We LOVE Kindercare Verona! The director and assistant director have done an incredible job navigating the new normal during the pandemic while still providing lots of fun and enrichment for the kids. The care staff are so loving and kind and weve had nothing but good experiences with all the teachers hes had during his year and a half there - my son runs in the school door every day with a smile on his face because of how much he enjoys it!

We have had our son at this location since he was 10 weeks old back in August of 2018. Overall we have been very pleased with the teachers that have been involved with our sons care. We were not very fond of the first two directors they had, but the newest director has really help turn this facility around. We are very sad this location is closing.

I signed up my infant and elementary school aged child last year with a starting date of fall 2019, when it was still Rainbow. I told the director I wanted a place for my infant and also before and after school care for my child in elementary school. I wanted to avoid two pickups. They assured me they would drop off and pick up from that elementary school. During the tour, they showed us where both of my kids would be. I noticed there wasnt an owner on site and didnt get a welcoming feeling from them, but I told myself I wasnt giving them a chance. I also noticed they werent very responsive, since it took a couple of emails and a phone call to get the tour set up.After paying the deposit and securing both spots, we reluctantly told our current daycare to remove the infant spot. We loved that daycare, but they didnt provide before/ after school care for elementary kids. The waiting list there was a year long for infants since theyre so Best, so I felt a bit uneasy about losing our spot. We had high hopes that Rainbow would be a good place for both. I told myself that the uneasiness I was feeling was just me feeling nervous about the change.A couple weeks later I heard from another parent that Rainbow was discontinuing the before and after school program starting in the fall... when we were supposed to start. I was shocked because that was NEVER mentioned at all, nor had anyone communicated anything to me about it. I couldnt believe it. I contacted the director and learned it was true. Apparently, KinderCare had purchased Rainbow and the corporate office felt they werent making enough money doing after school care, so the program was cut. I was floored and angry. Why wasnt this communicated to me at any point? We had paid the money and supposedly secured a spot, but yet I found out the truth from another parent.Immediately, we had to start scrambling to find a new place since spots were filling up all over. I was able to convince the director to refund the deposit, but the whole experience left me feeling like I had been lied to.. because i had been. I also felt angry with myself that we lost our infant spot at the daycare we loved, just because I had initially thought I could have a good daycare for both kids at Rainbow. I was wrong, and I should have trusted my gut feeling. My suggestion to parents is to find a daycare with owners on site who actually care about the programs and customers versus looking at dollar signs. Ill never consider a KinderCare again.

Amazing facilities, and loving, talented, qualified teachers. We had some turbulence with some prior management having a conflict with our favorite teachers who ended up leaving because of it, but the new director seems to get on very well with the staff and were hoping she helps reduce turnover.

I would not recommend sending your child or working at this location. You can take your child else where and receive the quality care and moneys worth that you deserve. I worked here for a year and it was a nightmare. I was bullied and harassed by the center director to the point I quit. Licensing, regulations, and sanitation doesn’t exist at this center at all! I made several complaints with the company and corporate workers that were completely ignored and never followed up with. That right there shows they don’t value their employees at all! The place is a complete unprofessional nightmare! The director who was unprofessional and harassing towards me has since left so who knows if the place has gotten any better. But please do not send your child their if you want quality care. The place is a joke!
