HERO Martial Arts has been a God send for our family! All of the staff and instructors are AMAZING! Everyone works so well with all age groups! The facility is very clean and organized. Their communication is on point. Their commitment and love for their students is unmeasurable! I cannot imagine better role models for our entire family! We have been part of the Hero Martial Art family since 2015. At that time We were looking for a place where my oldest could learn discipline and how to follow instructions. We found more than that.Now my Husband and two sons are training at Hero. Hero have been teaching us respect, confidence, discipline, leadership and much more.This Academy offer Summer Camps, Parents night out and a lot of events for all the family.They also support the schools in the area.

My son started going to Hero since he was 4. Hes about to turn 7. They recently called him to the front of his class and wished him a Happy Birthday plus he broke a board with a devastating side kick. Small act Huge impact! This is who they are! Coach Josh - Great Public Speaker and Motivator! Coach Faith-Great Story teller and communicator! Coach Jason- Great instructor leads by example! My son stutters and is shy by nature. Hero Martial Arts has definitely helped his confidence and helped influenced and shape him on preparing for an amazing life with courage to do all things while becoming the leader God made him to be! More than just a martial arts school teaching proper from and techniques. Students of all ages are taught discipline, respect, confidence, honesty, communication, leadership and determination. Leading by example, Hero went above and beyond during the Covid19 lockdown offering all virtual classes, belt testing, private lessons, equipment for home training (safe distance drop-off) and even personal phone calls checking in on each one of their students.I knew Hero was the right fit for us when I not only was watching my child have fun at a sport he enjoyed but also taking the life lessons Hero teaches and applying them to his everyday life.

We’ve been with HERO MA for over 6 years now. My son, who has Asperger’s, never really cared for traditional sports. One day in 2nd grade Master Josh came to his elementary school to teach PE and do demonstration and my son was 😳😳 and wanted to give it a try.So he went to the beginner class...And the class after that and broke a board 🪵👋🏻And a few years later- got his black belt!! 🥋It wasn’t always easy. It takes commitment. But the team at HERO is the best... around (that’s a karate kid reference!) and supported our son every step of the way.Fast forward to last October and my son convinced my wife & I to join... we just got our green belts!!And, as of TODAY, our youngest two have joined! 😳A family that kicks together sticks together!!

Great school, been going there for years. Our while family of four take classes together. Great thing to do with our kids where we dont have to be parents, we can be students like them!

Hero Martial Arts is beyond the best place you can take your child or yourself to learn discipline, get in shape, make friends and learn to protect yourself. Hero is owned and operated by a local badass who will give you the shirt off his back. He could take down most UFC fighters, but you would never know it. His life is about sharing what he’s learned and to help make everyone a better person. All the instructors or knowledgeable and motivating!

Hero is more than a martial arts school. Their classes provide personal support, exercise, self defense, motivation, excitement, goal setting and self confidence in a family atmosphere for adults and children. Hero is among the rare places where people genuinely care and invest wholeheartedly in their students. My boys have been a part of HERO for the past five years and each attained his junior blank belt under the tuteledge of the school owner as well as a team of dedicated instructors. But what my boys gained isn’t only martial arts instruction, they were shown the value of respect for self and others, confidence, leadership, effective communication and discipline. Heron Martial Arts is really one of a kind martial arts school! The owner and head instructor Josh Arcemont is truly dedicated to arts and it shows in his passion when he teaches his students or does school talks in the community! The instructor staff is a staff that has been together for a long time, which usually tells you that the program the school offers is a successful program not only with the students, but with the staff as well ! Our son started Hero in the fall of 2017 after receiving a coupon for a discounted 6 week session and have never looked back. Master Josh and his team run a first class program. This is not just technical training, but a wholistic approach to make their students better people. We even learn a lot as observers during class! You can say it starts with the first interview. We are new and have attended about 6 classes.I am a grandma and have sit thru many of sports and events for kids. I got an immediate warm fuzzy feeling when we first went there. I am so happy with them.The instructors have the kids under control at all times and they stress focus, manners (yes sir, no sir, yes mam, no mam). Also physical fitness is part of the program.A great program and great teachers..Kids love it also.
