This traffic school is awful!!! They have bad service! My experience here was bad I don’t recommend no one to come here! I recommend everyone to find other traffic school!!

I came here to get a couple lessons and to get my license and I gotta tell you Gary is the best instructor. I was pretty anxious the first day but Gary helped me to not feel nervous anymore. He an excellent teacher; He’s great at explaining and teaches you everything you need to know to pass the driver’s license exam. If you ever decide to come here make sure to pick Gary as your instructor!

I cannot express how much I loved this place. My daughter, who has extreme test anxiety, had a negative experience at another school and failed before going to Flex! Isabel and Abdelys Marie were so cool, calming and comforting. They made her feel confident and were so friendly with everyone that came in. We did not need an appointment, and they worked fast and efficiently. They set clear expectations for her, and I am so grateful to them.

When I first got to Tampa I need it to learn how to drive and I went to Flex Traffic School. the whole staff were very nice and knowledgeable of the information I was requesting. I decided to take my first driving class and the experience I had was excellent. they show genuine concern with my interest in how to learn how to drive. there is a lot of traffic school that only care about making money, in this school they show me there pledge is to serve and respect each and one of their students. 5 stars for this awesome traffic school.

Gary is an amazing instructor. My son was very comfortable And relaxed his instructions were clear he’s a funny guy I love this guy!

Flex traffic school is very professional while also being very accommodating and FLEXible for folks trying to comply with traffic school requirements. They keep things fun and light while still providing serious instruction to help you understand to her in and out of safe driving.Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this traffic school. If you have any problems and need to call the number listed, you will receive a very nice man, named Carlos, who does his best to help, but has no control of his own and will constantly need to refer to an un-named manager who you will never speak to and does not prioritize his business. When I was finally forced to drive thirty minutes to this business address (which is a dirty apartment above a taco shack), this man was watching TV and couldnt fix my problem regardless, for a reason that could have easily been expressed to me over the phone.

Flex Traffic School was my first driving experience. there professionalism was excellent. There staff respectful, patience with me and my lack of knowledge while taking my driving classes. the flexibility they offer was awesome and fit for my needs in terms of time.

I attended the course of 12 hours and it was an excellent experience. Rudy Martínez was the teacher made the class enjoyable one and showed his domain with traffic issues. I favorably recommend this school. In addition, their prices are well competitive and schedules are adjusted to the needs of the students.

HORRIBLE!!!! They made an error on the completion certificate although the citation was provided. When I discovered the error and requested a fax copy of a corrected certificate the receptionist who answered the phone said it couldnt be done. When I asked why not she lied and said the fax machine was broke. I requested the manager. He went on and on about the wrong # was written. I told him fine lets accept that we made the error and now lets fix it..TITO went on and on about the error. This was an urgent matter being if the documentation wasnt provided license would be suspended. He continued to hang up the phone and refused corporate information for me to contact above him. I will contact BBB and figure out if this is a private owned business and if TITO just manages or not. The best at being Rude and unprofessional !!!

If you’re going to have advertising on your vehicle you can’t have your instructors driving the vehicles erratically in public

Scheduling was very easy and flexible. The instructor Rudy was really knowledgeable, and made the time fly by. So it didnt seem like you were there as long as you were. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to attend traffic school.

This traffic school is horrible! I was on Waters and Sheldon ...one of their instructors cut me off, i had the right of way, he then proceeded to get out of his car when i started honking my car, he literally blocked traffic. NEVER GO TO THIS SCHOOL! How can they teach you how to drive, if their instructors are breaking the law. I posted the video on Youtube, so take a look at this wonderful schools instructors at work.

They really take care of you and make sure that your name is spelled correctly before you leave.
