Brad and the entire A3 team is top-notch. I started playing flag football on a team with my husband, and wanted to improve my speed and agility on the field. I live in Portland and researched places but couldnt find anything I liked. I actually found Brads website and really liked his training philosophy and experience. I know he knows his stuff, since he not only played football at Eastern Washington University, but hes also the current Football Strength Coach at Portland State University.Anyways, I began training with Brad, and I can honestly say: I feel like I am the fastest girl in the league now. My speed and agility improved ten-folds. I would recommend Brad and the A3 team ten times over for any athletes or fit adults who are looking to take their skill set to the next level and stand out among the crowd.
