My son has attended KC since he was 1 years old. He is now 5 and getting ready for kindergarten. The teachers have been amazing and nurturing. My son was taught a few ASL signs and has been learning Spanish. He loves his teachers and they have all been very attentive to his needs. If I had a concern which is rare, they will reach out almost immediately and help resolve any concern I may have. I will be sad when my son leaves KC but ill be happy knowing that they have prepared my son for the next stage of his education.

I am so grateful for KinderCare!Ms. Penny and Ms. Courtney are amazing, they always answer my questions and let me know how the day is going. Their dedication and kindness are priceless and my son has learned a lot, it is clear that they love working with the kids. Highly recommend!

I love having my children at KinderCare. The teachers are very warm and welcoming. It feels like a family. Its easy to do business with the managers and I simply love the app. I cant imagine a world without South Independence KinderCare.

This daycare has very nice employees. My son Carson Spain enjoys his teachers and friends. Ms. Jasmine is his favorite teacher from his Pre K-3 class, she truly cares about him and he loves her. Prior to Kindercare, my son has never been in a daycare facility. He has learned a lot and is now potty trained. I’m very thankful for Ms. Shanita and Ms. Ketrell, who run the front office.

My daughter has been here for almost 3 years now and I have not once worried about her being taken care of. She has learned so much and her day is filled with fun activities. Mrs. Jasmine has been her favorite teacher and she talks about her at home. I’m always happy so see Mrs. Glorias face when we walk in. You can tell she loves her kids. Mrs.Shanita and Mrs. Katrell have always been available to answer and questions I’ve had and are so easy to deal with.

Both my kiddos now attend this KinderCare and I couldn’t recommend it more! The staff is so unbelievably kind and I love how the teachers truly care for my kids and communicate with me constantly. They really put my worries at ease while I’m at work.

Our son has been going here since he was 18 months old and he’ll be 4 at the end of the year and we have no complaints. I love the staff and the education my son has received. Every time I’ve ever had an issue, which is rare, it’s always handled professionally.

I thought this facility and it’s employees did an amazing job taking care of the kids. They were loving and nurtured them as if they were their own. I would definitely recommend them to any and everybody!

The center was very warm and welcoming when I toured and the director was very pleasant over the phone. My first impression was great and my Godson will definitely be attending.

I visited KinderCare last week and was able to have a trial day where I could leave my 3 month old for the day. I can honestly say that she enjoyed herself and the staff is amazing.

Iam Not going to recommend this daycare .. my daughter was in toddler class we are not at all satisfied.I felt this location is like this(heard good reviews from other locations)

Use at your own childs risk. I called and the center director agreed to give me a tour with little notice. I was happy, being a prior kinder care child myself. Finally my child will be challenged! I thought.., in reality; its a clean and nice center that has issues beyond what i will subject my child to. I came in and there were the oh so familiar cots and communal bathrooms, structure and versatility that i found comfort in as a child. But then, .... an adult female yelling at a PRESUMED 3 year old at the top of her lungs ! USE THE BATHROOM THEN!! YOU MUST NOT HAVE TO GO IF YOU WONT USE THR BATHROOM!!!I mean screaming.I dont know about you all but i do NOT pay people to scream at my child, i pay them to be patient, loving and nurturing.I stopped the tour immediately after hearing how the lady was yelling at this child, and as i left i could see the center director standing right there beside this screaming lady, completely unphased. This is not a part of the kinder care curriculum, and this center needs to get its act together if they think its ok. The state of Va thinks otherwise btw..#disgusted
