This is the most unprofessionally managed organization ever ran. My son was signed up for Writing program this summer from 3pm to 5pm. No issues there other than the 3 oclock hour starts at 3:05 and ends at 3:50 so you really are getting only 45 minutes but paying for an hour. The next hour at 4PM starts at 4:05 and ends at 4:55 thats 50 minutes but you are paying for an hour. Okay so I understand but dont agree. What happened next really really upsets me. They tested my son for math and they said they could help him with a 10-20 hour math program in addition to the writing. I said okay great and they would put him in at the 2pm slot. At no time did they tell me the 2pm slot was ONLY 40 MINUTES yet they still charge 132.00 hour. When I found this out I asked why they could not give an answer other than because thats how we do it. I asked can we do a different hour like at 1pm or in the AM they said NO we dont do it that way. I asked why not they said no with no explanation. So on my sons 1st day of math this summer I discovered that HE WAS NOT TAUGHT math during that session they had no MATH PLAN and it was only 40 minutes. I said after the 1st day I do not wish to do the math plan then I dont think 40 minutes when it easily could be 50-55 minutes is worth 132.00 / hour. They contract said an hour. They said they would not give a refund and cancel the math. They would only give a credit. I said NO because you didnt tell me it was only 40 minutes and you did not teach him math during the 2pm Math slot. There is no point to do 1-3 hours of math when they said they wanted him to do 30. Anything less would not accomplish anything. They would not budge. They lied on the phone and said it was an hour and they didnt even have a math plan and they didnt teach him math. They insisted we talk on the phone of which at this point it was just another misrepresentation. I said I would only communicate in writing. So They dropped him from the entire program and decided to not allow him to finish the WRITING program which was our original agreement and I asked them to cancel and refund the math agreement since they misrepresented and didnt even teach him math anyways. So today at the last minute they disenrolled my son with no notice. Mind you we attended here last summer and went through the very expensive program and the materials and teachers are good but the management and ownership are terrible. They were the same last summer everything only there way. LOOK ELSEWHERE there are other organization that teach the same material they are teaching. There is one wonderful teacher names Nolan he is a gem and the only good thing about this business. Too bad they are so uncooperative and greedy.
