My youngest daughter was in need of childcare when she was about 11 months old. My friend suggested this childcare facility based on reviews. It was only a couple blocks from my new workplace and I was in desperate, short notice need of a daycare. They luckily had an opening available for when I needed so I took it.My daughter of course had her couple weeks of being upset over me leaving as this was her first daycare experience. After she warmed up and came out of her shell she LOVED it. She rarely got upset at drop-off and was almost always happy and excited to go to school like her big sister. This place was a blessing to my daughter and myself. Neena and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I truly trusted my daughter in their care and am grateful for the care they gave her. I highly recommend Neena and Alpha Tots to anyone looking for childcare.

This is the only place I trust for my kids! They have been going here nearly since birth and I don’t trust anyone else with them. Neena, the director is so friendly and kind and she goes above and beyond for my family. She personally calls and lets my kids talk to me when having a tough day, she always lets me know when one of kids is having some listening issues and we can come up with a plan together! The staff are so kind and caring and I just love the crafts and artwork they send home. This is the best and most affordable learning center in the area. I can’t recommend them enough!

Love alpha tots. The owner is super sweet and loves all her kiddos. My little guys lights up every time he sees her. The director makes everything really simple and easy if you’re a first time parent or a veteran parent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new daycare.

As a Grandma to a child who attends there I can only say my Grandson loves Alapha Tots and Ms Neena!! Every time he goes by his school he exclaims, “My school!” And is truly ready to see Ms Neena and his friends!! He loves his school and that makes my heart happy!!!! ♥️

One of my friends use to work here, she was there for several years and her child was injured. It was a large abdominal bruise and NONE of the teachers could giver her information as to how it happened. One other teacher said something and then quit because it was so horrible!They are threatening to sue her over slander, which seems ridiculous. I think there is a large possibility that the teachers are trying to cover up what happened to this poor little girl and that is repulsive to me.I hope this company gets shut down!

They force people to sign NDAs for their children because they mishandle them. Ive seen so much evidence to support the neglect that has taken place and this should not be where your children go. Parents have their voice stripped away necause they cant legally tell anyone what happened. Shut it down

I love everyone at this daycare!! I would recommend to anyone needing childcare! Easy to work with and they are ALL great with the children and babies!!!😁

My children have attended alpha tots since infants and they are now 8, 6, 4 and 1. They never cry when i leave, which makes me feel great! They all love it and always have good things to talk about when they come home from daycare!In the summer time they go on field trips(swimming, zoo, park, etc) almost every other day and have a blast! They do as much as they can with the kids to keep them active (:All the girls are really good with the children and do as much as they can to treat them like their own! Neena is such a great person inside and out! She is the BEST❤I would highly recommend alpha tots!

My son was physically abused at this daycare by the owner Neena. He sustained injuries to his head and neck. The employees witnessed her get irritated with him and abuse him. I was contacted that afternoon by her own employees after she had left. They cried, told me what happened and informed me that they had contacted the MO Childrens Divison. An investigation was launched but because her employees had been threatened by this time it was closed. Pics and info about my sons assault was documented and remains in her file with the state. There are so many daycares in this area that will care for your children in a loving way. THIS IS NOT ONE. I hope no parent ever feels the way I do. If you have any doubts that this is true please contact me and i will happily send you pics and proof of the abuse. Protect your babies from this MONSTER of a woman.

Nothing but love for the teachers, and director. They have took my kids in with open arms. My daughter has been going there since she was 2 months old and my son since a month old. My daughter is now 4 and my son is 2 years old. I love it when my daughter comes home to tell me stories about her day. She is learning so much now being in the pre-k class room with Abby. Also, she loves the summer time when it comes to field trips. I believe going to the zoo like they did helped her overcome some fear with animals, and going to the pool helped with her fear of water a little bit. My son is doing great and learning to share more thankfully. I love the daycare and my kids make it easy for me love the teachers and the owner.

I can’t say enough great things about Alpha Tots! Our director and teachers are wonderful and truly care about the kids. I have two children enrolled and they love it there. They look forward to going and don’t get upset when I leave which is huge to me. I highly recommend.

Neena and her staff really care about the kids they watch. I was so happy to see how they took care of my son while I worked and I could tell a big difference in him and with his ABCs and his counting. It is so cool to watch my son want to give hugs and kisses to someone who is not his real family, I think the staff makes him feel safe.

My son started here after being home with me for 2yrs and Neena and her staff did AMAZING with my son to comfort him and keep me posted on him during the day to to ease our separation anxiety

Had both my kids there from ages 2 until kindergarten - they are wonderful and the owner is honest and transparent. They took amazing care of my kids and I highly recommend them!

Not a good experience. The director is very rude and unprofessional, she made me feel like my son was unwanted. The teachers had their own children in the same classroom with them, which lead to favoritism. Not clean, seemed very lazy and didnt clean their toys or floor and who knows what else.
