Classy Kids W Georgia has done a great job taking care of our children over the past four years. The entire staff is welcoming, and we did not hesitate to send our infant daughter after maternity leave ended. We feel that our children have developed both socially and educationally while having a lot of fun. They also did a great job during the pandemic: putting effective protocols in place while allowing essential parents to continue to work.

My son has been going here for 3 years and we love it. Ms. Stephanie and Mrs. Brenda are the best. They will always stop and talk about the day. If I have a specific question they always find the answer. Great clean and safe facility. Mrs. Brittany has great lunches.

So we went on tour here today and let’s just say I’m so excited for my LO to start here . The director was nice, caring, and patient. She also was very informative. The facility was cleaned ! It smelled great . A light charming clean sent ! It was nap time during our tour hour and I seen some of the teachers cleaning/ disinfecting(wiping down) things durning their down time. Class rooms are big, spacious and very organized! The packet with the registration information was clear . But the director explained everything.

My daughter has been going to classy kids for 8 years and my son for 6 years. We love those girls there they have always been so amazing to our children. The curriculum is so enriching and they have learned so much from them. My son started k5 this year and was so prepared for kindergarten to the point where he is in advanced reading. They always answers questions when asked and always so polite.

My son has been going to Classy Kid’s for 2 years now!! He loves his Art and Crafts. He knows all of his colors, ABC’s, numbers and on the car ride home he’s always singing a new song that he’s learned! The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Another bonus is even through COVID-19 they have taken proper precautions to keep the children safe!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Classy Kids. Every mom struggles with taking her child to daycare and returning to work. My experience with both my boys was made easier by the wonderful staff and environment. My oldest started when he was just 8 weeks old and is currently in K4 and has absolutely loved all of his teachers. From the love that is shown to my son to the dedication to his eduction, you can tell that they really care for your children. My youngest has recently started and is loving the baby room. Classy kids creates a wonderful atmosphere in each room and has always come up with new fun and exciting ways to engage with the children. I’m so grateful for all the staff for creating this loving environment and for taking such amazing care for my boys.

My child has been attending classy kids on West Georgia Rd for 6 months and she has recently moved up to the Toddler Room. The ladies in the room are amazing. They are always positive and my daughter loves to go to school!! She comes home signing her ABC, and baby shark. She always comes home with a craft they have worked on that week. We get pictures at least twice a day if not more and it always of her doing a craft or an activity that has to do with there curriculum for the day. I cant say enough about how great our experience has been so far with classy Kids!

I can unequivocally say that this is a child development center in all respects. The children are challenged, stimulated, engaged in sports, and fun activities. They are taught to treat each other well. They are taught about sharing, compassion for others, and minding their manners. There is rarely a dull moment as creativity continually is emphasized and things made by the children are praised and posted. There is a reason that this long-time Greenville icon has been voted best of the upstate for so many years. They have stood the test of time.

If i could give zero stars i would, worst daycare ever. my child was constantly sick and caught the hand, foot and mouth the first week she was there. there have been multiple times she came home with scratches and they never write up reports to inform me of what happened. on top of that they never follow up or even know whats going on. my child was in the toddler 2s and they literally feed the kids their breakfast and snack directly off the table. The final straw for me was my child getting bullied, the first time i spoke with them they informed me that the child would be removed from the class. of course no follow up, so i went into the office to speak with them and was informed they could not remove the child but would keep a closer eye on my child. i removed her that exact moment. on top of that the owner got arrested for drug chargers. im happy to say my child is no longer apart of classy kids. classy kids only care about the money and decorating to make the place look presentable.

My grandsons attends Classy Kids on West Georgia Road and I can say without a doubt in my mind that Classy Kids is the best preschool around! One of my grandsons is in the infant room and his teachers are loving, caring and helpful. He is learning so much, he has learned a few signs(they teach sign language). His brother, my older grandson, is in the K2 class and he comes home singing, saying his ABCs, naming his colors and shapes, and doing finger plays. He is always excited to go to school. I never have to wonder if they are having a good day, because they always have a great day! We LOVE Classy Kids!

I would not recommend any parent send their child to this daycare. It appears to be very unorganized, the children are always crying and seem unhappy. The workers arent friendly and seem to be unhappy to even be there. They are clearly there for the paycheck and not the children. I never felt comfortable leaving my children at this daycare. I always had an uneasy feeling when I left them. I walked into the infant room to find my 4 month old baby crying alone in the dark with no teacher in sight. The teacher appeared from the back closet and tried to assure me that she had just stepped away for a minute. I would have believed her had my baby not had a red face and tears streaming from crying. Ive seen one too many teachers there jack young kids up by their arms out of frustration or discipline! Breaks my heart! I would report it every time! If I were a parent, I would review their cameras everyday and/or remove my child from this location. And then to find out the owner was arrested for drug charges. And a daycare worker at another Classy Kids location on Brushy Creek was just arrested this week for child cruelty - causing bruising to a young childs head by forcing into to the ground!! RUN FROM THIS DAYCARE! ALL OF THEM as part of the Classy Kids chain! They are horrible!

This place is a disaster. The curriculum sounds good on paper, but I feel like I am paying for my son to play all day. Hes being sent to classes younger than him, and is not given the opportunity to develop and grow. Lately his diapers have been disappearing from the center. I hardly ever receive a cuddle gram to know what he ate and when he was changed. He does not bring home any arts/crafts. This place is a cash cow. Rates are steady going up. We pay an extra 45/50 dollars a month in June and July for activities that do not transpire. Music Man did not show up for weeks. Not to mention, a yearly registration fee that just increased as well. As expensive as child care is, I would prefer somewhere that will invest in his learning, development, and growth.

Do not send your children to Classy Kids on Georgia Rd Simpsonville!! Kayson has been on antibiotics for a double ear infection since the weekend and was sent back to daycare yesterday morning since his fever had been gone and he was starting to feel better. When I dropped him off I told them he was on antibiotics and to call me if ANYTHING happened, which should be common sense anyways. I picked him up and he was completely covered in hives from his face down to his bottom and his voice was completely gone. They still won’t speak to me or provide an explanation. Anything could have happened seeing as I had to take him to the doctor immediately because he was having an allergic reaction to his antibiotics. If you want a daycare center that will actually monitor your child, or let you know when there is a problem with your child, don’t send them there!! They also had a little girl in his class that has croup and didn’t tell any of the parents so now he is dealing with that on top of everything else!! Now, the corporate woman has blocked my phone number so that I can not get my full refund!! These people are sick and will neglect your babies & blame everyone except themselves!!

My daughter had my grandson at Classy Kids on West Georgia Rd for 3 years. When he started he was in the Infant 2 room. Unfortantly her husbands job got moved to out of state. Since the move my daughther has used several daycares for my grandson and they have yet to find a daycare that is comparable to Classy Kids. Mrs. Stephanie the director takes pride in what she does and provided a nurturing environment for my grandson and the teachers as well. Her attention to details is exceptional. Management and the teachers were always excellent in communicating any issue we had and providing solutions. The entire staff are friendly and always smiling and engaging with us. I would highly recommend this daycare!! I wish i could give more than 5 stars.

The director is rude and non-social. She will avoid negative contact at all cost. They are ALWAYS taking new children even though they do not have enough workers to be in DSS ratio standards. It is unorganized and it shows through the workers. The owners only care about getting paid, not about the children which is sad because some of the workers do care and thats the only reason they are there. I would NOT send my child there ever again.

In the 5 weeks that we kept my baby here, they had no less than 10 teachers in/out of the toddler room (that I SAW and COUNTED). My child screamed and cried EVERY morning i dropped her off and looked lost or was crying every afternoon i picked her up. My child was trying to tell me the best way she could to get her out of there. She was being bullied (beaten and held down)by another kid and the teachers were doing nothing about it even after I witnessed it TWICE and told them to keep the kid away from my child. End points 1)the teachers are VERY inexperienced. 2)the kids arent being engaged appropriately. 3)the toys lack excitement. 4)the teacher turnover is ridiculous (with no notification to the parents mind you) 5)my child seemed hungry most days. 6)listen and look at your child no matter where u go, even as babies they can tell u sooo much.. Glad I was able to find a better option for her.

Do not bring your children to this daycare! It is staffed with people looking for a paycheck on Fridays. I had two children enrolled for almost 6 months and it was a nightmare from the very first week. They were sick constantly, bruised and bitten every day and the daycare teachers sit on the ground constantly and yell at the toddlers from across the room. The kids came home every evening so hungry and thirsty as if they had not had anything to eat or drink all day. They were always missing their coats or their blankets on a regular basis. We attempted to address the issues on several occasions but the director was full of excuses as she minimized our concerns. We got them out of there before something tragic happened. I have attempted to locate the owner of Classy Kids to make sure they were aware of all the details of how horrible this location is operated and I cant even find a website to express my concerns. I cannot vouch for other locations but as for the one on West Georgia Rd in Simpsonville....I would never consider going there again. We talked to 3 separate people who said they worked there at one point and had to leave because they could not take how the children were treated...and one girl currently employed mentioned she is trying to get out as well.

Horrible horrible horrible experience dont go here if you want a center that follows the law. Impossible to speak with owners literally cant get in contact with them at all, the teachers hate their job you can tell and my daughter was so unhappy there. When we switched daycares her whole attitude changed and the changes stuck. Miserable teachers make miserable kids. We had an issue of the daycare refusing to abide by the legal custody, even when a lawyer was involved and so ended up switching and so glad that we did! My daughter is much happier and has been learning things at Starshine where she never did at classy kids. So in hindsight all the stress was a blessing in disguise. Also was promised a refund and called for weeks hearing that they would send it and never got one. Just overall horrible

If youre ok with your kids getting sick one week after another, being neglected, because the facility is WAY over crowded and under employed and the employees simply ignoring the parents concerns or requests... Then by all means, enroll your kid here. The only time this facility acted like they cared was when they were trying to get us enrolled.

Its disappointing to see some negative reviews. My son started as a young pre schooler graduated and off to Bryson public. We did end up skipping about a year not at any fault of Classy Kids. What I always found and perhaps felt the need to make a call once to Ms. Rogers as I needed some help and of course they did but overall we adored all the staff and always got assistance with anything with a simple call to Jennifer. My son is so excited to return as a second grader! I also want to add public kindergarten was a joy for all. Not just the pre schooling as he started well ahead with spelling reading etc..and continued to exceed to first grade but also social skills and simply felt and saw a program that teamed up with myself my sons mother and truly remain as a huge part of seeing my son grow. So from academics to the basics of handwashing we remain grateful. Always make a quick call before feelings of a let down sink in. During the 1 year period or less we all experianced 2 different programs. I can compare ! We are all so glad to be back with what was an extension of our family.

I have one regret in the 5 years of my daughters life and it is the length of time I have kept her at this place.Last year I was informed by one of the teachers that the kids were getting less and less food during their meals. I stopped by for an unannounced visit to observe. They did a good job of making it look like my daughters class received an appropriate amount of food. But they forgot that I had another child in another room. My sons class was presented with a small main portion of the main entree and about two tablespoons of apple sauce. None of the children received the vegetable that was included. When I asked why they said they only put it on the plate if the child asks for it.After discussing this with the Director I feel that they improved the situation enough satisfy my concerns. My son moved on to Kindergarten and I kept our daughter at Classy Kids because I felt that the teachers he had and the curriculum served my son well and my daughter would be prepared for Kindergarten. Then.....The good teachers started to leave, they changed the curriculum to an Art based one, and the food situation has changed from the students not getting enough to an approach that brought in the least expensive options. Options that the kids dont like. Also, they have created new payment options that change when or how processing fees are added to the payment and change the days (randomly) that they charge your account! Monday one week, Friday the next.Art based curriculum. I have no issue with this concept, but as another reviewer mentioned, it is essentially a method for which they do less teaching and are essentially babysitters who occasionally hand out papers for homework that are not based on a course of study or even seem to be relative to the age group. All of the good teachers have left or are in the process of leaving. All of the parents that I have met are moving their children out. As much as it kills me, my daughter wants to stay until graduation in two months. Since I feel confident that we are supplementing her learning at home and Classy Kids is at least capable of making sure she is safe, I begrudgingly will leave her there for the next 2 months. The last couple that removed their children told me about how their infant, repeatedly, was coming home with bite marks that nobody could account for. Also how they observed one of the workers carrying around an infant, to another classroom, and reaching into the food that was being served to the children and eating directly from it. I am not a germaphobe, but this is disgusting. Please, do not make the mistake I have. Look elsewhere.Oh, and if you are wondering why the number of stars isnt lower, take a look at the people with the 5 star reviews. One, which you can find here (check LinkedIn) is their operations manager. Another (I cant confirm this) seems to be related. Not to mention the anonymous reviews. Please, please, keep looking!!!

Do not bring your children to this daycare !!! The staff does not have the appropriate behavior for babysitting. It was a nightmare !!! I stopped in that place for information for my daughter, when I was walking to my car, I saw a woman yell at a child about 4 years old, she was saying to a little boy right in front of his face that he was a “ bad boy ”, the little boy was crying and saying that he was“ not a bad boy ”but she was insisting on telling him that“ yes, you are a bad boy ”, the boy was crying very deeply. Another woman was watching everything, and she never did anything to stop this situation. It broke my heart.
