Due to some less than positive experiences with Realtors in the past, we spent a significant amount of time researching who we would want to sell our house. They was the clear choice after interviewing several Realtors. The Realtor came in to the house and immediately looked at the property with an eye to selling it. We executed thier suggestions and immediately began receiving offers. This company was extremely responsive and all of the associates with which we interacted were very professional and focused on selling our house. I hated this place simply because of the way the website worked. Ive never seen a real estate website that doesnt show the acreage before clicking on the property- especially when you specifically select an acreage that is important to you. What a waste of time. Oh, and that stupid red HER bar that is constantly jerking all over the top of the screen when you are trying to look around on the website, it needs to go. Does any of the employees or does the proprietor EVER use their own website? If they do, I cant believe this stuff hasnt been changed.- Tyler M

Definitely pleased with the experience I have this place I met with the agent named Nate and he found me my dream home in less than 2 weeks and it didnt require a big down payment neither.

The slum lords of the Realtors. Cheaply done and incomplete renovations. A lot of electrical plugins not hooked up right. Very pushy for the sale. A lot of things went wrong after moving in that could have been avoided if the work was done right. And there so called inspector missed something that could have killed my family. The water heater was too tall for the small basement and it wasnt venting right. The vent is supposed to incline up to vent, but anybody could have seen it was going in a downward incline and carbon monoxide was filling the house up. But anything for a quick sell. I would advise to find someone else. They did the samething to my brother and his house he bought from them. Wish I knew more about houses and this wouldnt have happened. Do your research people.
