I came in today around noon to make copys and a fax and the little auburn haired girl was amazing so helpful, and made it fast. A young man pushed my son in a office chair to keep him busy. What a great experience, Im never going to fed ex again. This is a great place will be returning

Recommend against using shipping service as drop off for amazon returns that require packaging and shipping by UPS. Staples provided no accountability of my item after I noticed no progress in its movement 4 days after drop off. Management stated, he had no way to account for it as nothing was in his UPS pickup area and then suggested I take my concern to UPS. UPS had no record of package beyond the label Staples created for me. Both Staples and UPS said they couldnt file a claim even after 2 weeks because amazon returns have unique system. Staples shipping claims department suggested Amazon handle the issue, which they did by simply refunding me despite lost/stolen package.

Stopped by this store for a printer to print out some work documents, received OUTSTANDING customer service from an associate by the name of Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and had answers to everything I needed, or found answers if he didnt know. There was a customer in the store not wearing her mask but this is likely not due to the employees.

An associate named Gabe greeted me at the door, and helped me find the exact printer ink I needed. He went above and beyond, and found me a pack that included all of the ink cartridges I needed, when usually I have to buy multiple packs to get everything. In and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for being an exceptional employee, Gabe!

There was a tech name gabe there super helpful polite and knowledgeable in his tech very bright young man. Good job staples for having such great employees.

I went into Staples on 11-10-20 to see if I could get pictures off my phone and onto a flashdrive. A tech supervisor named Ian came to my rescue. Apparently my phone was acting difficult but after working on it for an hour Ian was successful in accomplishing this task. High five for such dedicated people like him. Fist bump too. I will definitely return to Staples for my needs as long as you have employees like him.

Their lay out was great! I found what I needed right away. Of course some other things I didnt go in, but I needed too. Staff was most helpful and polite.

Been a while since I have been in the store, but its nice. Compact and its not hard to find what youre looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. Still a good selection of computers and printers.

Yes, some how I them in confident people. One either look too Busy to answer a simple or just plain lazy not knowing items. On April 15, 2016, I looked on their website its tells that if you shop online you can pick item (s) within 1 hour of the purchase without having it delivery. I phoned store directly was placed on hold for a long time. But I finally got to speak to someone (female) asking if item I available in store. Long short I was in the end informed No items available in the short. I told an individual on hte website I there are two available why. Excuse was that the website is SLOWER on her End than the actual website. What or how that is is possible.. Business people except that your website stated that you have must make sure you do.. Not complete different what type of business is STAPLE running . One words for Upper Management check on up with all locate store manager(s) to making sure that item (s) adds on website making sure all/most store(s) at least have it as Promises..HUGELY DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Shockingly a great experience at a staples. Found what I needed in the newly remodeled store. Cashier was super friendly and was very nice when I asked her to price match their online deal. Somehow staples stays relevant in 2016 for those gotta have em tonight tech items.

The employees do not enforce the mask policy. I watched an entire family of people not wearing masks go in the store and not one employee said anything to them. I am disgusted at how selfish, ignorant these employees are. Someone needs to do something about this store because this is not a one time incident either.

Office Supplies! Had a list of 3 items.They had NONE of them! Contractors Invoice half size, nope! Clear plastic ID holders wallet fit, nope! Or Self sealing lamanent cover wallet fit, nope! 3 strikes! I wont go and will NOT recommend online either it was also lacking.

I was completely blown away by how rude the Vacaville store manager was to me today. Being a teacher, I went in to purchase a class set of pencil boxes for 50 cents each. The sign said there was a 5 limit purchase, as there is every year. In the past, the clerks have always let me, and my teacher peers, buy 5 at a time. The manager refused to allow me to purchase my class set this way, and actually called me a LIAR and said I had never done so in the past. He accused me of trying to manipulate and take advantage of the system. What good will 5 pencil boxes do a teacher?? We need class sets! Staples needs to support teachers, especially at this time of year since we need so many supplies that we purchase with our own money! Staples has lost me as a customer. Target is right around the corner!!!

Really disappointed with this place. A ream of paper is over 7 bucks. Should only be 4 at most. So went to Wally world instead. A basic item for not a friendly price

Brought my phone in last week to get some work done on it. Its been over a week and I still had not received a phone call so I decided to give staples a call regarding my phone. A rep. had informed me that my phone had been shipped back but was still not working, still I had not received a phone call or email regarding my phone (the rep was very rude to top it off). Its been over a week and my phone is still not fixed given they had promised me three days. I have no idea what is going on with my phone because there is no communication with Staples and the third party that is fixing the phones. I am very disappointed with the services. I invested $140.00 dollars in this repair, I hope Staples is able to fix my phone. I will never come to staples again to get my phone fixed.

My computer cant read the hard disk. After testing here, they told me that the program on the hard disk is missing and charged me a $29.99 inspection fee. After I took the computer back, the computer turned into a black screen, and even the wrong video could not be displayed.

The service is excellent especially Derek at the Tech Bench.

USE THE PUBLIC LIBRARY IF POSSIBLE. I USED THE COMPUTER TO PRINT OUT A LABEL AND IT COSTED ME 7$. WOW I WOULD OF WASTED 50CENTS AT LIBRARY A TOTAL RIPOFF

Great customer service!

I went in and needed one copy made. They told me it would not be ready for 24 hours. If you need copies made, go somewhere else unless you can wait. I only needed one stinking copy.

1/2 the size, 1/2 the merchandise.
