My 1.5 year old and 5 year old absolutelyLoved the staff here. This place cares deeply for children. I love that Jeff and Pam go out of their way to have cookies for the kids to take on their way home. My sons preschool graduation was the cutest most well thought out ceremony. Pam and Jeff gave all the little ones their own bag of school supplies for them to take to big kid school. They also always have ouch reports and loved doing my daughter hair. I eventually enrolled my 6 week old of whom was given tummy time and the nursery staff clearly loved babies. Today, when I left the school the 1 year old class teacher cried when I left with my daughter. My children made real connections with staff. I highly recommend allowing them to care for your child.

My daughter has gone to Kids First Preschool since she was 2 months old and she is 5 now. All of the teachers are amazing and my daughter loves it there. She will be starting kinder this year and is very sad to leave. The teachers throughout the years have taught her so much and she is well advanced for her age. I would highly recommend this preschool!

My son attended this daycare for 3 months last year. He has a peanut allergy, which the school was well aware of. I reminded them multiple times, he had an allergy report on file, and it was listed in his classroom. They still fed him peanut butter. He ended up in the ER. The school refused to admit that they let him have peanut butter. They tried to claim that he must have just gotten too close to another kid having peanut butter. BS. His allergist confirmed that he had to have ingested it to have gotten that sick. And even if their story was true, why would they even allow my son near another child eating peanuts?!? This, along with many other incidents (he was bitten multiple times, unexplained bruises, not wiped well after using the restroom) are the reasons he was there for such a short time and I would never recommend this place to other parents.

Good people been going there for a long time but the billing has been rough 1 star for billing 5 stars for good people

My daughter has been going here for about 2 years and she loves going. The teachers are all wonderful! Its a great day care.

I think Kids First really does do that and treats Kids First. The owners are kind and caring and their staff is friendly and effective in the daycare and/or school setting. My granddaughter thrives there.

What an awesome place! I have taken my two boys to Kids First Preschool for over 6 years. The staff is amazing and take such great care of my children.Jeff and Pam, the owners, are always so enthusiastic when they talk to the kids. I find that so remarkable. Not only do they run the business well, they care deeply for the important people, the kids. Thank you for your professional demeanor and for your kindness.Eleanor and Kim, the Directors, are a pleasure to communicate with about anything that needs my attention. They both greet me with smiling faces and send me off on my day with confidence that my kids will be well taken care of by their staff.I absolutely LOVE the Kindergarten Graduation. It was such a wonderful experience to see my boys speaking in Spanish, saying the Pledge of Allegiance and looking so lovely in their graduation gowns. The picture show meant a lot to me since I saw the boys grow and develop through the years with their friends and teachers.This past year I learned that a large number of people have worked with the center for 5 years or more. What dedication!The before and after school program has worked out perfectly. I am able to drop my kids off in the morning at one place so I can get to work on time and then pick them up after work. I love the picture on the vans and find this program to be a life saver.The summer field trips are great. My sons know how to roller skate and bowl like pros. They love to go to the library, the park and then a movie. They have even gone to Pump It Up, the Desert Museum, the International Wildlife Museum, Colossal Cave and the Ostrich Farm. What fun filled experiences for a reasonable price!Paul and Sandy, the school age teachers, are also so dedicated and caring towards my kids. They really know how to keep the high-energy group in line. I find it impressive when I arrive at the center some times and all the kids are quietly reading. More often, they are on the black top enjoying their time playing with their friends.I would definitely recommend that you take your children to Kids First Preschool. As you can tell, they people there have been a big part of my life and my two boys. I feel better at work knowing that they are in capable and loving hands.

I have 2 of my children attending Kids First Preschool. They have been there over 10 months. Jeff, Pam, Eleanor, Kim and all the staff are very responsive and willing to answer any questions. Very friendly staff, everyone knows my children by name and my children know all the staff. They have a great and safe system for checking children in and out of the facility. I have not had any problems with the care of my children or the staff. I receive a verbal and written report at the end of the day of how their day went.The only issue I had was the level of noise in the toddler room, the children would be screaming at around 5 pm when I picked up my kids. I made a comment to the teacher one time and she assured me she would look into the issue. I can definitely see an improvement on the organization of the toddler room.We do have the expected ouch reports and ok days that kids can have but it is usually my own 2 kids causing the problem with eachother. The teachers are great at identifying the issue and preventing problems.

Staff is amazing and I feel secure knowing my daughter is in safe hands while Im at work.

My oldest went there, so when I hade my second I put her there to cause they did a good job with my 5year old, but right when my youngest was movedto the 1s and that’s when it all began, she would come home with bruises and I would call and they would be the teacher that hade her is not here but we’ll check tomorrow and tomorrow comes teacher was I didn’t see any thing and she didn’t cry and I understand your buys but for this to happen all most ever other day, and one day I get a call at work that my daughter got her finger on the door so when I showed up the ambulances was there and they ware going to take her to hospital they hade give her 4stiches to put her finger back and the nail was gone, never agian.

Was wonderful with working under each children need and requirements. ..perfict and safe

This place is horrible, and if I could give it less than one star I would.I had my 4 month old there for two days and only on the second day of picking him up, I walked in to find him lying face down whimpering on a very dirty, hard and thinly carpeted floor (my son was not the only infant on the floor either)! The caregivers (a term I use loosely) back was to my son, but upon seeing me she (slightly startled and visibly nervous) picked him up and handed him to me. It took everything in me to not make a complete scene right there in the infant room. After calming myself down for a few minutes I called the the child care facility (also a phrase I use loosely), to informed the staff as to what I just witnessed. My sons mother was called back the next day by who I assume was a manager and was told that I essentially made the entire thing up!!I dont normally write reviews (positive or negative), but if Im able to spare another parent an episode like the one I went though I feel it’s worth it.

Not to happy with the billing always different always some kind of hidden charges ... not to happy with this make sure to over look all billing and disclaimers... smh

Amazing staff!! Caring and sweet!

This place is horrible my niece got bitten so many times but was never given an accident report they Will always tell us she bit herself and then yesterday a work close the door on her finger lets just say she got 4 stitches to put back her finger my niece is only 1 years old if you don’t want this to happened to your kids don’t bring them here it’s a terrible place they make it seem that your the terrible parent I’m discussed with this place !!!!!!!
