The group leaders and some of the counselors are very rude and unprofessional. one of my family members had the worst experiences working there.

Called with interest to sign my 3 year old up for possibly a summer program and fall pre-k program and woman answering the phone super unprofessional, rude and seemed annoyed. Worst 45 second phone call. Woman seemed annoyed that I asked a question. I asked if we could set up an appointment to come in register and see the place and was like laughed at, like I was asking for something totally unreasonable. Was told there was nothing available for the summer and fall. And the website says there is availability. It wouldve been nice to have been given some more information and had a conversation. Maybe she couldve offered a wait list? Nothing else? You have a community member with young kids, maybe at least offer opportunity to come in and see the place. No customer service provided, couldve said like hey if something opens up well contact you. Maybe we can meet virtually, nothing. Rude, unprofessional. Never left a 1 star review in my life.
