My 4 hear old son tried this for the first time and he loved it. The instructor is very good with kids and it seemed like it was not a super structured martial arts class, which I was looking for given my sons age group. Looking forward to future visits.

Walter Ambrose (Mr Wally) is so great with the kids! We love coming here for karate and women warrior (kickboxing) classes! Wally makes you feel welcome and gets to know your family. His staff are great, they are former students and have so much passion for Martial Arts just like Wally does. I cant say enough great things about Wally and all the staff at Ambrose Martial Arts.

I have gone to Ambrose martial arts for several years with my father and what really gets me is how based in reality the martial arts and self defence is, while still offering MMA and kickboxing (as well as child classes) for those who want a different experience. If you want to learn how to actually defend your self and survive in a world full of hard knocks this is a school that teaches self defence, for both children and adults, without cutting any corners.

Best dojo in the city. Mr Wally is a constant example for so many in our city.
