Great students! Friendly staff! Knowledgable instructors! Plan a bit longer for visits and be very clear with expectations if you want something special, but they will do their best to make sure you are happy.

Been there 2x. 1 for a hair trim. They did a great job and gave better shape to it.2 went for facial and received and received a mild microderm abrasion eye brow tint. For the price of a European facial. Prices are great and an instructor is always present and helping.

My best hair cuts and colors were done here. The students I had were very professional, mature and had real inclination and were naturals. As if they were born to do what they do. I highly recommend this for people on a tight budget.

The students are very professional and if they have questions they refer to the professional in staff. I think that they did a great job and it is important to know before going that they are still learning. It is important to support them by getting different services. The place is small but clean. Super affordable!!If you are looking for high-end treatment and quick service do not go here. Remember they are STUDENTS.

Benes is a home away from home such wonderful professional instructors! The students are so professional and friendly oriented I feel I have found the barbershop movie thats how these human beings present themselves. Go once a month to get waxed. Claudia, the instructor, trains the students well. They do a great job. Some beauty school appointments I have went to in the past, at other places, take a long time. 99% of appointments are in good timing here at Benes. Pricing is great!

I visited here 9/7/18. I had an unpleasant haircut from another salon, to say the least, my hair was very short. I bought extensions and Morgan helped me out with installing them. All the girls there were very helpful, being this was only her second time doing them, she had some questions and worries, I was delighted to see how they all jump in and help eachother. A very pleasant experience and now I have hair again.. .Love it!! I will def go back and even follow these ladies as they start their careers in the real salons.

All the students work so hard to make sure you walk out looking your best and the instructors are so uplifting and kind. Highly recommend going and trying out all departments

This place is awesome! I was passing by it yesterday and saw the place for the first time. I needed a haircut for a while so I just stopped by. I asked for shag hair cut. Miss Patty cut my hair. OMG! Love it love it love it!!!!I live in the states for 4 years. This is the first time I found a place that is good at shag hair cut! THANK YOU!! I will be back for hair coloring very soon ❤️

The worst place i have ever been to!i had to contact the better business bureau!been going there for 2 years now.i followed a stylest from a shop she use to work at (where she been a stylest doing my hair at for like 3 years before)thinking since she herself has done my full head of foils for many years,it would be a piece of cake her being there now as an instructor instead of a stylest.boy was i wrong!it started out that i arrived to the school one morning & got turned awaY have my full head of FOILS .they said since it takes half a day to do it hair i needed to walkin first thing in the morning.i complied and did it many times.whoever was the student did it &i left happy.(even if we ran into complications)its normal.(i know they ARE students)last time i went a student saw me that i really liked.i tipped him well &resqueduled.they called to cancel then i too had to cancel.finally on new date i arrived for appointment.student wasnt there after i had 5 hours of my day put away for this.they said student didnt show.they wasnt even sincerely sorry about it at all.i asked them to call him to see what could we do since he was coming in that day for afternoon shift.they did and no answer.they said he would call me later.i never got a call back.i asked them will this happen again?they non shaltly said oh well its a school not a salon so we have no control if student shows or NOT.i was shocked!so its ok for them to give me a SET APPOINTMENT & can happen again?thats not acceptable.they are students.they have to all LEARN HOW TO DO a full head of FULL FOILS whether they like it or not!!1 of the instructors said that other students there dont like to do those.i think the problem is just that.they just DONT WANT TO DO TIME CONSUMING HAIR DOS.the instructors alwaus rub it in my face also OF WHAT A GOOD DEAL IM GETTING CUZ. IT WOULD COST HUNDREDS IN A SALON.ACTUALLY ITS NOT THAT MUCH CHEAPER.THEY CHARGE ME MY BLEACH &TONER &I TIP.I THINK LAST TIME TOTAL WITH TIP I SPEND 130.00 BUX.AT A PROFESSIONAL SALON I PAY 150 OR LESS.even if its a school and not a salon they need to be more PROFESSIONAL!IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY GIRL IN THE WORLD WHO GOES THERE ASKING FOR A FULL HEAD OF FOILS!BEEN DOING THE SAME EXACT BLEACH FULL HEAD FOR 20 PLUS YEARS!!Never have ihad a problem like this &i will continue to HAVE my full head OF BLEACHED HAIR DO FOR AS LONG AS IM LIVING.MY HAIR IS HEALTHY ENOUPH AS LONG AS I KEEP DOING IT THIS WAY.JUST DARK ROOTS OF FULL HAIR FOILS!

Its okay, it use to be cheap, now is to costly for just trying out the work. Other than that I never really had a problem, they just need to keep there price down, I paid cheaper in Jcpenny Just saying

Extremely unprofessional and the most uncomfortable haircut Ive ever had. To make things worse the haircut isnt even acceptable. Ive had students do my hair at other schools and never has it been so terrible.

These ladies and men have the attitude to want to make us happy and give us satifying hair....if you have the patience to let them learn then this is a great place to go to...Remember your hair will grow back...I had a pleasing experience here and my last beauty guy lasted me 27 years...I am glad I tried them...Thanks Nicole ...you did a great job!!
