Ms. Bulloa is great and a hard worker. She took her time to help me get my child signed up for school. Two weeks later my child have not been sign to a school it no excuse. School in two days.

The lady who welcomed us was very disrespectful rude. She was in the front and looked like she did not want to help us in any way.

Very bad service. I call about 5 times a day because I need help getting transcripts and they NEVER answer, I leave voicemails and they never return calls. Not to mention you can’t go in person neither because they only accept “appointments due to the pandemic” well how the hell are we supposed to make appointments when they NEVER ANSWER...

This place is very clean. And the staff is polite and courteous.

3 hour waiting time to register my 3rd grader. Only 1 person inputting registrations and she is very slow. Hire some help especially during the beginning of the year. Is this what my tax money goes to? 1 person working on thousands of kids?

Wow just wow been going back & forth with everyone in this building since thursday morning i registered my son online having to find out i couldnt make an app, telling me they dont schedule appointments anymore what type of service we need to deal with anyways thanks to rosa i was able to go in friday to finish the paperwork me guessing i was done. I get a call the same afternoon telling me to go back to sign my son off bilingual, to be told today tuesday that the school has no space after i spoke to lyon for openings being told they did have openings now the office is close & my son is schedule for a school that the hours are not in my favor. The office never answer any phone calls & when youre there is 3 hours or more of a wait for them to say they cant do anything about it .

All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very bad place for registration we have been waiting for 4 hours just to not even get registered they don’t care about the other people who have to ask for a day off from work just to wait and not even get registered and they take so long for some schools that not even good thinking they sending people to Harvard or sum and the only thing they say is “you can come at 8”and they have a very bad obese supervisor

They never answer, no attention.
