First off I to share how amazing everyone that works at this facility is so amazing! This is a fun safe place for my children to attend. We left an abusive in home childcare center that lost their license! My kids will never attended an in home daycare again because of it!My son has been there for over 3 years now he started when he was 6 months. I found them because they were close to my work, every other daycare was full. At that time they only did childcare from 9am to 1pm my son was one of the very first infants they had. They have expanded to childcare from 7:30am to 5:30pm. I have been so completely blessed to have them in our families lives. We have come to love all of our teachers and I believe with all my heart that they love our children. So many changes have happened in the last 3 years and they have gone above and beyond for their families! My almost 4 year old loves to go to school every morning and wants to stay and play when I come to pick him up! They are very good with communicating and whenever an accident happens I get a text the minute they are calmed down. If my baby won’t stop crying they text me and let me know. When my kids aren’t feeling good they call me! It will be so sad when my kids finally have to go to big kid school!

Great care at an amazing price. You wont find a better staff that truly loves your kiddos. :)

My child has been coming here for almost a year now and I couldnt be more pleased with their services. I genuinely feel as though they love my boy and they care about him so much. Concerns are always brought to me immediately, and my concerns are always addressed immediately and with much seriousness.As for education, my son (at three years of age) started writing and reading short words. He is now four and he continues to amaze me with all that he learns here. While they have classroom work, I feel that my childs teacher caters to my childs personal education level in a way and nothing is ever dumbed down for him just because other children cant do something he can.My child is happy to go to school each day. I was a stay-at-home mom and my biggest fear was putting him into daycare. I feel confident that he is safe and cared for while he is here. So happy i placed my trust with AL Kids.

This daycare is AMAZING! They really love the kids, and teach more than any other daycare. Especially looking at Christian day cares, many primarily teach the bible, but in 3 months my 3 year old can say several things in Spanish, can write his name, is trying to sound out words and is coloring inside lines, and drawing better than many kindergartners.I know every parent thinks their kid is a genius, but the staff has fully exceeded every expectation in challenging his brain, and being realistic on the things he has trouble with. Thank you for the help nurturing our little genius. Lol.Keep up the great work!

I would be lost without AL Kids Daycare. They take such good care of my little girl and really care about her. Its a great feeling to drop her off and not worry throughout my workday. If any of the teachers in the infant room leave I will cry.....Thats how good they are. I love them all. Thank God for AL Kids daycare. ❤️

My husband and I were determined to find a place that would love our daughter (almost) as much as we do. This place also needed to follow the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, & supervision. We also had to find a place that would not break the bank! I was very skeptical that we would be successful in our quest, but AL Kids Daycare & Preschool checked all of those boxes and more!AL Kids does not only offer excellent facilities, but they also offer age appropriate activities in the classroom. The staff is very detailed in letting us know what our child did everyday. I know that my child spends time in an environment that is nurturing every aspect my childs development.

A dear friend of mine had a horrible experience with her child at this facility. Between the two of us we have six children and have had our kids attend multiple child care facilities. By far this was the worst. Nikki Ketron’s review (see chain of reviews) is spot on. I don’t really need to say much more than that. Luckily my friend now has her child in a daycare with much better facilities and better trained professional staff.

I was scared to leave my kids at any daycare until we found AL Kids. They have the security and the oversight that gives me peace.

While I believe that most people here have had a good experience my experience was 100% the opposite. I believe if they like your child you will have a wonderful experience however if they don’t like you and your child you can expect to pay for a service and get constant calls asking you to drop everything in your day to come and pick up your child because they are “ill” (when they are not) or come and get your child because they are having “behavior issues” (or as my pediatrician who has 20+ years explain it normal child behaviors or how many of the other daycares in Springfield explain it normal child behavior). It is pretty bad when the director of the daycare who supposedly has all this experience has to google how to handle normal child behavior and normal milestones for children. I think it is clear why they constantly have openings because they have a revolving door of children as they have no clue how to actually handle children. They were the only daycare that I called that did not have months of waiting lists which in itself should say a lot. If you want to take a chance and hope your child is one they like then by all means it’s your child do what you want but beware if they don’t like you and your child be prepared to pay money for a under qualified, under educated, and a staff that generally does not care about your child and who will not provide the service they claim to. Thankfully this experience has taught me to be much more careful in looking for a daycare and to ask more about the experience and knowledge of the staff because clearly they do not have the experience or knowledge they claim to. The worst part of this is that I felt like my child was not getting the care and attention he deserved.
