We love this place. Everyone is super nice and professional. Our son loves coming here every day and we can tell that they truly care about him and his well-being. I don’t worry about him at all during the day and he always leaves smiling ☺️

I have the most loving and caring staff taking care of my son! They don’t just watch my child they make sure we feel like we are family. Thanks to all they do!!

After trying another daycare that always just felt a little off, we found a home and so many friends at KinderCare. All of the teachers and the director (Stephanie) are just so kind and caring, even welcoming our son every morning with a smile and kind words.Our teachers are always so open to talking about him, including his progress, activities, etc., send us pictures and updates throughout the day, and have been so accommodating with a dietary restriction that he has.I seriously could not be more complimentary of the KinderCare staff, management, and facility!Also, Ms. Kitty in the infant room has become our sons BEST FRIEND. Even though hes a toddler now, every time we walk by her classroom he tries to peak his head in to see if shes around. She is an absolute joy and were so lucky that he was able to spend so much time with her.

I really love this place my son has a great attitude coming home and going he loves it everytime he see the building he gets excited he knows where he is at he learns whole lot I love it

We love Kindercare for our 2 boys (ages 3 and 2). The staff is so friendly and my kids come home happy every day. They have learned so much too. I love receiving pictures of their daily activities...its makes a working parent smile. They have also put in a lot of safety protocols to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

We love KinderCare. The teachers and leadership team are so welcoming and helpful. My daughter loves it and her excitement upon arrival every morning is a testament to the way they treat her on a daily basis. I cant recommend them enough. When I originally wanted to take a tour I was told to just show up anytime. That was very impressive to me because that level of transparency only comes with a high level of delivering care. They didnt need to game the system, they were comfortable with me seeing the center the way it was, not the way they wanted me to see it. I cant recommend KinderCare enough!

Our Son’s face lights up every day when he sees mrs. Kitty, Stephanie, or Kim ready to take him to his classroom every day. He has been going here since he was 3 months old (now 15 MOs). The teachers are always excited to share each day’s experiences and have conversations about it as well. They actively discuss developmental plans and how are child is coming along. We plan on sending all of our future children here for daycare as well.

I love this place, my baby loves this place. the teachers are very sweet, very organized with food and activities.

My son was there for several months, and my daughter went for a month as a newborn about a year ago, we pulled both of them out because I lost my job. My son asks to go back to school every time we pass by there. He loved all of his teachers and Destiny was easy to work with. We are excited for him to start back! Great school!

I had both of my children in there. My son was in the toddler 1 class with Miss Rita and my daughter in the toddler 2 class. My son would cry every day he had to go. This could have been due to moving and the change. However, this past Friday 11/1/2019, I was dropping my kids off and as I was about to sign in my son to his class, I didnt see any children. I then heard kids crying and then heard the teacher being very inappropriate in how she spoke to the children. This was not Miss Rita but a fill in. She had a very frustrated and irritated tone to her voice. The next thing I hear is her telling them to Shut up in an angry tone multiple times. I then walked into the class room and she was in the bathroom with all the kids in it. She was changing one child, telling them not to move and was angry. Another was on the toilet trying to get off and crying and the rest of the kids were sitting in there crying. I said excuse me you do not talk to children like that and she immediately said sorry what can she help me with. I said no, do not change the subject. I told her once again and said you being very angry and irritated and speaking to them the way you are in not okay. I said the next step with how you are being is hitting or hurting the children and she said I never said I was going to hit them. Which she did not, but I was making it clear that was the next step with the way she was being. I also question the age of the teacher, because to me she looks like a teenager and Im not sure if she should be watching all the kids by herself. I then went and found the director and she was in an infant room speaking with another teacher and that looked like the conversation was more about gossip and none work related. I opened the door and asked if she was the manager or director and told her I had to speak with her. I informed her what happened and she immediately said she was sorry and that they do not allow that here and no teacher should be speaking or treating children in that manner. I am not sure what happened after that, due to me being mad about the situation, I got my two kids and all their stuff and left and let her know I was pulling my kids out of there.This may only be an instance of one bad teacher but I was not taking my chances and felt moving my children to a new daycare facility is better.
