We had a blast at Rios! Setting up the session for our Bachelorette Party was super easy. The staff communicated well and very detailed. The instructor was AMAZING! Definitely coming back!

This place is fun. It was my first time there. Everyone is nice and friendly. I did the hell on heels class. It was easy to follow but a tough workout. Definitely would recommend to everyone no matter skill level.

The girls and I had so much fun celebrating my sister as a bachelorette. Our instructors were amazing and had such patience with us. We all left feeling sexy and full of confidence!

Such an amazing place for us to celebrate our bachelorette at!!! Panther and Exotica were our instructors for our double party (chairs&poles). Not only did we have a blast, but we were accepted and made to feel sexy no matter our shape or size. We made memories there that will be talked about for a lifetime! Thank you lovely ladies for such a fun and exciting time!

My experience on March 12th was nothing more than excellent. Friendly staff every visit I have had. The instructor was fabulous, energetic and really catered to what we wanted to learn. The vibe was everything only to find out it was instructors first class teaching, she handled it like a pro. Great job!!!

I had so much fun here while I was temporarily hanging out in Virginia Beach for a few weeks. It can sometimes be difficult to get into a class, but they are adding more, so it should get easier!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to begin their pole fitness journey or find confidence they didn’t even know they had!!

I just had my 33rd birthday party here and it by far one of the funniest birthday parties I’ve ever had. My hosts were personable, sweet, and great teachers. Already thinking of planning another party just cause.

The girls there are really supportive. Love the energy. If youre unsure about trying the pole fitness classes definitely check out their class called pole curious.

They ladies were very accommodating in helping me schedule a party around the holidays. They class was fun. I wish we spent more time breaking down the moves than conversation.My party was late and they and they were still willing to give me a good experience with the limited attendance I had. I appreciated that!Overall, it was a good experience and I would like to come back for more detailed instruction.

Shelsea was so patient and made all of us feel so comfortable for my friends bachelorette party! One hour went by way too quickly!

The studio is amazing and I love going here! Every class is different and I enjoy taking each class to learn something new. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and fun and I have the best time in classes. Walking in the studio they make you forget about the outside world. I highly recommend everyone try the studio At least once.

Today was my third day working out with the ladies at twisted fitness and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED every minute of it. I’m tired and sore... definitely a good workout!!

While Studio Rio is an innocent pole dance studio on the outside, once youve been there for a while, you will start to see the picture perfect facade crumble. The owner and staff are completely unprofessional and biased towards instructors and students alike. Favorites tend to be picked, upper level girls ignored, and even keeping member payments during the pandemic with no studio activity. The studio preaches being proud of what you do there, but only within the owners personal bias of what is worth being proud of and what you should be ashamed of. Would not recommend learning pole dance at this establishment.

I walk into this place and I forget the outside world. I always leave worked out regardless of doing the drop in classes or pole classes. They both are great. Best decision of my life 😃

I LOVE this place. The staff and other people attending are all very welcoming. I am not a pole girl, but attend between 3 and 4 drop in classes a week. I love how they are different and there is always something new to try. Best fitness workout by far that I have found.

Great staff and awesome classes. Very friendly and down to earth instructors help you, to master moves. On difficult moves instructor will come and advise you step by step until you get it. Atmosphere is great.

The atmosphere was amazing! They were all friendly and nice. Im giving it 3 stars because the pole 1 class was more for professional strippers who need to better their moves, NOT some random person who wants a good exercise or a way to spice things up in the bedroom. In the class I took there were 3 women who didn have a clue what to do (me and two others) the rest of the class (about 7 others) were flipping and doing tricks on the poles which was VERY distracting and made me and another girl very uncomfortable because we didnt have a clue what was going on. It would have been better if they explained that on the website that theyre for professionals or someone who wants to be a professional.

1. TRY THE GROUPON if you havent already. Just DO IT. 😎I tried it out a few months ago before starting a membership. I felt SO welcomed and included despite my skill level and apprehension about swinging all this around a pole. 😋 2. No Hotgirl is Left Behind! Every class (and instructor) is unique and full of fun. The diversity in attendance means theres someone at your skill level to laugh at the struggle with you, and someone ahead of you to provide helpful tips and modifications. 3. POLE is not all at Studio Rio! Twisted Fitness is built on Girl Power so build strength and endurance with all the fun drop in cardio classes! I felt I needed more upper body strength before tackling the wildly Best pole classes again, but now Im hooked! In just a month I can see changes in my endurance and strength. 😇 4. Last thing: Im more lazy and out of shape than you 😛, but its hard not to enjoy working up a sweat with these amazingly sweet Hotgirls to all my favorite songs! (And some I didnt even know I liked, HA) Even my mom as my guest was welcomed with open arms and given a huge confidence boost for her big wedding day (and dress fitting 😂) coming up! My dancer name is Minaj, Ill see you in class! 😘

When I first went here I was so nervous and had no idea what I was doing but I have made so much progress and in the process have gained confidence and have become much more fit.
