We made a switch to Scribbles and Giggles Preschool last year when they opened and have loved it ever since! The teachers work tirelessly on curriculum to prepare students for the rigorous standards in today’s schools. The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing. If you need a dedicated, caring, and highly skilled child care facility, this is the place! Our son loves going there and wakes up asking us to take him to school even on the weekends! They’ve certainly been a blessing to our family.

Scribbles and Giggles daycare is a godsend! I wish I could give them 100 stars. To begin with, the owner and the staff are warm and welcoming from the very start. The facility is bright, clean, and well appointed with an extensive variety of toys and materials for endless hours of play and learning. My son is four and is greatly benefiting from their preschool program. They have tons of super fun activities every week that he looks forward to SO much. In our past two daycares my little guy used to cry when it was time to be dropped off and often seemed to be somewhat traumatized from his experiences. It broke my heart to see him so sad! At Scribbles and Giggles he is EXCITED to go each day, and talks endlessly about how much he loves his friends and teachers. At the end of the day he waves and says Bye! I love you! He comes home with adorable projects, games and songs. Hes even learning Spanish! The kindness that exudes from everyone there is such a refreshing change from what we have experienced prior. Its clear how much they really care about the kids in their care. We really couldnt be more thankful for this wonderful place!

I cannot stop talking about this place to family and friends... my daughter and sister go to this location after having a terrible experience with an independent daycare provider we decided to enroll the girls here they are absolutely wonderful very patient and always have fun activities planned for the kids! My daughter and sister have been taught to sign language! They also have help us tremendously with potty training! I wish there were more stars to give because they definitely deserve more than 5 stars! I absolutely recommend this place!

Where do I even begin! The 5 stars really does not give this place justice! My daughter and granddaughter have been coming here for over a year! After having had a bad experience at a private provider the girls were afraid to go to daycare when we decided to bring them to this facility we were concerned specially because my granddaughter had some behavioral issues but after the first day and till this day they wake up so excited to go school! The teachers are very patient and understanding and we’re very helpful with my granddaughters issues never once did they take it upon themselves to discipline we were the ones who suggested time outs and they refused that option... the teachers and staff always have fun activities for the girls and they even teach sign language and they also helped with potty training! This place is great! I would 1000% recommended it to anyone new to the area or looking for good quality care!

Before signing my 4 year old child up for their program I spoke with the school director about his having behavioral issues. I explained that his doctor suspects he has special needs, and we are in the process of having him evaluated by a psychologist to determine a possible treatment or diagnosis in order to put together an IEP.I explained the types of behaviors hed had at his former school and gave them insight into what wed been doing differently at home to get him to behave much better for the past two months (123 magic). I specifically asked them if this was the type of child they can handle. I told them I dont want to hurt his confidence by having him enroll only to be kicked out right away. She assured me that they could work with him and that theyd try to accommodate his needs. I did NOT ask them to go easy on him. I specifically said he needs to be on this strict program and they can skip to three and give a time-out for even up to 15 min if his behavior is aggressive or highly disrespectful. Im not the kind of mom to take my kids side automatically or to blame the teachers for everything. So here we go. The first day my son was sent home for kicking during nap time. I had no complaints. I backed them up and took him home, even though I was a bit alarmed to hear that nap time there is two and a half hours that hed be expected to sit quietly on his mat without so much as a coloring book to keep him occupied. He did great the rest of the week. The following Monday (today) he was permanently kicked out of the program. Two bad days and he was done. So, clearly thats disappointing when I thought we were on the same page and they were willing to work with him, but thats not why Im giving them one star and writing this review; They earned one star by the way they treated my son once he was removed from the classroom. They sat a 4-year-old, known to have behavioral issues, in a chair in the office and gave him nothing to occupy himself. They gave him no toys or coloring book. And they basically only gave him negative attention for well over a half hour while he waited for me to pick him up. To a 4-year-old thats torture. They treated him like he was a 14 year old shoplifter waiting to be picked up at the police station. And, of course, during this 30-40 minute gauntlet of a time-out he acted up. In their heavily worded letter about his behavior they listed many bullet points about all the things he was doing wrong. One of which was dangerous and shouldnt have been allowed to take place: he was hanging from the front desk by his arms. She wrote that when doing this he hit his head he started crying. She responded by telling him repeatedly to stop. She didnt say anything about seeing if hes okay. She didnt say she comforted him.He now has a bruise on his forehead. And when I asked him what happened when he hit his head he told the same story. She apparently just scolded him. No hug. No cold pack. No looking to see how bad it is...etc.When we walked in to pick him up he was standing inside by the front doors by himself struggling to put his jacket on half inside-out. The image of my 4-year-old CHILD struggling to put on his jacket and receiving no help (and barely any supervision) absolutely crushed my heart.I can deal with a school not knowing how to handle my son and not wanting to take him on, even if they told me otherwise in the first place instead of being honest about it, but I refuse to just accept that these adults think its okay to try to get revenge on a toddler because he was being difficult. They isolated him, they punished him for an unfair and unhealthy amount of time for his age (after agreeing with me to only give him time-out for up to 15 min). They allowed him to do something unsafe then they offered no comfort when he was injured. They were so bitter and petty at that point they couldnt bring themselves to help him get his coat on. People like this are deeply immature and unhealthy minded individuals who shouldnt be around kids, let alone responsible for them.

My son started going here shortly after they opened at El Dorado/Acacia just after he turned 3. He just turned 4 and knows how to odentify, spell, and write his name, identify and say letters (a-Z), numbers to 30, 1-20 in Spanish(!) shapes (even trapezoid and hexagon!!), colors and shades (teal, light blue, etc), and is showing ME sign language. Beyond the scholarly advantages that he is getting at Scribbles N Giggles, he is also learning to listen to adults, comminicate his feelings, and play well with other children. Scribbles N Giggles has a wonderful staff an excellent program, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They really feel like a big family and love the kids like they were their own.
