Our child is in her 2nd year with Presidio. And both years we have had AMAZING teachers! They take the time to listen to our questions and are very communicative. The front desk is super friendly and always helpful when we need them. Presidio also provides aftercare (for enrolled students) at a reasonable charge which is a tremendous help to us. Love, love, LOVE Presidio!!

My son has been in Presidio School since kindergarten, for 9years and plan on continuing until end of his senior year. He enjoys attending school at Presidio. Presidio teachers and staff are VERY involved with making sure the students get quality education and preparing them for future endeavors including entering college. They go above and beyond helping these students. Presidio education structure is awesome. There are also extra curricular activities after school. We truly recommend Presidio School to ALL parents who want to enroll their child/children into a great learning opportunity education!

My son has been at this school for 3 years now and I havent been disappointed. The staff is outstanding, friendly and always willing to help out you no matter what. They always know the students names as well as the parents and always greet you with a smile. This is a school has been a God sent to me and my child. I am so glad he is at this school. They care about your child education.

I have gone to this school for several years the curriculum is strong and good but sometimes a bit demanding. the school while not having a union is a very tight knit community the only problem is that the principal tends to save face but he has come to his senses when he thinks things over he is a doctor and very bright. overall a solid middle ground between Orange Grove and Basis.

My family has had a great experience thus far with Presidio School. Communication was a major concern to me,after having some horrible experiences with past schools. Presidio has exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you to everyone at Presidio! Keep up the good work!

In Teachers appreciation week we would like to thank Presido School for the work and effort put into helping our children (Michał and Hanna). They came to the States without a good command of the language. Thanks to the care and support of all Presido employees, our children could feel safe and we could observe their development not only in language. Our children spent 6 months in Presidio and it was an extraordinary adventure for them .We would like to recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a friendly but demanding school for their children.

This school is great! They have uniforms so it cuts down a lot on cost of school clothes but it also cuts down on bullying. Speaking of bullying, this school has ZERO TOLERANCE!!! They also really push the kids academically but they work with them individually based on each of their own needs to help them succeed. Teachers answer their emails in a timely fashion. They keep in contact with the parents and they have a cool thing where you can go online and see what your child is missing and how your child is doing with grades. They have dance, spelling bees, Kung Fu, and concentrate on the arts. The one drawback--- no sports teams or cheerleadingThe only drawback -

AWFUL!!! my daughter went to school there in 4th grade (2015), Mrs. Smiths class. that was a hard year for us as a family. recently, I started putting together a scrapbook and realized im missing her 4th grade school pictures, so I call the school asking for help with the name of the photography company. I was told that the company changed and not a single person remembered who took the pictures that year. The father of my daughters friend even went in asking if they could look on the back of one of the pictures they have hanging up there in the office and he was told thats too time consuming. Everyone from the receptionist, to the very top, not a single person offered any help. They were beyond rude and showed no sympathy. the character of the people running that school is repulsive.

I have two children who attend this school and have been extremely happy about the switch we made three years ago. I would recomend this school to anyone who is looking for a school who focuses on the individual child.

My granddaughter attended this school as a 9th grader for 1 semester and she was absolutely miserable there. Except for the music class which was her only peace there, she found the school to be extremely stressful. She was labeled as a poor academic student. When she did transfer to a public high school, she went from Ds to the honor roll. She is currently in her 2nd year at the U of A. Presidio was just not a good fit for her. Parents need to go with their gut instinct since they know their child better then anyone else. Be an advocate for your child to give them the best possible chance for success. It worked out well for us.

I am a former student of Presidio High School, my aunt was considering enrolling her daughter there and I highly advised her not to. Here is the experience I had there. I was enrolled to presidio when I was 13 years old I came from THS. My mother thought that school would be good for me due to the lack of work I was doing at THS. I was 13 years old so of course at that age all I cared about was the boys and the attention, my mother did not agree so she took me out of THS and put me in this school. Right off the bat the dean was very VERY rude to my mother and I she automatically judged us base on my history with THS. I was very upset but I also understood that this was my punishment for not being a good student at THS. My first day of classes was AWFUL!! They threw me into the classes which were way to advanced for me and they had no problem informing me that I should have learned this at my other school. When I didnt know a question in science the teacher told me (in front of the whole class) Public school students never make it in this school That absolutely broke my heart! I was trying my best to catch up but I learn things a little different. I was kicked out after being there for only 2 weeks! In math we were given a test and I did not know anything! My partner next to me knew I was struggling and she decided to help me. Keep in mind that before we took the test the teacher told me that if I fail she will have to report this to the dean. Being so nervous I felt like that was my only choice. Of course we get caught and I get sent to the deans office where she let me know that I was a disappointment to the school and I had 15 minutes to collect my things and get off the property. she did not let me speak and dismissed me from the school. This was the only school where I had an experience like this. I was reading a few reviews and understand why the parents are upset. I am 20 years old now and going to UNLV and can say that presidio DID not have and positive impact on me and the things I have accomplished today. I understand that this review is a little late but I want people to hear the experience I had at this school. The academics may be good but your staff is vile. Sometimes it takes more then just academics to make a difference in these children. I am not writing this review with an ill heart but when I heard my aunt mention this school these memories came right back and I remembered as if it was yesterday. Please take this review into consideration and understand how your staff makes some children feel. I will never recommend this school to ANYONE.

I attended here for two years, and my time here was miserable. From the disgusting campus to the inadequate principal and staff. The few enjoyable teachers who worked at this school ended up being fired/mistreated. One of the owners of the school, Terry Garza, apparently doesnt even have a degree, and the principal, Mark Saliba, has been fired from other schools for being too incompetent of a principal. I feel like I was mistreated in specific situations at this school. There definitely is a strong feeling of inequality among the students. One of the teachers who works at this school, Bridget McCall, has anti-semitic tattoos, which of course made me feel very unwelcome as a Jewish student. I highly suggest parents to search elsewhere for a school that has better treatment of students and a cleaner campus as this school lacks professionalism. The only good teachers that remain are probably the middle school science teacher and the two middle school english teachers. This school has severely downgraded from the time I started my time there, and I really hope the staff gets their act together. I also forgot to mention, I know of SEVERAL occasions when Mark Saliba has BEGGED parents to put a 5 star rating and leave a comment. In my opinion, I think that is terrible and when you have to beg people to comment something good about your business, something is wrong in the way youre running it.

I went to this school from 6th grade to the middle of 8th. I loved this school for the first 2 years because of the teachers and staff. Also for the fact that it was a self-paced curriculum. But during the 2012-2013 year they changed to a college prep school and had let go of a majority of the best teachers in the school. This lowered the quality of the school . I began failing because of these so- called good teachers. There were maybe 4 yeachers that I actually liked... As for the rest, well you can be the judge of that.

Terrible school. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. Watched the teacher yank my 5 year old child by the arm, and nothing was done. She was given red lights every day from September until January because the teacher was angry that I reported her to the administration, who by the way did NOTHING. My child was humiliated in front of the class as MS. Bonnie (Kindergaten teacher) told her that she would superglue my daughters butt to the chair and if she moved then her pants would tear off and everyone would see her butt, which made the other kids laugh and horrified my daughter, who cried quite awhile because of it. The administrators are RUDE, uncaring, and completely without empathy. I cannot tell you how many tears I have shed because of how they killed my daughters spirit. There is no one you can complain to except for the charter holders and they have been far more rude to us than anybody else at the school. They definitely dont like me because I speak up and they treat my baby terribly because of it. After four months my kid was finally moved to another class (after I had a meltdown in the office) and hasnt received a red light since January 19th... hmmmm imagine that. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL!!!!!! WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND MISTAKE. p.s. I have numerous emails from the teacher about the incidents if anyone has further questions about it.
