Apparently my original factual post was a problem. So I am rewriting my review and still stating that this was a horrible school to attend due to financial aid issues, and no barber instructor present for majority of the course when I attended.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and my hair cut and color comes out great! They are very nice and respectful. I give the student a tip because they are learning and they do good work.

Best haircut ever and best prices around.Prices are better than these so called real barbers and salons that charge outrageous prices and do an okay job.Tonya and Adam cut my hair and made me look 10 years younger! Chloe did nails for my 6 year old daughter and she loves the way they came out.Customer services was good when going at the right time, when it is not too busy. Clean environment, friendly faces, and best prices in town. Thank you guys!

The Hair Cut was perfect and transforming. The barber was very curtious, caring and he listens to what the customer is saying. I thought that it was just my barber but Im very observant and what I observed was that everyone working there(at least everyone that I got to observe were all on the same exact page as my barber was. And on top of that, when I brought my son up there it did take awhile before he was called back there to get his haircut but after they were done they didnt even charge him for his haircut.. And he was very please with his haircut as well....

I came in for finger waves for my birthday. I was there from 3:00pm to 8:00 pm. I paid $60 and my waves were not neat at all. They were extremely sloppy and looked horrible. You’re better off going to a real salon especially if they’re so expensive and their work is sloppy. And worst of all it was an instructor who did my hair, not a student.

I came in twice to have henna natural hair dye applied to my hair. I never used it before so I didnt feel comfortable doing it myself. I asked professional salons if they could do it but they said they wont do that but the beauty school would do it. I was nervous about how it would turn out since its made from a plant and one mistake can affect the outcome, but the color came out great. Both times I went in, the instructor was extremely helpful and accommodating. The students were very friendly and took their time to make sure they did a good job. They even let me decide how long I wanted to be under the dryer and allowed me to blowdry my own hair when it was done. I felt like I was in good hands and was impressed with the whole process. There was no wait time either. Im grateful to have a place to go to have my hair done since I wont use traditional hair dyes on my hair. I will definitely be coming back again!

I had my hair colored and the girls were very nice. She did a great job. I would definitely go again for other stuff and recommend them.

Just called for enrollment information and was told there is no instructor at 2pm to 4pm or no one who wasnt able to further answer my question. So are the students not being supervised? Simple question of a cross over to get my barber license. And Ive been trying over 3 months to get more information and never get a call back as promised from them. Not professional at all.

Neighborhood people that are ready to talk to with reasonable prices. Yes they are students, but the teaching staff and management are skilled, seasoned and are training them very well.

Just got my hair washed and straighten by Ashley she did a great job! Very inexpensive for cut and blow dry. 30 bucks for all in total

Greetings, my name is Richard Moreno and I have been a client of this organization for approximately 2 years. I am always impressed with the skill and professionalism of Miss Evette. (I never forget a face, I hope I remember her name correctly).I am compelled to write this review by the very rude demeanor of the African/American female who is working the front desk and answering the phone this 7th day of May @ 10:00 a.m. She was very short with me on the phone and I became very offended at the way that she hung up on me. I was at this front desk 40 minutes later where I was greeted by a rude African/American female that I have never seen before. I expected to see that she was very busy by the way that she was short/rude with me, but there was no one else there but me. She was challenged with operating the cash register and seemed to look to me for comfort or reassurance. She seemed to forger how rude and offensive she was with me just minutes earlier. I wish to respectfully advise you on how this person is treating your faithful clients. By contrast, please accept my highest compliment (Miss Evette included) on your student Natalie who gave me the best dye and cut that I have ever had at your College. Her warm demeanor was calming to the experience that I just had with the person working your front desk and answering your phone. I am willing to make myself available for comment but I am not comfortable with posting my phone # on this site. I will return the next time that I am due for a cut. Without the rude person answering your phone, this post would easily be a 5 star rating! Thank you.

Hair cut is a little off on the sides and the instructor did them. Used to be able to go in on Saturday and get any service but they have changed it so that people that work and depend on Saturdays dont get what they need done. Have gone there for years but now it is changed too much. Just disappointed

Pretty decent place. Not the most advanced but they make up for that in the way they are with their students

I got acrylic nails. It took three hours and they don’t look good I really wish I had a better turn out my nails have bumps and uneven it terrible!!

A very good place to take your grandsons to get them a hair cut for a reasonable price also nice people and a clean place I would tell anybody to come here to get their done
