My son has only been the Childcare Network family for 1 week and I can’t say enough about them! From the enrollment process to his first day, they have been absolutely amazing.Sending your child to preschool for the first time is already such an overwhelming experience, but they made the whole thing as smooth as possible.I can tell my son truly enjoys going to Childcare. The best decision my husband and I have made for him!

I love Childcare Network Union City! I have my two and three year old who attend here and the staff take such amazing care of them, let alone teaching them new things everyday! I appreciate them for taking precautions and keeping our kids safe during this pandemic. You guys are truly appreciated, and I’m so sad we will be leaving you guys in a month due to moving another state. 🥺 Thank you for treating my kids as if they were your own 💗

I typically would not leave bad reviews as it pertains to business but this one is absolutely necessary as I want every parent to be aware of our encounter before enrolling their kids. I will start off by saying the TOP PRIORITY is to ensure they receive payment every week! We are private pay!I have two kids that are enrolled at this particular location, have been enrolled since august of 2020. Its a hit and miss with this daycare one week everything is fine and the next week things are uncontrollable.I want to speak about this week in particular, Monday I was contacted to pick up my kid at 1:30 in the afternoon due to him running out the front door of the facility (fine)! Tuesday my kid attends he has a wonderful day. Wednesday my husband and I received a phone call around 8:30 to speak to our child to encourage him to go back into the classroom. I decided to visit the school instead, upon my arrival Im greeted by a pre-K teacher that elaborates on the spirits in the 3 year old classroom. She expresses that the day prior my kid was allowed in her classroom and did great. The pre-K teacher mentioned several times that the environment in the 3yr old room was different.Now let me rewind... I spoke to the district manager and requested a parent handbook which I never received. Within that conversation I questioned the district manager on whether or not the teachers were certified/qualified and she informed me that they were. In speaking with my husband today the director of the daycare confirmed they are not! The district manager informed me weeks prior that they invested in newer toys to keep the kids busy, why not INVEST in kids safety and purchase a safety gate since the school is close to a major highway with high traffic volume?!Several teachers have brought it to both my husband and Is attention that they will be resigning and or have already resigned due to the lack of care from other teachers as it pertains to the kids that attend this school.I am so thankful we are able to walk away without our kids being injured and harmed but will continue to share with upper management what takes place at this location.Thanks for reading!

Extremely unprofessional they let anyone work here. Kids can just walk out the door no safety lock. Children are not properly supervised. Management is horrible and uncaring.

The one on Flat Shoals road two weeks ago the infant room was left unattended when l picked up my 10 month old. The next morning it was left unattended again. In 2 years they have had 4 directors. Today my son has to go to ER because some one hit him in the eye. The current director is really respectful and patient. But they really need to step it up.

This place is awesome. When I drop my baby off in the morning its like dropping her off at grandmas house. The center director Mrs. Johnson and assistant center director Mrs. Grace are so warm and welcoming. It is obvious that they love what they do. And my baby is excited about going to school each day which is absolutely awesome. They will always get 5 stars from me!

The teachers and staff are definitely like family and my twin boys are loving this school!! I love the daily email updates of their day. The teachers are patient and make sure the kids learn and develop as they should. They are awesome!

Childcare network is the best. After moving to Atlanta, I was skeptical on putting my son into daycare. So, I finally decided to place him into childcare network after looking into the reviews. I must say that was the best decision ever. My son loves his school and the staff. Ms. D is amazing and you can tell genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend this location. They treat you like family and I love it.

My experience with this center has been amazing. Ms. D and Ms. Kelly are wonderful people. They have been more than wonderful to my family and help me out tremendously. I love the communication between everyone. I like how I can speak to anyone from the bus driver, the cook all the teachers about any questions, concerns or anything I may have they are always there to listen and see how they can help. Its more than just a childcare they are like family they take care of my son and 2 daughters as if they are their own and I am very thankful that I have found a great place for my kids. A very good Infant Class. Ms. Cain and Ms. Cook are the best. My Daughter loves seeing them. Ty so much for being very positive every single day, as well as assisting us with the growing and developing of our smart and healthy baby. Ty Ms. D for your willingness to fix any problems we may have or have had & Ms. Kelly Ty for showing my baby how to type to! Now being honest the Toddler class that she graduated to, could be a whole lot better . The Role of a teacher should be taken very seriously. Professionalism is mandatory. Being able to be Alert and cautious at all times should be a requirement. This Job should never be treated like a regular 9-5 especially when dealing with some ones elses child. Pay Attention, Love, Learn, and Teach. If not, find a new profession. Sincerely said. Mr. Rhodes.

I absolutely love the staff in the infant room at this center. When my son started attending the center as a new mother I was very nervous but Mrs. Johnson and Ms. Cook made me feel very comfortable leaving my son in the class knowing he would be in good hands. The ladies keep me very informed on his whereabouts and my son particularly is in love with ms Johnson. They take care of him like he is their own and I appreciate these ladies very much. I would recommend anyone looking for infant care to this facility.

When looking for a daycare for your kids you look for caring, loving, kind, and genuine people look after them while you are away and thats exactly what I get here at Childcare Network 28 Ms. Gray and Ms. Olympia are sooo loved by my baby and they love her as well. When a teacher looks forward to seeing your kids not knowing what attitude they will receive that from them that makes you feel good shed lets you know they care. The whole center is like family to us. They are always smiling and oh so very friendly. I love them and wouldnt change her daycare for nothing in the world. 😍😍😍

Daycare is under the care of a new director and is falling apart. I am thinking of removing my kids within the next month. Police has had to be there due to altercations. Which now makes me wonder if my children are in good hands

Child care Network has been like a second family to me and my children. My 7 year old finally found a daycare he enjoys and is comfortable at. My 2 year old has learned so many new independent skills and comes home with new knowledge and even was taught how to use the potty on his own.This Daycare is a very loving, warm environment. I would definitely recommend to other families.

Childcare Network is very responsible and attentive. My daughters has been enrolled for over two years now and we have had no problems. I would recommend this daycare to any new parents.My daughter love seeing Mrs.Ellis in the one year old class and shout out to Ms.Dee, Ms.Kelly, and Ms.Ashanti for being so caring when it comes to my daughters.

They were normally pretty good but one bad apple spoiled the bunch. She had on lots and lots of makeup and was very rude to both me and my child at pickup time. I dont trust her with my child because of her hostile attitude. This was backupcare. Not familiar with the person...

I would like to tell anyone who planning on bringing your child or children to this location, that your babies will be in good hands. Everyone there act like family and have good attitudes, and they all love kids and will treat your babies like their own. All four of my kids attended here and I have always had great experience. Mrs. D and Ms. Kelly are sweet angels. And I thank them for all they do.

I am very please with this day care...i love the progress my daughter made by attending here..big shout out to her after school teacher Ms Melanie Forbes she is so wonderful with my daughter..she work with her every afternoon and for that i am truly thankful. Also her teachers Ms Sandra and Mr Andrew and wonderful teachers. I confident that my daughter will be ready for school with the help of these wonderful teachers.

Being a first time mom, I was skeptical about leaving my baby with strangers, especially since I work about 40 minutes away. I wondered if he would be taken care of and treated with love. The first day I dropped him off Ms. Erica, the assistant director, made me feel comfortable about leaving him. When I called to check on him Ms. D, the director, assured me that he was fine. I had a few minor issues the first week or 2. But now I truly feel like I made a good decision. My sons teacher, Ms. Cain, has been wonderful. Ms. Cain is professional, sweet, and truly cares about the babies. Im glad to have her as my sons teacher. No daycare is perfect but this is a pretty good facility. The facility is also clean.

My son absolutely loves school thanks to his awesome Pre-K teachers Ms. Noble and Ms. Churn! He really enjoys learning and has made some great friends. I appreciate Ms. Noble and Ms. Churn for playing such an important role in his life; he speaks of them daily. Im grateful for a place where I can send my child and not have to worry about how he is doing. I cant thank you enough for all that you do for Harper. :-)

Childcare Network is a wonderful place! My kids has been attending this daycare for 4yrs now. My baby boy started when he was just 2. They potty trained him within 2weeks! They have a wonderful after school program as well. The staff there is very professional, and truly love working with kids.

My daughter attends this daycare and I love it! They do so great with her and I can tell a difference in her attitude. Thank you so much to the ladies in the infant room!

My daughter is 2 years old and had never attended daycare before she started at Childcare Network. Though I was in the middle of relocating from Marietta to Atlanta, It was very easy to enroll her and the director was very nice and accommodating of our unpredictable schedule. I am a first time mom, so naturally I am a little nervous about my daughter starting daycare after being in only my care for two years, but the director (Ms. Pam) gave me her phone number and has allowed me to call and check on her anytime I want. The two women that oversee my daughters class loved her from the first day we came to visit. They are so loving, and treat my daughter as if theyve known her forever. All the children in her class know her by name, and know me as well even though shes only been there a week. I always feel at ease when I drop her off, and never worry as I just have a great feeling that my baby is being well taken care of. When I pick her up, she is always clean (face and clothes) and I always receive a detailed review of how her day went. I will write another review after some time has passed, but so far I am very happy with Childcare Network.

I really like this center. My child loves coming here everyday to see his teachers and the after school care is great and very affordable His after school teacher Ms. Forbes is amazing.

I absolutely love this daycare.. stil they are amazing. My boys have been here for a year and they have not let us down yet. I love Ms. Nikita and Amiracle💕 .. my boys teachers constantly exceed my expectations and are communicative and sincere. I love this place.

I must say this is the first time my kids been in daycare. My daughter is 5 and she loves her school she doesnt want to go to a big school. She loves her teachers Ms. Tiffany and Mrs. Churn. I remember one night we had bad storm and the lights went out and my doughter started crying saying..... mommy am I going to see my teachers, I thought that was so funny, her teachers was the the only people she could think about . My son is 2 and at first he had to adjust to the other children and teachers, but now he loves his class.

My daughter loves it already. I also love the fact that her teachers take her having Sickle Cell serious. By making sure shes feeling fine and giving her lots of water.

My son has been going to this school since he turned 1 and he is now 3. I have seen so much improvement in his vocabulary and communication with the other students. The staff is friendly and respectable. They abide by the rules and the classrooms are professional and creative for the students development. We will be leaving this area soon and I hate having to move away however when we return my son will be attending their pre-k program.

My 4 year old son has been coming to this location for 2 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facility on the inside is very bright and clean though the outside could use better cleaning and playground landscaping

I must say I am truly happy and blessed that after researching schools in the area I choose child care network! My daughter is 5, and has never been in a daycare at all. Her teachers Ms Lawal and Ms Anozie arewonderful! They really care about the children.They got my daughter out of her shyzone, and she is learning and retaining so much.The director Ms Dee and her assistant Ms Kelly are great! They get to know thesechildren, their names and is truly concerned when they miss a day. They ALWAYS have special functions for the kids. I feels good for me to be able to go to work and not have the added stress of wondering if my child is okay.

I was very hesitant on leaving a review but thinking my little boy was really learning something to be ready for kindergarten I saw the signs that something was going wrong when his class was getting smaller by the numbers and the other classes had numbers im his class I dont know rather it was both teachers which I doubt very much I just hope everyone make sure you child is in the right class because there is a teacher up here not giving every child their learning skills to be on point when they reach kindergarten if I had it to do it all over again soon as I saw the class numbers had gotten low I would have switch my little boy to the class next door Geesh Thanks alot Ga Lottery I feel my little boy didnt get his beginning start of education but he did learn just a little but not enough Childcare network gotta revamp some of your pre k teachers big time

My children love the everyone at this school from the director, teachers, and especially the cooks. They have made great strides since Ms. Dee, and Ms.Kelly took over as directors. The teachers are attentive to my kids, and they stay in constant communication. You can tell the teachers really care. They also send the daily report via email with pictures. If there anything I can change or add, having cameras to see the kids would be huge. Parents and especially grandparents would love to see their grandchildren. Then i would give CN six stars. As long as were in this neighborhood the kids will attend CN#28.

UPDATE:I gave Childcare Network 4 Out of 5 because they aren’t the best of the best daycares but they are far from the worst. I can say that. I had to withdraw my baby and put him into another daycare center for the pre k program which is sheltering arms. Ms. Kelly and Ms. D. Thank you for everything I appreciate y’all for being so patient with me. To Ms. Churn & and. Carroll I want to thank you ladies as well for everything. y’all have been so pleasant to me and my child since open house. Overall this school isn’t bad need to be more organized but not bad.

Im very glad I chose this school for my child care needs. They are very attentive and encouraging. I have seen alot of growth in my sons learning ability and social appropriateness.

My Grandson started at Childcare Network when he was 14 months old, he will be 2yrs old in November. I can say it was a major major adjustment especially coming from the Daycare he was previously attending. It helps to keep the line of communication open with the Staff when caring for our loved ones, and that they truly have. I have and will continue to recommend Childcare Network to others, becuase they honestly care about the well-being of our children.

My premature son has been attending Childcare Network since he was four months old. When he first started attending Childcare Network, he was still on a monitor for his breathing and his lungs and had just recently gotten off of a feeding tube. When I expressed my concerns to the staff about his health issues, they were more than willing to learn about his conditions and ensure that they knew everything that needed to know in order to properly care for him. Every day, I receive a write up of how much he ate and how he did. Since he has had feeding issues in the past, this is very important to know. They are sure to inform me if he had difficulty eating or if he was spitting up more than usual. I am very please with the care my son has been receiving at Childcare Network.

Im always skeptical of daycare facilities but Childcare Network on Flat Shoals really take care of my daughter. The facility is clean and organized and the director and staff are friendly and really look after the children. They even go a step further and comb my daughters hair when I cant do it..lolThey deserve 10 stars!

To whom this may concern.My daughter attended this School 6 years ago for PreK and I loved the school. I COMMAND TEACHERS because YOU guys have a very challenging job, along with the patience of Angels. Though the school has changed a bit, different Directors, TEACHERS and Staff, and the pick up (carpool) situation is a little unorganized and crazy. Other than those things, my son loves the school, the class and his TEACHERS. Which REALLY makes me HAPPY, because he never been to daycare. So I thought he wouldnt do as WELL as he did, but he is Happy and me too. I also want to give a Special THANKS to his TEACHERS Ms. Anozie and Mrs. Lawal for being so supportive and caring of my son learning. He has excelled in these couple months. Keep up the Good Work Childcare Network Directors, Teachers and Staff.

My husband and I spent an entire day looking for childcare that would be a perfect fit for our family. We needed before and after care for our daughter and a warm environment for our three year old. Childcare Network was our last stop and I was very skeptical. But oh what a diamond in rough! The tour, given by Ms. D, was extremely informative. She was knowledgable about every aspect of the available programs and took her time to answer all of our questions.Ms. Deborah, in the three year old classroom, has been the perfect blend of nurturer and teacher. I was happy today. Why? Ms. Deborah makes me happy.Ms. Ashanti, is an excellent teacher. She is firm and fair. She always makes sure homework is done and provides enrichment. The class is always well managed as the kids rotate through centers. I especially love the afterschool pledge.The daily KidReports are also a favorite feature. Its such a joy to get pictures of them and what theyve learned throughout the day.Thank you for being a working moms friend!

This location is great for new parents, my daughter started when she just turned a year old, and now is two going on three. She has learned ABCs, counting 1-10 when she was a 1yr old, and now at 2 counting 1-20. She knows her whole name and is able to spot it out along with shapes, animals, etc. I am very happy with her progress.

The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable talking to them about my sons development. Tre enjoys going and we are please with that.

I recommend this school and afterschool program for anybody… They are the BEST!!! My son was already a year old when he started, and I was of course worried that he cried every day. However, he quickly made friends and fell in Love with Miss Ebony and Miss Pam. The staff really cares about the kids and their development, and it shows. We have moved to the Fairburn/Douglasville line and we still drive to the Union City location because of the care and respect that we are shown.

This is my daughter’s 3rd year attending this facility. The facility is bright and clean, and the director is very personable with the parents.

My son is enrolled in Ms. Lawals & Ms. Anozies Pre-K class...coming from a home daycare environment, I was unsure of how his transition would be. From the beginning, his teachers made his transition smooth and easy. He is excited about school every day and he has truly learned a lot, he is definitely Kindergarten ready thanks to his wonderful teachers! The entire staff makes dropping him off and leaving him in their care easy and with no worries! I highly recommend Childcare Network in Union City!

Childcare Network has been so convenient for myself and my boys. From the Infant room to the afterschool room. The staff is very repectful to the kids and parents and also very clean. My kids has been enrolled here for 4years and they love coming here even summer camp was a blast. Also The Pre-K Plrogram is excellent which they follow Fulton County Schools Cirriculum.
