Hello I have three small children that attend to the learning experience and Wake Forest I have a seven-year-old that tends to after school program a three-year-old and a one year old we start having service there since my son was 2 months old I love it there was a couple times that I was a little late and they stayed over just to make sure that they still receive service they are open-minded sweet people and the center is very clean and safe environment

I am very pleased with TLE-Wake Forest and so grateful I found this school. I am blessed to have such great people in my daughter’s life. I have seen great improvement with my daughter since she started TLE and It is because of Miss Mariluz and her staff. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel at home. They make my daughter feel very special and she adores all her teachers. A great place for children with a positive environment. I love this school. Thank you TLE-Wake Forest for your love and dedication.

My son went to TLE Wake Forest from age 2-5. He absolutely adored his teachers each year and they all continued to make him feel special up until his very last day before Kindergarten. Mrs. Mariluz Santiago is awesome, very easy to talk to, and always makes sure the kids are well taken care of. My son learned so much during his years here and I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a daycare/preschool for their child.

We have a 1 year old that we have enrolled here. This is an AMAZING place and we absolutely love it! It is always so warm and inviting when we get there which as a first time, over protective parent is really important. They take amazing care and the daycare workers are awesome. Our daughter is always excited when she gets there and goes right to her teachers! We truly feel at ease when leaving her there knowing shes in great hands. Not to mention all of the activities and learning shes done! I truly recommend and love this place!

I would recommend The learning experience to anyone in a heartbeat. My 2 year old is in the Twaddlers room. All of his teachers including the toddler room where he started in are in love with my son just as much as I am. My son is always showing me something different that he has learned. One of my favorite things is all the art work that gets sent home witch I have all over my walls to show off at home! They hired a photographer for spring pictures and the pictures came out perfect. They take the time to get to know you. They are helpful, they make you feel that your child is their priority. And by they I mean each and every staff member at the Wake Forest Learning Experience! We appreciate what you do for the children! Oh and its always clean! And doesnt smell like 💩

My daughter started right after her first birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of trusted individuals. Our daughter has learned so much: numbers, letter and more importantly sign language. She’s also retained everything. I enjoy the ability to check her progress throughout the day and learn about the daily lessons, so that we can practice at home. Love this place!

The teachers are great- My grandson is two and my daughter love the fact that her son enjoys going to school. The few times I came to visit him the center was clean and the teachers and the director seem to really like their jobs. Thank you for all you do.

We came to Learning Experience after trying another daycare in the area and could not be more pleased! Our son is thriving and is very happy to go to school. The staff is terrific and the facility is very clean and organized. Monthly themes, workbooks that the kids work out of, lots of reading and music for the kids, and a nice outside area with playground are a few of the reasons this place is great. They even have a Make Believe Blvd where the kids can play in a town and dress up.

The management at The Learning Experience is great. Mariluz has been there for a while and is probably the hardest working woman I know. I never see her sit down and she always has a smile and is ready to ask how your day was or share a cute story about your child. Miranda is newer and I have seen so many improvements since she started. We get frequent email notifications plus a monthly calendar with different activities. The activities since she has started have been absolutely incredible and my daughter comes home excited to talk about them!

My son attended this daycare for 1 yr and I took him out because the owner decided to hit my child. He denied it as he should have but the teacher verified many child compliant and decided to quit because of it! Before this incident theyve had new teachers often, new owners and they stopped giving daily updates on the children when his last teacher quit which was at least 4 months ago. Watch these people!

The staff is great especially Ms. Milly who makes my daughter look forward to going to school everyday, Ms Mariluz who always have a welcoming attitude and Ms Jeanine who is always there for the kids. Plaxe is also neat and well managed too. Very satisfied with this place.

Its a wonderful place. My daughter loves going to school everyday. Amazing teachers. Amazing and loving director.

Great daycare. This daycare rates up to five stars. My daughter is 2 1/2 and is on pre-k level.

O how much I love this school. My daughters beg me to take them everyday. My 2 year old loves her wonderful amazing teacher. She loves Mrs. Marcia. Always talking about her and all the fun things they do. And my four year old. She loves all her teacher. She loves all the teachers from Todds, Twadss to preschool. Especially Ms. Michelle, Ms. Jeannine, and Ms. Milly. But mostly we especially love the amazing director Ms. Mariluz. Always having an amazing attitude, always having a smile on her face. Always making me feel secure and happy when I leave my two amazing bundles of joy. I LOVE THIS SCHOOL!!!!!

I would not take my child to the Learning Experience. Especially with the new director. Good luck if you do. Just about all the teachers have left and on top of that, parents are taking their kids out to put them in other daycares. They charge you out the ass for BS. They charge all this money for Summer Camp and the kids barely do anything. RIP OFF!!! Parents are charged annually for registration fees. I had never heard of this until I came here. Maybe a one-time registration fee. Their lunch menu is ridiculous. The kids are served rice and pasta with some type of meat everyday. The environment had totally changed. Think before you decide to put your child in here

I am not sure where all of the past negative reviews come from and what they are about but I can tell you now the facility is fantastic! Mary the director is super nice and friendly, she is very accommodating. I know Mary from many years ago from when she used to manage my olders son facility it was the Daycare off of Six Forks and Horizon Dr and I am so glad to have ran into her again at this facility! She has too many years of experience and a great attitude. My daughter has a few emotional/anxiety issues and she is in the Pre K classroom now for their Summer Program and her teacher Ms. Jeanine is amazing. She has a lot of patience and is good at communicating situations to me. They have tons of activities and a busy set but fun schedule my daughter has learned so much I am so thankful :-)

WARNING! PLEASE READ FIRST! Our daughter was abused by one of the teachers that the daycare decided to retained. She was bleeding and mishandled but the image of the daycare was more important. This situation was masked and never reported. This is literally the worst daycare facility that I have ever been to.This daycare is full of lies and deceit. The smiles and laughs during the initial walkthrough was a smokescreen. The safety and welfare of my children was always an issue here and was continuously covered up by the daycare. Furthermore, our personal information wasn’t protected bc it was spoken about throughout the daycare..PLEASE Be careful.. The daycare is continuously under investigation and they hide the facts when children are harmed in order for you to not be alarmed!Why would a for-profit organization need to raise money for the center? Sounds like for personal gain...I only give this information as my honest assessment bc I fear that another family would have to endure what we went through and not find out until it’s too late. Some facilities see our children as just another dollar..

My 2 yo son loves his teacher, Ms Michelle. She truely cares for her students like she would her own kids. She is very professional,organized and creative. She takes time to really teach and not just watch the kids. I have been happy with the new office manager Mirandas ability to get things done quickly as I made a suggestion and it was done within an hour of my request! I greatly enjoy the warm welcome and sincerity of Mariluz. She brings a smile to my and my kiddos faces every day at drop off and pick up. Wake forest TLE has provided the flexibility my family needs in childcare. I look forward to seeing more school events and enrichments in the classrooms and a continued movement toward healthier lunch options.

We thought everything was amazing with this center when our son first enrolled at 1.5 years of age. He was happy and learning quickly. His primary teacher was wonderful, professional, informative, and had a true love for the kids in her room. Things started to concern us though after a few months... small things. For instance our son got sunburned outside and we were informed by his secondary teacher that she had not been putting his sun block on him because she thought we didnt want her to (even though we had filled out the form). Then he got burned again and we found out they were only putting sunscreen on in the afternoon and not the morning because of some policy they had. We pushed this aside because he was happy and learning so much. Then our daughter was born. We wrongfully assumed that because our son was happy there and treated so wonderfully by his primary teacher, that she would receive the same level of care. We were very wrong. On 2/14 I walked into the center to bring in sprinkles for an icecream sundae party they were having in my sons room. When I went to leave I first checked in on my daughter to see how she was doing. When I looked in, I saw her sound asleep, belly down, on the floor, on a boppy pillow without being attended to at that moment (one teacher was playing with the other babies in the room while the other was in the front of the room working on valentines). The teacher claimed she had put her down like that because she had gas and that she had only been alone like that for a minute while she was gluing together valentine day cards. Despite the Director of the facility personally being pulled into the room and the teacher admitting in front of her what had happened, the state was somehow unable to substantiate the claim when they investigated. Despite the Director personally stating in her office to both myself and my husband how she understood how serious what her teachers did was, the state was somehow unable to substantiate the claim. 1) Babies are not allowed to sleep on their bellies unless they turn themselves over which my daughter cannot yet do. 2) Babies are not allowed to sleep on the floor at daycare facilities and 3) Even the makers of the pillows clearly state on the warning label that they are not to be used for napping as they pose a suffocation risk (at least the one I have at home says that). I think this facility is just fine for older kids. They have lots of toys and the kids really do seem happy. But Id never trust them with an infant given what they did with my daughter.

Great center we loved them and would go back, but was too expensive.
