Jamie and Chris are amazing fighters, who are very dedicated to their craft. Chris provides a great introduction to Mauy Thai and the basic fundamentals. Jamie then builds from that foundation. If you put in the work with them it will show you the results.

Dropped in for a jiu jitsu class and had a very nice experience. Good team, good mix of people on the mat. They could use a larger venue. Boxing class after the bjj class so no time or space for after class rolls.
