I went for the first time and everyone was so helpful. I walked out with the best hair color Ive ever had. I showed a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly that. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The girl that did my hair will be my stylist from here on out.

I made an appointment and went for an hour-long facial.. it was absolutely heavenly! The products they use are all of the Aveda line and they smell so nice, they have a quiet room and have soft music playing the student that perform my services was very well trained and knowledgeable about the Aveda products. I would definitely go back!

I had Erika as my nail tech, and she was absolutely amazing! I had this neon green design and she did it!!! She’s very communicative, we held a pretty good conversation! She notified me when she was hurting me to let her know! It was the utter best! I will be coming back! 💕💕💕

The girl who did my hair had only been there 2 months . She did very well. My children and I have been going to Aveda for my haircuts for more then 10 years and have always been happy with them. This is the first time I have ever gotten my hair dyed professionally. I came in with my daughters. I wanted a galaxy color, purple, blue and pink. One daughter wanted bright pink. One daughter wanted copper and a specific haircut. The stylists at Aveda were able to listen to what we wanted and make it happen. We came in nervous that it wouldnt be what we were hoping for. We left feeling amazing and super happy because they nailed it!!! The stylists were as excited about taking care of us as we were to have it done. It was a fun experience and we left super satisfied!!

My son (20) was visiting from out of state and has been having skin issues. We both went in for facials and were astounded by the professionalism and politeness of the staff. The environment was very clean and completely relaxing. Chelsea did my facial and was both knowledgeable and informative, and her technique was amazing. I am 48 and the next day my skin looks like baby skin- so radiant and soft I don’t even need to put on make-up! My son had Veronica and she was great as well- giving him lots of good tips and information on how to care for his skin. I feel like we got such a great value and these girls are so talented at what they do. I can’t wait to go back again for another facial!

Visiting Aveda with the admissions director, Kerin, made my choice of applying so easy. She is personable and has a great energy! Her one-on-one tour gave me so much information and excitement to start. Its a welcoming environment and all the students seemed happy and were enjoying themselves. I took my granddaughter in for a perm and they treated her with so much kindness she really enjoyed the whole experience plus the perm turned out great and the price was very affordable. Alexa was so professional! I have had many perms over the years. She was very patient as it took many hours because of my long thick hair. She never acted like it was a burden. Okay. I used to get my brows done thy used to always be great the teachers would get hands on and fix things. Till the day that the instructor wouldnt even help. Just asked how I felt. I left crying and spent 2 hours trying to fix my harry potter eyebrow

My stylist was very careful in giving me my haircut. She took her time and sectioned the hair as she went. It turned out so cute.I had my brows tinted, too. I wasn’t expecting the dye to stain my skin as well as the eyebrows, so I didn’t like it at first, but I’m getting used to it, and I like it now.

I went in and had my appointment with Jillian. I have extremely curly hair and have really never had a good experience in any salon. But this experience was AWESOME!Along with help from supervisors as well as other students, Jillian gave me a cut, color and style that makes me feel beautiful.I absolutely LOVE everything about it.Thank you Jillian and crew😀

Our student hair dresser was great. My daughter is 11 and usually most ask me what she wants done or doesnt include her in conversation. Bri didnt, she asked her all through her appointment what she liked and wanted. Only downfall, I couldnt leave her a tip on my card, only cash. So, we left and came back with a tip. That is the only reason for 4 star. Our hairdresser was amazing and so sweet and did great job!

They associates are helpful in finding the right product. Aveda products are high quality, natural, and feel good.

The scheduling is a little off. I scheduled a month ahead of time and requested the same stylist. However, when I went to my scheduled appointment, I had a different stylist and was told if I wanted the one I requested I would have to reschedule. I was not impressed as I had already made accommodations so this appointment would also work with my schedule. I took another stylist she did ok, but not the exact same service I received from the previous stylist. Not cool!!!

The student I visited was excellent and I was very satisfied with the prices and quality I received.

I had a facial done about a week and a half ago, due to having terrible hormonal acne. Veronica did such a wonderful job on my facial and my skin is completely cleared up, I purchased an entire line of facial cleanser and I am so happy with my entire experience.

I’ve never had any issues getting my hair cut here. Even when the students don’t do the best job the instructors tend to be very attentive and they tell them how to fix things. And if they aren’t able to get it right after that then they jump in and fix it themselves while showing them. I’ve actually had better experiences here than I have in some hair salons that I’ve been to.

Fun relaxed atmosphere and the students are very well trained.

My appointment was at 10 am on my wedding day and I got in there at 10:30 because I forgot Id made it for 10. They were still able to get me in for my updo. I didnt know what I wanted at first for sure but decided on a braided side bun and it turned out beautifully. The curls in my hair lasted till the next day! And my hair was done on time for me to make it to my makeup appointment!

I love going to Aveda to get my hair done, its affordable, the people are fun, and MOST of the stylist know enough about hair that they do fantastic. Monday however my daughter went in to get a boliage and her hair needed to be bleached and toned to get that yellow out from the bleach and for a much brighter color. They wanted to charge her $20 more for the same color with a different name and they didnt put toner in her hair. Im a bit disappointed with this person and their instructors performance on my daughters hair. Not to mention i have always tipped from my debit card and now they changed it and got upset at my mother in law for not tipping! Most people pay by card and rarely carry cash around anymore, what do you expect?

My girls name was Taylor and she did an amazing 80s feather cut on me. I love it! I will continue to go to her from now on. I have lived in Idaho for 12 years and have tried to find a beautician who can do this haircut, with no luck. Until today! Im so happy that I have finally found my Hair Stylist! I would highly recommend her. I am highly satisfied! And Taylor, I felt really bad for not tipping you because you really deserved one. Sorry, I will make it up to next time. Hopefully I will have a job by then. Thanks Again. Ask for TAYLOR... Shes AWESOME!!

This place was awful. (If you give them 5 stars then you get something in return. But, you have to show them you did it first 😂😂) so, now Im editing my review on how things really went. I went to the first girl, Kayla. She was friendly and nice, but screwed up on my color. I went home and finished styling my hair and playing with it and I have two patches in the back that didnt get touched, or so it seemed. I called and they got me in 3 days later. I had to go into the main ladies office to prove I wasnt lying and it wasnt just regrowth. I didnt mind that. We booked another appointment and she apologized for the mess up and she would personally do my color. I arrive to my appointment and she sits me down with a different girl. She was going to use me to teach the other student on how to properly color. Cool, its a school so I respect that. She does one half and tells the girl to finish the other half because she has things to do. I felt so bad for this girl because the lady flew through everything and degraded the students (comments like, see, not hard. Ya do this, not the way Debra does it) obviously youve been doing it a long time so youre going to be better at it than the students. Well. Turns out I was her first color, ever! I could tell she had no idea what she was doing so I asked her if shed call over the lady and have her finish. She said she could do it. I told her Id feel more comfortable if the other lady did it. Another girl came over and started helping her instead. Both girls were new!!! They finished, washed my hair, combed it and said I was all done. Usually someone checks your work, and I asked about it. Some young Hispanic girl came over and said yup, looks great! I got home, checked my hair and half of it was still not done. I called, asked for a refund (huge pain!!!) And will never go back.

The staff is very welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. The facial is AMAZING. I loved that they offered hot tea or water at the beginning of the appointment. I would highly recommend Kaitlyn or any of the girls in the esthetician’s class all of the services these girls offer are incredible! I will definitely be going back and referring people to Aveda!

The students here are amazing. Melanie M. did my hair this time and I LOVE it. She took the extra time to put product in my hair to help my dry ends.. I love that the teachers are there to help when needed. Prices are great. I will definitely keep coming back to get my hair done.

Nicole Anderson did a great job on the service i came in for. She gave her honest opinion and creative input so I left her chair satisfied. I came into the school wanting one thing and she was able to steer me in a different direction with her knowledge and experience.
