Danny and ray has been huge help. I walked in not knowing anything about barbering. I have learn the foundation and step of fading and shear work on hair. I like the fact they go over the state board and milady book. Furthermore I have learn from other students from class. The students are more than happy to share information

I am one of students at Pro Barber School . I have been studying around 6 months which is great and more enjoyable than I expected . Raymond and Danny both are friendly, outgoing and easy to talk to about anything .They also take time to explain in the way I can understand plus they had me hand on and practice the cut step by step till I got it . As u know, it is always tough at first until I am getting better . If you looking for Barber school, you should consider this one plus the price affordable, students here very nice and supportively.

I would give this school a 0 if I could, they dont even deserve a one. We went and met with the director, signed my son up. Zoom classes because of Covid and 2 days in shop hands on at Westminster location. Go home, next day he signs in to zoom at 9:30am like he was told. Waited over an hour and no instructor teaching anything! He sends a message out into the chat asking what is going on, he cant hear anything, is there any instructor or are they supposed to be doing something? Hes told maybe around 10:30 well read a book or something by some student! He waits a while and still nothing - its past 10:30am. I called the director to find out whats going on. She said theres two instructors - there are NO instructors on the class! She said shell call them. She calls the guy and low and behold he pops into the screen with the camera that was looking at a wall. There are about 20 people signed in, most all blacked out screens. They all hear the call from the director and see the instructor blowing a gasket. He gets on the class and starts berating me in front of the entire zoom class, telling them who the hell does she think she is, and one of the classmates, says who? he says, some kids mother. Who the hell does she think she is calling and reporting that Im not teaching the class. She doesnt tell me how to run my class. I do what I want. Then he asks the class who is this kid? Whats his name? They give him the name and starts to berate him and how hes going to be treated! This went on for about 10 minutes. My son was livid, I was livid and so shaken that I should have video him with my phone, but so upset that I didnt even think of that. I wish I could expose him for the fraud and most unprofessional instructor that he is. I called the director and told her were done - give me my check back. Well she only got it from me less than 24 hours ago and already cashed it. Then when my son went and turned in the books and everything he was given, they charge me $100 non refundable registration fee. After what that instructor did - Im sorry, thats NOT non-refundable - it is fully refundable after the way your instructor disgracefully behave speaking about a young man and his mother online to 20 other people. The discussion in his class also disclosed how these students sign in, black out their screen, just leave on the sound in case the instructor decides he wants to teach something, but mostly, its just to be online and collect hours - NO FORMAL INSTRUCTION AT ALL! They said well maybe you come on to read a chapter (to the instructor). Maybe??? Really, we were told there is full instruction all day from 9:30-3:30 for theory! There was NOTHING GOING ON IN THIS CLASS UNTIL THE INSTRUCTOR WANTED TO BERATE ME AND MY SON FOR ASKING WHY ITS SILENT, AND ADVISING THERE WAS NO INSTRUCTOR ON THE CLASS! Heaven forbid I exposed him. And apparently thats the way the students like it -they can do whatever they want just have your computer signed in! GEEZ!!! Also - they owe me my $100. It was not even 24 hours from the time they received my payment, they gave me a check back stealing my $100. Refundable doesnt apply when youre a LIAR!!! This school owes me my money and they are NOT A PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT TO LEARN. IF YOURE LAZY AND WANT TO CHEAT - THEN THEY ARE FOR YOU! DISGUSTING LYING CONNIVING SCHOOL.
