It was the best school ever when I went in the 80s. Mr. Dorsey was the greatest.Now my girls daughter goes there. Seems good still.

My daughter excelled there after transferring in 4th grade. Ms. Hilton and Mr. Newberg are exceptional teachers and inspire their students in so many creative ways. All teachers should encourage their students as these teachers do!! Great, dedicated staff! Hearthwood Elementary is a wonderful school!

Could you maybe post things that are helpful and can the office staff actually be helpful and aware of whats happening in the school every time I call to ask a question no one can help me and when I look it up on the website AGAIN I get no help like come on people get on it!

So I said a year ago that the school wasnt up to its standards anymore, and well... Its improved since I last went, but most things stay the same. I visited during school hours and talked to some of the students (about 10) and most said the things they where learning in class were very dull in the way the teachers taught. Another thing they said, was that bullying still seemed to be an issue after my leave from the school about 4 years ago. Back then bullying was almost erradicated at the school and we thought it was going to go obsolete, but then with this news it seems like the staff got tired at that point, and decided to stop their fight against bullying. I really want to see this school in another year back to the great standards it once was. Thanks for your time :)

Elementary school. Really nice staff and facility. It is an older building with several portables. Grounds kept in good condition.

Our son attended this school and he loved it, as did I. The school does really good at keeping the kids motivated and the staff really invests in their education. They have fun parent nights where the students can show off their art and they have plenty of after school activities to keep the learning going after hours. My son was being bullied here and they immediately addressed the issue so that it didnt continue! Thank you Hearthwood for helping raise our little boy! He continues to use the knowledge he learned from here in his 6th grade life.

I go to school here and ever since Ive been going to school here its been really great. I think that I would rather go here than image because Ive been to image before and i hated it. I like the kindergarten,1,2,3 and the forth graders here.

Dont listen to KK Mackes! The school is amazing! All the teachers are extremely helpful and focused on their job to educate!

This principal does not do anything to problem solve just says to say away. Not helpful at all
