If youre just trying to get by with a high school diploma - if even that, heres your cake walk. If youre the type that aspires for something better - and not necessarily just college, there are plenty of teachers and a couple of counselors eager to help you and see you off on your first steps towards success.Its a high school that manages to be both shitty and excellent simultaneously.

I graduated with the class of 2016. I can say this school is alright. But all public schools are like that. BC has more school spirit then other schools. Which, brings students to support each other in sports, homecoming and prom court, and just having fun in general. But the teachers Ive had are amazing and encouraging. The teachers want you to succeed in life and education. And just so you know BC has flaws sometimes, no school is perfect.

This school isnt the best because of some teachers, but hey I think all school shave some bad apples; including the students. I am currently enrolled and at the last few weeks of my freshman year. I can honestly say that yeah some teachers smoke pot with the students, maybe one or two I think. Students have brought guns to school, but there were all caught and none of the guns were fired (one of the dudes was in my classroom but the police escorted him out), and some of the teachers are the worst, name calling students and all, but there are still many amazing teachers and bright students. Dont think twice about sending your kid to this school its absolutely amazing, youll never see a more spirited school on spirit week, or a more terrible football team (dont send your kid here if they wanna play football, just saying). I think when I graduate from here Ill be proud of my time here, just bring your own lunch to school, the food is horrible -1 star for that.

This schools funding is so bad that they literally dont have the money to place barriers in between the urinals in the boys bathrooms. One classroom has had 6-7 different teachers for earth science during 2016-2017(the last of which has sent out students for the dumbest reasons such as saying ok to reply to the teacher). Good luck trying to actually learn anything here.

Do not go here worst school ever so many Crips they will ruin you life

Worst school ever they offer ESL classes but don’t have the Spanish speaking staff!!! So many fights girls are so territorial with the boys!!! They have cameras all over the school but yet no one in the office is aware of the fights!!! You have to call a thousand times to get principal on top of bullying my daughters come here and they hate it not taking them back!!!! We are transferring out!!! Kids fight here a lot and found a you tube video where kids are smoking weed on campus and trashing the school!! There is a reason why the police are always there picking up kids....

Worst graduation experience ever, your child will have to fight for their graduation tickets in a mob that has absolutely no leadership whatsoever. I literally sat down and cried when I heard what my child was subjected to.

Very poorly performing high school, however they have a great aquatics center and offer lifeguard and scuba certification.

As a former graduate of 2015 i can say that most of these ratings are from my fellow classmates. There are no more white Wednesdays even though i kinda wanna know what that is now.. yea theres a few stupid fights but idk if they ever brought guns.. the teachers arent smoking with the students anymore.. i think lol.. well if they are at least theyre hiding it haha.. its a good school just kinda ghetto now
