I have had my son in this center since he was 4 months old. While there has been some changes throughout the years I can say with certainty that I always feel like my son is well taken care of and 100% safe in this center. Ms. Amanda (center director) is incredibly personable which makes chats very easy. When the center reopened after being closed due to Covid they put in several precautionary steps to ensure all of the childrens safety. All the teachers show genuine love for the kids which is so great to see. They track your childs development and make learning fun which is always so great to see.

My daughter has attended this place most of her life she since was six weeks old and shes 4 years old now. The place is in good hands now and were very happy with the teachers and the management. They have dealt very professionally with Covid-19 and we feel safe sending our daughter here every day. The place has gone through *many* changes in management and staff over the four years weve known this place; this churn has been frustrating at times. But I suspect this is typical of all daycare centers. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone considering enrolling their child here.

We waited to put our daughter into childcare until she was past 12 months. I wished we wouldnt have: she is a much better sleeper, is very talkative when coming back, and thanks to her teachers and their Kindercare app, we feel very confident she is not only in a safe space given the pandemic, but also nurtured and loved.

Our daughter has been going here since she was 12 weeks old, and we’ve had a great experience as she’s gotten older. Her teachers are attentive to her needs, and they’ve been a huge help in her development. We always felt like she was safe in their hands, and the center’s protocol for maintaining a clean environment during COVID has been very rigorous. Our daughter always has a big smile when we drop her off, and we can tell from all the pictures we’re sent that she’s having a great time.

Our son has been attending the KinderCare center at 2200 Penn for two months now, and he loves it! When I picked him up at the end of his first day, he was excited to tell me about his new friends and all the fun things he had done, and its been like that every day since. Im grateful to the centers team for giving my son the opportunity to sing, play, and learn with other kids - all while taking the necessary measures to keep him safe from Covid-19. I strongly recommend the 2200 Penn KinderCare to anyone looking for a safe, happy, and caring environment for their child.

We loved this daycare. our daughter enjoyed it for several years. location is perfect, teachers are the best, every child gets lots of attention and personalised teaching. teaching process is impressive, management is responsable and friendly.Ms.Amanda is a real treasure. We had 3 directors in past, it was up and down until Ms.Amanda, with her all the questions are responded the same day and all the requests/issues get adrest immediatly. Ms.Williams turned our daughters fear to be alone in the daycare in absolute love. Preschool teachers brought education process to the next level, we loved it, especially that we could see and be a part of it online via app.

We use this daycare as a backup option for our daughter whenever her regular daycare is closed. Everyone here is extremely helpful and generous, and we have never had an issue arise. Would definitely recommend this daycare for anyone looking for a safe and reliable daycare with dedicated staff and teachers who care for the children.We would send our daughter here full time, but her regular daycare happens to be a more convenient location for us.

I was looking for care for my toddler and when I reached out to Kindercare, compared to other child care centers, I received a quick response to my inquiry (and my first conversation was with the Center Director). I was able to see the facility with photos. I learned about the COVID-19 precautions in place and felt comfortable sending my son to this center. The Center Director was very responsive to my questions and inquiries as I completed the paperwork and got set up online for payments. The staff have been wonderful in the interactions that I have seen (videos) with my son. My son is happy and enjoys going to Kindercare. He has been there for about a week. I love the regular updates to the Kindercare app by staff so I can see photos and videos of what my son is up to each day. Thank you to 2200 Penn for the wonderful service and care of my toddler!

2200 penn kindercare has been an amazing experience for my child as well as me! The staff is very caring and informative about each individual child. I would definitely recommend bringing your child/children here for great learning and great stuff.

My son started going to this daycare center when he was 9 months old, and we absolutely love it. It was a terrifying moment for me and my wife, since were first time parents and he had never been taken care of by anyone else other than us yet. But the whole crew at 2200 Penn Child Care Center made this transition way smoother than we expected by being loving, caring and thoughtful. Our baby just turned one and hes been developing incredibly under the care of Ms. Lakaiya, Anitta, Tiffany, Tyesha, and many others. Well be forever grateful to all of you.

2200 Pennsylvania was our first KinderCare experience. I was very apprehensive at first because as a first time mom, I didnt think that anyone could really take care of my 4 month--old the way I could. Our kiddo started in the infant class with Miss Tiffany who was really understanding and patient. She warned us what to expect (lots of colds) but was confident our child would do well. And she was right! On the pro side this center has wonderful teachers. Parents get documentation every day is what their kid did, how much they are and how much (or little) they slept. Teachers work really hard to make sure kids are cared for. KinderCare had a curriculum, so each month is a different theme.On the con side, this center has had a lot of leadership turnover over the past year. However I think they are now back on track. The other con is that like everything in DC this center is expensive. We kept ito daughter here for 3 months until we got off the waitlist of a more affordable center. My child really missed the teachers so much so that we were happy to use 2200 Penn during the government shutdown when our center was closed
