Love this gym. And I love drinking Fight Milk, the official drink of the UFC. I love being offered it as soon as I walk in the door, a big plus of this gym.

The gym itself has a nice set up but the people who own the gym or manage the accounts are extremely unprofessional and dont belong in the role whatsoever. They continued to charge me MONTHS after I ended my membership & lack of communication was beyond disrespectful.. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME, AVOID THIS SPOT

Great gym. Awesome classes and instructors, who really know how to push you to your limit (and beyond).Walked in probably 25 years older than most of the members (that night anyway). Immediately felt welcome and comfortable being there. Never intimidating feel but be prepared to work HARD when you join!!!

I have been going to this gym for a year and I am absolutely obsessed. I train twice a week with Vinnie as well as attend the classes and within the last year I lost 20 pounds. Truly a great gym that actually cares about their customers/clients. 5 stars for UFC!

Joining this place has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! If you are looking for somewhere to start the new you, look no further! The workouts are like nothing you have ever experienced and the encouragement you receive is incredible! I have never met better trainers and motivators like Vinnie and Malik. This place has such a phenomenal family atmosphere that you cant help but get excited to work out every time you walk in!

Absolutely Horrible Experience- Enrolled my son in their program. Absolute waste of money I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Tried to cancel and they kept taking my money for months on end. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE I STARTED THIS NIGHTMARE- EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED!!! WISH I COULD RATE ZERO STARS!!!

Joining UFC Gym in Springfield is by far the best decision I have made in 2019. I have spent years searching for the right gym in Delaware County and to that end, have paid a large range of membership fees. To give you an idea, I have belonged to The Healthplex, Crossfit, and Planet Fitness. UFC Gym far exceeds each of its competitors due to its no-nonsense approach to health and wellness, quality instructors, and how those instructors respect each class attendee regardless of fitness level and experience. UFC Gym is not only stellar in how it is managed, but in the results that it promises and delivers. I have never felt better in my life!

I visited bc I am a Personal trainer and I wanted to see if they offer certification here.

I was at the gym when this person came in. He was being disrespectful towards the pregnant woman working the front desk so the owner approached him and asked him more than once to leave. The owner proceeded to call the cops because this person would not leave and continued to yell at the owner and his pregnant wife. I think the owner and his wife both handled the situation in an extremely professional manner.

I joined this gym two years ago when they first opened and it has completely changed my physical fitness and mental wellness immeasurably.They kickstarted my (now) active lifestyle. When I began, I could barely do 5 push ups and now not only do I box, but I also rock climb and willingly participate in team sports. My flexibility is better, my balance is steadier, and my determination stronger. After I threw my first punch I was hooked. [pardon the pun]

Wow I cant believe how this place treated me when I came to pick up my Grand daughter. No customer service. Very intimidating staff, like a big group of Bullies. Not a place I would recommend . Also very expensive. The lady at the front desk needs to be retrained.

Vinnie and the guys are awesome. Inspiration, motovation, and a great yet unorthodox sense of humour. Lol.

LOVE IT! I subscribe to their emails and joined January, 4th, 2017 because the registration fee was 5 dollars and usually it is extremely expensive so my mom, dad, and myself joined. I went to my first class on the 5th and I am still feeling sore 2 days later. They really know how to make you work hard and work towards your goals.

By far best gym in Philadelphia with very competent professionals, the excellent vibe here makes you work out like never before, healthiness should be this place last name.

Terrible customer service very rude when trying to cancel membership. Wouldnt advise to anyone!!! Owner also gripped me up and pulled me out of the gym ripping my shirt! Would never recommend to anyone. Classes are also way to big you never feel like you learn anything here its just a workout.. YOUVE BEEN WARNED !!

My daughter had a very good experience with her personal trainer Malik and all of the staff was very nice However when I felt she had enough training my experience with trying to cancel my membership showed their true colors. It seems they dont want to let you out the membership even though it is a month to month membership and you pay them the last months fee up front and they told me I could cancel at any time without paying a cancellation fee. I canceled in August in person; signed the paperwork and was still getting the run around at the end of October . i actually went in again on September 8th and complained because they took payment for September when they werent supposed too.They credited me for that mistake yet here we are at the October and I am still getting emails about an overdue payment. i called and Jason answered who told me they had no record of my cancellation and that I had to come up there to cancel. He wasnt hearing anything I had to say. He, who is supposed to be one of the managers got very short and nasty with me and once i called their 888 number and had them on the line with me attempted to say I didnt give the chance to explain that he had to look for her paperwork. So he lies as well. His tone changed a little but was still not very nice. Will never use them again and tell everyone to be ware!!! If you arent going to stick with them FOREVER dont bother because they will give you a huge hassle when you attempt to cancel your membership.

Everyone here is so nice and gets you very motivated! I signed up today after my free class and cant wait to get back tomorrow!

I love this gym...I never get bored, staff is awesome and extremely helpful!!! I have gotten in the best shape of my life since joining this gym a year ago!!!!

Have poor service.My experience with them started ok like any normal gym.I got my membership.Went to the gym for a good amount of time and learned a few things from some of the instructors, but when I did not have the time to continue going to the gym and needed to cancel my membership. They told me I could not cancel my membership that I had to “freeze” the membership. (15 dollar charged instead of the full subscription charge).After my frozen period (3 months) was up I went one more time to try to cancel the membership.Again I was told the same thing. (3 months)Finally after this (6 months and paying 90 dollars) I went in to be told, “You can cancel your membership, but you have to pay a 150 dollar fee.”Not only was I deceived the first two time I went there to cancel my membership. I was never told about a cancelation fee and nowhere in any of the papers I signed when I got my subscription was there anything about the 150 dollar cancelation fee.Overall I do not recommend this place unless you like being swindled out of money and like dealing with people who are not honest.
