I look forward to seeing her every few weeks - not only is she friendly and I genuinely enjoy talking to her but she also is professional and very talented. I previously tried going to a different studio and the extensions were uneven and falling out... and I came to Arden all panicked. She fixed it for me and I have been going to her for over a YEAR for lash extensions ever since. She has always prioritized my lash health while still meeting my beauty goals. 100% recommend her!!

His goal is to keep my natural lashes healthy, check out growth and how much they shed. I have never met a Lash technician who cares about the health of my natural lashes more than I do. They really care about their customers and educate you on how to keep them healthy, clean and last. The lashes are light weight and don’t clump. I hate to admit it but I’m very hard on my lashes and they hold up better than I have ever had. The studio has even created their own line of cleanser and glue that helps your lashes stay strong and healthy. What more can you ask for. Every-time I walk there it’s like family. I ended up taking the 2 day lash extension course and it was the best decision Ive made towards my career. Alicia was my instructor and made my experience one of a kind . I so far learned how to do classics and hybrid and how also to remove lashes. I am a hands on learner and it was nice to be guided and taught professionally. My lashes were done by Arun. They came out AMAZING!! I’ve never been so happy with a service. He put the perfect amount on. They don’t look to heavy or too light they are the exactly what I was looking for. He also gave me tips on how to make them last and how to properly clean them. It was a very comfortable experience. I’ve taken two classes with Alicia, the owner, and she is amazing! Both my classes from the past two years have helped me in my business today! Even though I did not have lash extensions done, I thought it was so important to express what a wonderful establishment GlamHer Lash Studio is. Arun evaluated me the 1st time I came in and explained that I needed to get my own lashes healthy before applying extensions. I returned after the 6 weeks to find out that I am not a good candidate for extensions. Arun advised me not to have them applied because I wouldnt be happy after a couple weeks. He said he could put them on if I insisted but he didnt want me to spend the money. Being in a customer service field myself, Aruns honesty was refreshing. He spent so much time with me and offered me another alternative. The staff is top notch!!!

I got my first ever hybrid lashes with Arun about a week ago and I am already hooked. It was an amazing experience. From our initial conversation when I booked my appointment, to the consultation where Arun carefully went over my options and what he believed would be best for me and the integrity and overall health of my eyes and lashes, to the actual application Arun was so kind and informative. You can tell that he (and his wife whom I have not had the opportunity to meet yet) care deeply about their work and making sure everyone leaves their studio feeling beautiful and confident. It has been about a week and they still look just as they did when I left my appointment and I have received so many compliments on his work. Having them has helped me feel more confident! Arun cares about what he does and it shows in his final product. I am hooked! The studio is clean and inviting. I live about an hr away and it is so worth the trip, I am so glad I made the decision to do something nice for myself and get my first set. They are stuck with me and my business now 😜

Starting on my first appointment, I have always had my questions answered and have had spectacular results. I have been going to Alicia for years! I won’t go anywhere else. The studio is gorgeous, they’re so accommodating, so welcoming, and the staff is amazing. Alicia is so sweet and always go out of her way to make me comfortable. Not to mention my lashes always look amazing and I get so many compliments. She also started needle-less fillers and I am absolutely in LOVE! It doesn’t hurt at all and the results honestly look better than when I had them done by a plastic surgeon before that used the regular needle fillers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Five stars, hands down! I was seeking painless options (preferably non injectables) to assist with my “unhappy bottom half” (nose down). I get Botox frequently however I noticed the bottom portion of my face had started to become less attractive. I heard of Glamherlash from a friend who began with their lash extension services years ago. She advised me that they now have additional services and I should have a consult for enhancing my lower half.Upon consultation, Alicia took the time to discuss my needs and achievements. She suggested Needleless Lip Filler and Plasma Fibroblast for my smile lines. We both agreed a luscious pout would brighten my face and the plasma would correct my smile lines.I must say both services had very minimal pain and the results are amazing! I love my new lips and the Plasma Fibroblast has erased my lines! I plan to skip the Botox and schedule an appointment for my forehead and crows feet next! This treatment is a miracle! I definitely feel more youthful.The salon is quaint and stylish and the staff is friendly. Their prices are also great; especially comparable to constant Botox and lip fillers; I have saved in the long run.Thanks again for making me look and feel beautiful!

I came to GlamHer Lash Studio after going to a completely different place for my first set of lash extensions. I was fortunate to get scheduled with Arun. He is absolutely amazing. He was able to work with the lashes that I had gotten done elsewhere. Within 5 minutes of our first appointment I was completely comfortable and also learned more about my own eyes than I ever have before. He educates you, and doesn’t treat you as just another client or sale. He genuinely wants you to be happy and to feel beautiful. This was my 2nd time going back but this time it was unfortunately with Arun. My 1st appointment he had to cancel because of a home emergency. Even though he canceled the same day I understood things do happen. After a week I gave him a idea what I wanted. After the service they were curled so tight you wouldve thought It was a roller set. Hideous!!! He explained why he picked that particular lash. I told him I wasnt happy with it but he said they wouldnt be as tight after a few days. He was wrong. I went back as scheduled hoping to get a different curl but he explained that I had to wait because he didnt want to damage my natural lashes. He knew they werent going to look any better. So we schedule something a month out. He sent me a text almost 8pm at night. I was trying to get a flight back home but the flight was canceled. I can admit lashes was the last thing on my mind but I replied right away. He told I knew I wasnt going to make it back the whole time and I would need to make a deposit the next time andwas very very nasty. The few times I scheduled an appointment with him I was never late and was ready to pay. Read the reviews on fb before you spend your money

Love my lashes! Alicia is so great at what she does, I dont think I will ever not have these extensions again. She is organized and always sends out reminders the morning of your appt, and her studio is clean and comfortable. She is very accommodating, asking if I need a pillow or temperature change, etc. And most importantly, she is quick but careful and thorough with my lashes. I get tons of compliments!

Alicia is seriously magic when it comes to eyelashes! I used to get them done somewhere else and within the first week Id lose almost all my lashes. I started getting fed up and then I found Glam Her Lash Studio and thought Id try them out. I thought the initial fee was pretty expensive, but once I saw the results it was well worth my money. If any of you are hesitant because of the price, just pay it! I promise you wont regret it. Every time I go for a full I am so happy with the results. I go every two weeks just for maintenance but couldProbably go three weeks!

Averi always listens to my requests as to what kind of lashes I would like and she also makes suggestions if im not sure about the kind of lash style that im trying to have done. I had awful experience. I checked the previous reviews and made an appointment with glamher lash studio, but unfortunately these are not right. Arun Andrews did my eyelashes and after that I saw my eyelashes it was disappointing. He pit only 12 eyelashes ( extra long and messed up) and he charged me $100 instead of $75, yes this is fraud. Im trying to upload my photo to show you.

I saw so many good reviews from this studio so I called and booked an appointment with Arun. While he is very nice and responsive, the service I received was subpar to say to least. The lashes he put on are already falling out in clumps despite strictly adhering to the studios policy (no water, steam, heat for 24 hrs). I went with a $220 red carpet package and quite frankly I would feel much more red carpet if I just had on mascara for my event as opposed to choosing GlamHerLash. Ive brought this to the companys attention, but wanted to caution potential clients. Im also convinced poor technique was used because my eyes have been bloodshot and extremely irritated since the service (and I regularly wear false lashes and dont have generally sensitive eyes).Despite my disappointment, I called Arun to see if I should get a fill (after one day) because I was so dissatisfied with the longevity of the lashes. He proceeded to talk badly about other accredited companies & also did so while I was getting the service. He used terms like awful to describe the other lash technicians at competing salons. Not only is that commentary unprofessional (and in some certain instances unsolicited), but it was also unhelpful considering he was booked out and I had one eye with significantly less lashes than the other eye and JUST wanted them fixed by an accreted studio in WNY (regardless of his opinions of other technicians)

Ive been coming to GlamHer Lash for almost 5 years now and I wouldnt let another studio touch my lashes. Ive lost track of how many compliments Ive gotten on my lashes and always have to give a shout out to Alicia for doing any amazing job each and every time!
