I can’t say enough good things about Kiddie Academy West End. The staff is absolutely wonderful—engaging, gentle, and caring. The kids always look so happy. And they are on a street that has a good amount of green space, which makes outings more interesting than walking around a city block.

We love Kiddie Academy. Our son started at 4 months old. The teachers provide good communication and let you know how our little ones day went. They work hard to provide a loving and safe environment. They also work with the children to encourage them to reach milestones. During Halloween, Valentines day and other similar holidays they provide fun events for the children. Other activities include weekly walks to the library down the street. We love seeing all the photos and videos during the day while our baby is in daycare. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this preschool and daycare to other parents. My son has learned SO MUCH, loves school and learning his letters and numbers, and I am very happy with their COVID protocols. I also appreciate they get exposure to Spanish as well. Im so happy our son goes here.

It is a lovely daycare. Very caring staff. Management team is Wonderful . Good amount of supervision as well as independence. Curriculum is great, teachers and staff put a lot of time and efforts. Great quality.

The teachers are great, very caring and attentive. The curriculum is well thought out, diversified and engaging for the appropriate age. The student population is diverse ethnically, racially and culturally. Students are exposed to foreign languages at an early age which is important.

Will always recommend them for the attention and care they give to our children. Never had a moment of doubt taking my grand daughter to this care school. Ka is good.

We love this place - so responsive and engaged! By far the best in DC, with teachers who obviously care deeply about the kids and are actively engaged in learning and play.

It is a great daycare! I just love it! They are so nice and friendly and the teachers are amazing!

Advantages: Feed back (daily reviews and pictures) and transparency (we know whats going on, and when something goes wrong - bites, shoving, bumps and ouches). Staff quality is also good to very good.Areas for improvement: staff turn-over / retention (good teachers are hard to find, unfortunate to lose)

KiddieAcademy WestEnd provides a wonderful mix of structured and free play&learning for our toddler. We have been SO happy since we switched to KA 3months ago. The weekly themed lesson plans for the toddler classes offer a lovely mix of physical and mental+creative activities to stimulate the kids at all levels. They try to make every moment a teachable moment and weave-in diverse cultural learning & current events where possible as well.Also the teachers and staff are all so caring and dedicated to the children. They are 100% engaged with them and you can feel that they truly love being with the kids...the kids of course feel that too.Our 18mo old LOVES going to daycare at KA 5days/wk (which of course makes it much easier for us as 2 working parents with no family close by to help).

The staff is very responsive and well qualified. The atmosphere is friendly and the kids learn while having fun!

Teachers are incredibly friendly and caring. They treat the children like family.
