Never pay for bike until you have everything from them and do your own tag and title work. If you pay everything up front you better have plenty of time to go to the dealership everyday. That’s the only way you’ll get any additional attention from them. Also the only way you’ll get everything they promised with your sell, parts, gear, seat!,etc. bad service from every employee all the way around. The only person actually will to help with anything after the sell. Is Shane in parts. Thanks brother for your service. Never again buying from this dealership

Ask more than one employee if they offer a certain service or product... Theyre nice people, and service is acceptable, but their turnover is high. Prices on par with what you would expect from motorcycle/ ATV service and repair. Not Harley, but not shade tree pricing either.

Did an ECU flash via mail in service. Everything was easy, and I had several questions before and during the process which were answered quickly. Got my ECU back in a few days and I was amazed at the difference it made. Thank you Moore Mafia. I have a 18 CBR1000RR that is no longer choked down with the factory ETV restrictions. The throttle response is 1000x better, the idle is smoother, and my bike feels so much stronger.

Horrible service on ATV. After two months on a simple carb kit replacement unit was not fixed and charged $200. Chris Moore was the nicest most professional businessman Ive had the pleasure of meeting in the motorcycle industry. We travelled through the night from Massachusetts to his shop in South Carolina and arrived a couple of hours late. No worries and he got to work.Chris worked on the 3 bikes we brought him and we were all very happy with the results he provided.Even though 1 of the bikes was a Frankenstein monster Chris and his associate diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. Thanks to Chris and his team at Cycle Specialties for a great experience that ended with a bang.

Just left this shop and I was very pleased with the service. I needed to get an oil filter seal for my GZ 250 and brought the old one in with me. Ive never done business with this shop before, but there is another shop down the road(I wont mention the name) that I wanted to avoid from past negative experiences.Well the gentleman in the parts department had to do some digging around for it. Ive had trouble with getting things for this bike, even online, so I dont think thats a reflection of the shop, more the bike, lol.As he searched, I looked at bikes and a sales man was quick to ask me how I was doing. And under a couple minutes, Bobby, the parts manager, found a suitable gasket/seal.Over all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ill definitely bring my business back here. Thanks Bobby!

I know my bikes and usually work on them myself but since I was passing through town as we head back to the West Coast, I decided to have Cycle Specialties work on our two Suzukis. After three service appointments (2 sets of tires and clutch replacement) I can recommend this Suzuki dealer to other riders.I also spoke with the friendly sales staff and parts department (who timely brought in parts) - everyone worked in sync. The real highlight however was working with the shop talent. Experienced and thorough. Parts and service prices are in line with other dealers. Definitely recommend with the current staff/owners.

Horrible service. Do NOT call someone saying your stuff is ready when its not. My kids have been in the car crying for food.

My husband and I were there yesterday. Although I currently own a Suzuki Boulevardwe were discussing the purchase of a sports bike for me, and I saw a particular bike there I was interested in.. the guy that waited on us dismissed our every question about it, and steered us into parts to lower my current bike for better handling. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. While that was all well and good, thats not why we stopped in. He was on our heels 90% of the time we were there. We also inquired about changing out the windshield on my bike to a totally different windshield. Instead of telling us about other options in windshields, the same salesperson suggested it would be better for us to cut my current windshield off in a trial and error fashion. I WAS ASKING FOR ANOTHER WINDSHIELD OPTION ALTOGETHER, and still, we got an alternative answer. We didnt ask for his opinion on what HE thought was best, his job is to sell the correct part.We wont be back because of this..

Needed new clip on for my bike. Charged me 100 and told me part would be In about a week. Week goes by hear nothing. Give it a few days I call them. Its all so sorry its the manufacturer its taking a little longer should be here at 2 week mark. Another week goes by dont hear anything wait a few days and call again. Repeat conversations. All In all took 4 weeks. I could have sourced it from over seas for half the money and waited that long. Never once offered to make it right with me. What ever couple months go by caught a nail in my rear tire. Call them up. Rude as hell on the phone. Hangs up on me twice for not speaking fast enough? Worst cycle shop I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would....Sent me home on a bike that had a leaking fuel tank.. They could have at least told me that . Could have caught fire on the way home. Was told they would get my tag for me well, ok great.I wait 3 weeks and call but no tag. Call 3 more times over the next 2 weeks and they are just outright rude to me...I am just asking if my tag is there> Do they treat all customers this way? When I call to ask for my tag today she was very rude and short once again, man they were very friendly when they was taking my $$$$ for the bike!! She then smarts off to me asking me what the big hurry was on getting my tag...Do they smart off to all customers? Also very rude just walking into the place....not friendly at all

Review №69

The service was very terrible and slow! The employees were arguing with each other as well as other customers. I waited at the checkout counter to buy a helmet for about ten minutes before any employee helped me. One employee was behind the counter I was waiting at and did nothing except look at me a few times without saying a word. The other employee that got the helmet for me also went behind the same counter and did nothing. For the last 6 or 7 minutes I was there, I was the only customer. That did not change the terrible service....or lack of I should say. I then spoke up and said Is somebody going to sell me this helmet, or should I just walk out with it? I still had no acknowledgment. Just before I was about to leave the helmet on the counter and walk out, one of the employees said Can I help you with something? At this point, I was already passed being mad, so I said nothing. I just laughed and handed him money for the helmet. If simply buying a helmet is this difficult, I cannot begin to imagine trying to purchase a motorcycle or get service done on a motorcycle. I will never return to this business, and would recommend anyone reading this review not to as well! -Austin

I like these guys - plain and simple. Im not a huge fan of Suzukis, wish they had Hondas, Yamahas, and Kawis new, and their prices are a little high on the bikes themselves (MSRP like everyone else) BUT, Ive had a great experience with the service department. No arrogance or belittling if you have an issue. Pretty responsive to emails and were willing to talk on the phone about my issue and help troubleshoot. Ended up taking the bike in and they took it right back, first thing and got my issue taken care of. Price was very fair for having no appt, and having to dismantle the front brakes.Took my wifes ninja 400 in for a service after not having a good experience with Powersport of Greenville down the road. They took care of us, gave a couple recommendations, and took care of the service for us.Call them up, go in with an open mind, and dont just walk in like you know everything under the sun, and theyre gonna take care of you.

Needed tires mounted on CBR650f as this is one of the few places in Greenville to offer the service. Only took a couple hours to ruin my $800 rear rim, and made me believe I had to pay for the new one.Rim had 6 or 8 deep gouges/holes from letting new kid mount my tires, unsupervised.Promised a dyno tune on the house for my troubles, but, that cost me $200 so Im not sure if I even know what on the house means (thought it meant no charge)Rim was patched/covered and repainted with non-OEM color. appearance of rim is sub-par at best as the rims original essence is completely gone, the new matte finish missed the mark at a super low sheen finish, the cast iron like texture effect is gone, possibly sanded off or filled in with bond-o, and the rim is sticky now, and is a pain to clean and keep clean.

I bought 1 bike, 3 helmets, 3 tires and some other stuff there. Very pleased with sales, always had a very good experience overall. However, service can be a hit or a miss. My Kawa fork seals were replaced, great service, excellent quality, good price. However, a tire replacement was a miss. Tire itself was ok, but tech forgot to adjust brakes properly, so they were draging. Since I used font brakes only, I noticed it too late, some 40 miles later, and only due to burning brake smell, and hub discoloration. Fixed myself, and no other damage was done, just be careful.
