending our kid to the daycare which helps us to focus on our jobs as well. I highly recommend the Learning Experience in Wayne to anyone in a heartbeat .**Update: Our younger son also goes to the Learning Experience since March 2016 and he loves it there. Once again TLE gets my highest recommendation

We looked at many early learning centers. With TLE I noticed that all of the kids, no matter what age, were all happy, and they continue to be. Since my daughter has been there we are so pleased with her development both cognitively and socially. She is always excited to go to TLE every morning and has adapted so well. My family couldnt be any happier with TLE. Our girls are constantly learning and so well cared for at this center. The director really makes it feel like a home and the staff is so loving.

My son has been attending the Wayne TLE for the past 1 ½ years. This was very difficult decision for me as we had an in home caretaker for the first part of his life. I must say that the teachers and administrators at the school help with the transition and I cannot begin to tell you what a great decision it was. My son has flourished in his language skills and is a very outgoing child now. I truly appreciate everything TLE has done for his growth.

My son has been attending TLE for 1 1/2 years. Me and my wife were having a very difficult time potty training him. He is very strong willed and was not cooperation even though we knew he was ready. The teachers and administrator encouraged us to stop using pull-ups and bring several outfits to school and they would work with him. In less than 3 days our baby boy became a big boy and was fully potty trained. Thanks so much TLE for the special time and attention you gave to my little guy.

As a first time mother I was worried about bringing my five month old baby to daycare when it was time to go back to work. I have to say I am so happy I chose TLE. They really care about their children and I am confident that my child is very well care for.

We were the first time parents and were skeptical. When we first toured the facility and met the director & the other teacher staff, we were very happy and we had no doubts that kids will be taken by the best hands. I would like to thank all Miss Donna, Miss Ashley, Miss Kristin, Miss Andrea, Miss Annie, Miss Natalie, Miss Angela, Miss Chrissy, Miss Kane and all the other teachers who gave more than 100% in the development of the kids. The Kids spent 40hrs/week and they felt home. I would like to Thank Miss Shelley & Miss Christina for giving my kids an opportunity to be a part of the TLE family. Unfortunately, we had to relocate and had to part with TLE Wayne. When we relocated to a different state and enrolled the kids to the different day care/preschool, on the kids first day, we were called by the staff and were asked Did you kids go to day care in NJ?, they are been thought very well and they are very disciplined. On hearing this, I felt very proud . With head up high I proudly said, The Learning Experience. Cant Thank enough and I am very indebted to all the staff at TLE, Wayne. You Are THE BESTEST!!!. Keep up the great and invaluable profession.
