My 7 year old son Bailey has been attending Just For Kicks Karate for 4-5 months now. I am very pleased with this program. Bailey has been bullied and beat up by older children. I wanted him to be able to learn to defend himself and gain some confidence to avoid those types of situations. Find his inner warrior. Its still a work in progress but, He has shown a large improvement in confidence over the past few months. Its also a great way for him to be active. Bailey has yet to say he doesnt want to go to class. That says a lot for a child who would usually prefer to sit and play video games. He loves going to class. Sensei Frank is a great male role model. Bailey looks up to him. I highly recommend Just For kicks Karate.

Sensai does a great job with the kids and really instills self confidence in them. Weve been going there for several years and would recommend the class to anyone who wants to learn self-defense and build confidence.

Sensei Fred is great at expecting only the best from his students.
